I have yet to have any problems with ordering, placing and receiving an order. One time accidentally hit a button to redeem points on my account and I didn't use them for an order and if I recall it deducted those points even though I didn't use my credit for a purchase that particular time. The prices are a bit higher than what you may find at a drug store, but considering why I started purchasing from Dermstore and not from the aesthetics office for a bit cheaper than the competitors I've been able to get what I want shipped directly to my home without the pressure to purchase directly through the spa. They should offer promo codes too, but if you do reviews for products on their site you can get 50 points for being a member. Until I find somewhere else to purchase I will be using Dermstore. I'm not sure what's up with the customer service situation people have complained about, but it's worth checking out the website for yourself. Hope this helps you with your search.

Horrible Horrible experience. I order 3 Obaji medical items. All 3 showed up with the individual boxes being unsealed and obviously had been opened before. I contacted Dermstore and asked for a return label. I sent the required pictures of the products. I was told to just throw items away and I would receive a full refund. When I did not get the refund, I was told to send pictures of the items which was impossible because I threw them away as instructed. Now they deny a refund because I cannot produce pictures. This is a fraudulent vendor that sells returned items.I lost of $200

Do not trust this store. They sent me fake face wash. Not even close to the color and consistency of the bottle I bought from my dermatologist office. The smell was also unbearable.

They just allowed me to purchase a lip gloss that only notified me when they sent me my order confirmation that it was OUT OF STOCK! On top of that it said 1-2 weeks when I paid for 2 day shipping, NEVER EVER AGAIN, bunch of scam artists. I will be filing legal complaint should this not get rectified in a timely manner.

I placed an order 8/17/21. On 8/25 and 8/27 sent a message asking about my order. Tracking for Pitney Bowed said it was updated 8/10/21 GA, 8/17/21 IN, 8/19/21 IN, 8/26/21 GA. Nothing else. Tracking for USPS says waiting for the package to come to them. Note the order was placed 8/17/21 its impossible to be first dated 8/10/21. Customer service by message said I have to wait 8 business days for my replacement or refund but it had been. Called today. A man asked me to verify my account by name, email and address. After my name was given he argued I was not me. I was unable for 3 minutes to answer anything because he was talking over me loudly and repeating himself over and over in poor English. Saying the company can get sued if they give information to someone else. If I am not *** he can't talk to me. I attempted multiple times to give my identification details and he refused to stop talking and was the rudest person I've ever heard speak. Was unreal. I believe by this experience and reading others that DERMSTORE is fraudulent. I ended up having to disconnect the call. No resolution. No refund, no replacement, no order received. Given one star only because 0 isn't an option. Contacting BBB and my bank for help.

I had to pay for shipping for a retu, after callng Derm Store and waiting on hold for over 45 min. Harold, not a very friendly customer service. I did not get a return label because they said I wasn't using the right browser. I paid $10.05 to return and only got a RMA #. They owe me $169.00 plus shipping!

I ordered my product of $236,64 since December 10th 2021 and I never received, I sent several messages in the customer service page and several callings with exhaustive long waiting, I canceled the order and I requested my refund, I was awaiting two weeks and never appeared back in my account. I disputed the transaction in my financial institution and I'm hoping this way the Dermstore complete the refund. After that, the Dermstore surprisingly deleted my account … of course I have register of everything that happened. The facts shows the lack of honesty and care with the customer, the customer service is awful. Definetly I NEVER gonna buy nothing from this web site. Be careful!

I have never purchased from them but somehow I am on their email list. When I click "unsubscribe" it takes me to a page that does not give me an option to "opt-out"! This is so frustrating!

I placed an order of over $500 and received an empty box (ok - it had a small sample in it) but none of the items I ordered. Now they are arguing with me about a refund and they're being cagey. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered and received my Obagi Vitamin C 20% serum, the Obagi C polishing mask, and the Obagi sunscreen from Dermstore on 10/22. I've used Obagi for years, and was excited to see this on sale on Dermstore's website. When it arrived, the color, odor, texture were all off. I called their customer service and they graciously replaced the product. The replacement product however was even worse than the original. I then decided to call Obagi directly to ask if they changed the formulation. Once I gave them the lot numbers, Obagi confirmed that all 3 products had expired. My sunscreen had expire over a year prior.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

It is misleading and very annoying, after I spend the time gathering items inside my cart, to find out that most of them are full price. Dermstore is probably one of the worst from that standpoint,

I was trying to order few items ($100 +) from this site. The transaction didn't go through and they sent an confirmation email saying that the transaction didn't go through due to payment issues. I realized that I had input my card number wrongly. Created another dermstore account and ordered the items successfully. A week later they have now sent an email saying order is successful. I don't want another set of my order. Called and waited over 2 hrs in their customer service line several times. Their customer service number is a joke. HOW COULD THEY CHARGE MY CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION is what concerns me. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD.

