The merchandise comes from China, and if you wish to return something - you have to send it back to China at your expense. But first they give you a hard time to return it! I ordered a purse that cost $241. It arrived in a box that was crushed on one side, and the purse was folded in half to fit in this box. This left a kink in the bag, which NEVER should have been folded! It also had a strange smell. Don't order from this site! Very unprofessional!
