I wanted to write this review because the other reviews on this site nearly deterred me from purchasing from Design Dua so I want to provide a counterpoint. I purchased the Moses basket & changing basket combination along with the stand and some extra sheets. My items just arrived, so haven't used with baby yet, but they are well made and beautiful. With the liner in the moses basket, the inside of the basket is very soft. The leather color is as pictured. My order shipped super fast - much faster than I was expecting. I ordered on a Thursday or Friday and everything arrived just a few days later on Wednesday. I was so pleasantly surprised! The prices were very reasonable for handmade products. The company has many positive Etsy reviews which is what eventually swayed me to go ahead with my order but I wanted to leave a positive review on this page.
I received this "handmade" basket after spending over $200 on it. The basket is lop sided, the tag isn't centered (handmade so again, not considered a defect) and my "leather" handles were bright orange. Needless to say, contacting customer service is a waste of time. They will not take ownership in their jacked up basket! Instead I get to pay to have it shipped back and then have my shipping of the original basket taken out of my refund even if it was free shipping as part of a promo with purchasing! Beware people! I'm stuck with a messed up basket!
My order was not only shipped in no time the basket and sheets exceeded my expectations in quality and design. I'm really happy I ordered from them.
I love this knotted gown and I can't wait to use it for my newborn. It's very soft and extra long, allowing lots of space for baby.
I like the aesthetic of the products and that they are ethically sourced and made. Also, I have had several friends use their products and love them.
Ordered two extra sheets for our bassinet and can't wait to get to use them with our little guy when he arrives in April!

I wanted a unique touch to our new baby’s nursery. The changing basket was the perfect edition and replaced the traditional changing pad which can be an eye sore.
You can tell from the responses from the "Design Dua Rep" what cusomter service you can expect and what type of company you are dealing with. Rude, condecsing, unhelpful and clearly not customer or solution oriented.
I ordered a basket/stand combo. It was during a holiday sale and they said orders would ship out the week of Cyber Monday. I'd received no communication and it was the week after cyber monday so I reached out asking when the item was to ship. Not to expidete anything and not to cancel my order. Custmer support refused to answer the question stating that other companies have long shipping times (lol not sure what that has to do with design dua and its not entirely true anyway). After me telling the rep that I found her tone very rude and that I would like an update she offered to cancel my order which I specifically said I did not want. I said this multiple times through out our conversations and because this company cannot understand or hear that they have issues she got upset and canceled my order on her own without my consent.She then refused to reinstate my order saying they were unable to fulfill it. Honeslty moses baskets are not hard to find and there are way better companies.I would try Plum & Sparrow instead. I hope the owners see how bad the service is and the affects it has on their business. If you look at the reviews on amazon and any other site other than their own (because they likely dont post the critical reviews to their own websites) the feedback on service is pretty consistent. It's really bad, do not give your money to this company.
Basket came exactly as pictured, only better! I like in Alaska, and I still received my basket in 3 days. Amazing! 10/10

Love the Moses basket! So beautiful but it was unfortunately bent/misshapen when delivered. Hopefully it will straighten out since it wasn't cheap

I wanted to have a bassinet but I wanted something more unique/modern/chic than anything else.
I underestimated the size as the medium says it was for a frenchie but my frenchie when he lays sides can't fit maybe for a toy frenchie