I ordered from Dermstore and it took an entire week before my order was even shipped. Don't order from Dermstore if you want to get your products in a timely manner.

Recently tried Dermstore on a friends recommendation. It's been the worst experience I've had with an online store. This is the first time I've gone out of my way to write a review about an online merchant because I believe people should know how challenging it has been to work with this store. I'll briefly outline the concerns
4 weeks later, do not have my products, was hoping to receive them before Christmas so ordered in November.
3 weeks into the order, could not access my account settings to cancel
3 weeks into the order, could not contact anyone by phone. Waited 20 minutes on several attempts
3 weeks into the order, emailed store. They replied with 'we're very busy, someone will reply eventually.'
3 weeks into the order, supposedly they mailed package, unable to track as USPS never received the order.
4 weeks into the order, they NEVER replied
4 weeks into the order, filed complaint with PayPal. They finally reply but can do nothing to help except wait to see if I receive the package in several weeks. It's Christmas, I don't have several weeks!
It was have been great if they had at least sent me an email at the beginning of December that they would not arrive until AFTER Christmas. However, all they said was that it may be slightly delayed. That's understandable, except that 100% of other vendors I ordered from during this time actually sent their orders.

You can apply your rewards over and over and they will remove them after checkout. Their customer service is slow to respond and shows little regard for their poor systems.

I thought the company was fine for my first two orders, then for my third order they didn't package it correctly so I received it with one of my shampoo products broken and spilled all over everything else. Even the box was really damaged from the inside because of the liquid. I called Dermstore and spoke with someone who sounded completely uninterested in her job, and she told me they would send me a replacement shampoo. I explained that everything in the box was damaged and asked if I could send it all back for replacement since it was all part of a baby shower gift so I wanted it in good condition. She said no. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she put me on hold for 15 minutes, then came back and said they normally only replace the damaged item but they would replace them all for me as a courtesy. She was incredibly rude the entire time and I thanked her for replacing the items, but explained that they WERE all damaged from the burst bottle of shampoo, so they were not doing me any courtesy... somebody there packaged it wrong and it spilled and damaged everything else, and they should fix that without complaint, not make the customer feel as if they did something wrong. I will never be buying from them again.

This store has all products consultation from best dermatologist. I heard from most of people that the product gives good result within 2 or 3 months. I purchased face wash, it gives better result.

They will only take returns if the product has NOT been opened!
So if you order some expensive product and it is not to your liking after you try it, too bad!

Tip for consumers:
There are no returns unless you do not open the package. How can you know if it any good if you can’t try it?

I ordered a few pricey products back in mid August. They sent me completely incorrect products. Obviously someone else's order. They would not refund my money or send the correct products until I returned what they mistakenly sent me. It took 3 emails and a phone call to get this sorted and get a proper prepaid mailing label. I had to drive to the post office, drop it off, and get a receipt (FOR THEIR MISTAKE). Weeks later, nothing. I check the tracking, it has been received. I follow up, sending them the mailing receipt with the tracking number and the screenshot from USPS that it was delivered two weeks ago. Get a response of "We don't have a record of it, so we have to wait two more weeks..." More emails/phone calls. They still will not refund my money or ship the product until they "work with the warehouse." They made a mistake and will not fix it, and I'm out $250! I am going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. So much time and energy invested in THEIR MISTAKE. They absolutely do not value their customers.

Recieved 2 free samples. Just arrived this afternoon so haven't had chance to try all they sent. Will find out soon enough... shipped day after I ordered and that was late evening. So far, so good.

