I ordered a radiator element and comms were very efficient. Given a delivery date of 28 Feb but nothing arrived and no tracking info available. Tried contacting company via their chat as no phone number available. Logged fact that delivery not received on 3 occasions but never heard a thing back. Then googled and found numerous reviews of people having same experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered 2 sets of brass rad valves on 21/6/23. Only after paying could i request a delivery slot. The earliest date was 4/7/23.
Waited until then, but had a gut feeling the products wouldn't turn up. Like many other reviews here you cannot get through on any phone lines or be able to use the live chat. Luckily i've contacted my credit card company and i am being reimbursed. Please do not read any fake reviews praising this company it's an absolute SCAM!

Luxpad group, Designer Bathrooms concepts and Designer Radiator concepts seem to be a scam where they take your order and money but will fail to deliver any goods. If you try and get hold of them there is NO telephone number that gets through to anyone and the awful chat bot is a black hole.
I have reported them to Action Fraud. Please avoid if you don't want to loose your money.
