I used detail.com to schedule an interior detail of my car.
The technician scratched up the center console of my 1 year old car.
I called and sent pictures and they gave me an expired policy number with State Farm – total fraud.
When I called them back they said that they were not able to help me.
They use subcontractors and take absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for any damage!
Terrible - would never use them or recommend them!

Don't use this company for a detail, they sent out the worst 2 guy's from a different company! They never came back to redo the work and would not reply to me or take my calls, and no refund from detail.com! They SUCK!

No Call, No Show. Then proceeded to charge my credit card for work not performed. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from this company. It's a scam.

I have scheduled an appointment for an interior cleaning and felt they had good pricing for being a mobile service. They asked for multiple dates and times. I gave them all four of their windows for Saturday, February 18th and 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. on February 19th they came back with sending a technician to me on the 19th. At 10:20 on the 19th at getting phone call telling me the technician has equipment problems is unable to come and I need to reschedule. I am locked up for the next two weeks and therefore and unable to rechedule. I send a message to the customer service chat room and was apologized to ask if they could send somebody this afternoon which I could not do because I have a function already scheduled but was curious when I was told previously that the technician could not come out today. This was also after I asked. Do they only have one technician. When they're attempt to reschedule was not fruitful and I said I would have to go elsewhere. I was basically disconnected in the middle of a conversation.
