I wanted to write this review because the other reviews on this site nearly deterred me from purchasing from Design Dua so I want to provide a counterpoint. I purchased the Moses basket & changing basket combination along with the stand and some extra sheets. My items just arrived, so haven't used with baby yet, but they are well made and beautiful. With the liner in the moses basket, the inside of the basket is very soft. The leather color is as pictured. My order shipped super fast - much faster than I was expecting. I ordered on a Thursday or Friday and everything arrived just a few days later on Wednesday. I was so pleasantly surprised! The prices were very reasonable for handmade products. The company has many positive Etsy reviews which is what eventually swayed me to go ahead with my order but I wanted to leave a positive review on this page.
I received this "handmade" basket after spending over $200 on it. The basket is lop sided, the tag isn't centered (handmade so again, not considered a defect) and my "leather" handles were bright orange. Needless to say, contacting customer service is a waste of time. They will not take ownership in their jacked up basket! Instead I get to pay to have it shipped back and then have my shipping of the original basket taken out of my refund even if it was free shipping as part of a promo with purchasing! Beware people! I'm stuck with a messed up basket!
Super easy and quick! Everything arrived packaged very well and was super easy to put together. It's beautiful and goes very well with my baby's nursery and we are very excited to get to use it.
Shipping was fast, which I wasn't expecting. I really love the basket. The washing instructions on the sheet say tumble low but I tumbled on high accidentally. They assisted me to get a replacement.
I was really really happy to receive my bassinet. Although when it came I was a little disappointed because the front of the basket is uneven and sagging…

We purchased the bbassinet, stand, sheet and basket cover and basket liner. All came in our order and we were very impressed with how well packaged the basket came. We are excited to use it soon!

Sadly, I have to agree with the other reviewer. I wish I had never given them my business. There are other companies with beautiful products at comparable prices, and they HAVE to be friendlier and more professional than Design Dua. I wish I'd ordered from anyone else.
After spending almost $400 on baskets and stands and bedding, it's impossible to speak with a customer service rep on the phone. The owner said that is not an option. The service rep, Grace, comes across as cold, and doesn't seem to understand the screenshots or comments from my emails. She just keeps telling me to refer to their homepage, which doesn't answer why it appears something might be missing from my order. I sent a screenshot showing that my order says " PLUS Cotton Bedding," which made me think it was included (since I also chose the option from the drop down menu when I ordered."
The owner explained today that I added that option from the wrong page (?) and it didn't show up in my cart (even though my order says " PLUS Cotton Bedding." I am an avid online shopper and still do not understand what she means that I added it from the wrong page. I cannot even find a different option to add the bedding I thought I ordered. SO CONFUSING.
My highest recommendation is to avoid this company, and order from the others who sell beautiful bassinets, stands, and changing baskets for similar prices. It simply is not worth it to do business with them.
We are sorry to see that Sarah is upset with our customer service and our company. Sarah ordered for the Bassinet Combo set and a Stand Bundle. Sarah received all the items in her order. Sarah complained that she meant to add extra bedding to her cart but did not. We did not state that the items were added from the wrong page, we explained that she did not add them or at checkout decided to remove them from her cart. The items were not in her cart at checkout and were not charged to her. She stated that Grace was rude to her because she explained this to her but would not agree that we forgot the items in her order. We did not. Due to her being upset and confused, we offered to create an order for the items which she intended to order and send them to her free shipping. She was still upset with us because they were not in her original order and expected us to send them without charge. We did not make an error in her order and we were not rude in any way. We are sorry our resolution was not enough for the customer.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item for the bassinet I have. They quickly replaced the item for the correct one and it showed up at my door correctly! Such a relief for a very pregnant mom!
