BowlCafe

I work close to this business and don't have a lot of time for lunch so the convenience factor is what drew me here. Unfortunately, I tried using their online service 3 different occasions and all 3 times, they never received my order. The first time they told me their website wasn't functioning properly and to try again. 2 weeks later I tried again and it still didn't work. I finally just started calling my orders in only to get to the cafe and have to wait for 15 minutes for them to make my order, 30 minutes after I placed it. I stopped coming here for a while (3 months) but decided to give them another try. They revamped their website and in large font it says, "Now Accepting Online Orders". I figured they straightened it out... They haven't. 3 months later they still don't accept online orders and they still take way too long to make a half sandwich and a small salad. Won't be doing business here anymore. Eat at this restaurant ONLY if you have the time to wait 20 minutes for your food, even if you're the only customer in the cafe.
