I ordered two wreaths from them, they are the ugliest fake looking plastic reason I have ever seen $35 each. I wrote to voice my displeasure and got a email basically challenging me to try to return it indicating that they must be returned within 15 days of receipt, but not to the address on the package, at my own expense and possibly be subject to import fees on the return. They also didn't provide me the address to make the return to, ending the email with please advise me as to your thoughts. Assuming I'm sure that I would not bother with you must be there motivation, they wear you out so that they take your money and give you something worth 1/99 of what you pay for it and then you give up. Warning do not try it. Try to save others

The product ordered (Farmhouse Colorful Cottage Wreath) was half of the size as described and shown online. And received no communication from start to finish of ordering/delivery process. Reached out via e-mail twice throughout the process; received an automated message, no human response to either.

Don't order from this company! I ordered a wreath for my door. Looks nothing like the pictures. Its tiny compared to the photo in the advertisement! And very poor quality!