This entire process has been extremely frustrated. I *was* a first-time buyer with DermStore.com and I have notified Priori Skin Care about DERMSTORE.COM selling expired items. DO NOT BUY ANY CREAMS OR PRODUCTS HERE.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO AWFUL.

SOMEONE AT DERMSTORE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT PRIORI SKINCARE AND THEN LAST MINUTE STATED, "I AM SORRY, WE CANNOT CONTACT THEM."

We apologize that this customer didn't have a positive experience. DermStore does not sell expired products. We are an authorized retailer for PRIORI Skincare and all the other brand that we carry. When the customer contacted us thinking they received expired products because of a date located on the product, we immediately checked our stock on hand and contact the brand directly. Per the brand the numbers located on the products are lot numbers and not expiration dates. The customer was notified and was not satisfied with our response.

A pre-paid return label was given and a full credit has been issued to the customer’s credit card.

I've had really good experiences with Dermstore. I've ordered roughly 10 times from them, over the past 1 and a half years. Every purchase went smoothly. There were sometimes minor delays because the system sensed an "Address Problem", because I address my package to a shiping forwarding company, as I'm not a US resident. But those delays were quickly sorted out by the customer service.

The products are genuine and high-quality. U can get at least 10% off each product, by saving that item into your "Favorites" list. There's free 2-day shipping, which is really fantastic. And the customer service is SO AMAZING. When I email them, they quickly solve any problem. Twice I had to call them, and the customer service representatives were polite, cheerful and helpful.

Dermstore has truly great service. I have a hard time believing a few of these negative reviews. Someone said she left items in her cart but didn't checkout, and got sent the items and charged for those items. REALLY? I'd bet a significant amount of money that that's a lie, because I've left items in my cart many times after deciding not to order at that time, and I've NEVER been sent those items or been charged for those items.

I recommend dermstore. :)

Ordered NuGene eye serum two days ago, just received today as promised with their free two-day shipping HOWEVER THEY SENT ME A PRODUCT THAT EXPIRED 4 MONTHS AGO!
I expect them to send me a fresh product that will NOT expire for AT THE VERY LEAST 6 MONTHS without returning this one unless they pay for shipping (it's trash anyway). I should have known the price was too good to be true but nowhere did it not that product would be expired OR like other sites that noted the actual expiration date and was the same price!

Dont expect to be able to return anything if you dont like it. They make it impossible to get your money back. My return tracking shows that they received my return over a month ago, but every time I try to message them, someone from Eastern Europe or India just asks me "whats your RMA number?" which I don't have onhand because I WROTE IT WAS ON THE F'ING RETURN PACKAGE. I haven't been able to reach a human being on the phone in a week. Yesterday I was on hold for an hour, then disconnected. Chat function is never available. I'm going to dispute the $150 on my credit card.

I've been a customer of Dermstore for about four years. I've found some helpful products - some a bit more expensive than usual, but I try to manage my fairly regular purchases carefully. Recently the site went through a redesign; I had trouble finding my points and a couple other things I'm used to seeing. I went forward with a purchase anyway without using points - even though I wanted to use them. Next time I logged in to make a purchase, I was curious about the points so I looked for them first. Relieved to find them, I used the amount I intended to use for my purchase -- then went to look for my product (which coincidentally was being promoted in one of their email campaigns), and it was out of stock. First, I'm kind of surprised that the product being promoted would be out of stock; second, when I explained my experience and frustration -- and asked for my points to be added back to my account, I was told they couldn't do this. I can understand if I'd done this kind of thing on a regular basis or truly changed my mind about a purchase. But neither of these apply. I was ready to buy. I am disappointed and believe this is an opportunity to make a regular customer even more ready to come back. Instead they've diminished my interest. I may be headed elsewhere.

I placed an order for 3 items on Dec 25th, 2021. I got 2 of the 3 items, i received notification about the 1 item on Dec 28th stating it was expected to be shipped in 48 hours, never was, then January 7th I received 1 last notification stating that it was still delayed. I contacted Dermastore via chat the agent yelled at me via chat w caps on because I was asking the agent to cancel the order and refund this item, he told me to wait. Now Feb 15th, no other notifications, or order status at all. Now today they tell me there was a problem and i have to wait for the order to be cancelled in 3 to 5 days and then be refunded back in another 3 to 5 days. This business is horrible, never again will i do buy from Dermastore
