I read lots of negative reviews on this company saying they're a scam, but I have nothing but good to say about it! I order 5 items and they're all great quality and exactly what I ordered. Yes it's an American website but ships from China. Everywhere does it! Shipping surprisingly only took about a week so from when I placed my order to it arriving only took 2 weeks--which is better then what I've had before. The only issue was the rings were a little small and I don't have large hands by any means. Other then that everything is perfect. Will be ordering from them again!

An extra "diamond" was stuck to the edge and obviously not meant to be there but I was able to scratch it off. Just very poorly made. A necklace was shown on the website to be more of a choker style, but had a really long chain which was disappointing. I do like the lotus earrings and quill feather earings even though they look kind of cheap. All in all, I will not being ordering from this site again. Too many disappointments.

I have ordered from Diadem Boutique three separate times. Each package came within about 1-2 weeks. I hate paying an arm and a leg for something I may only wear for a couple months. The price was the perfect for what I received! Will be purchasing again.

I ordered what was supposed to be a cotton pant that was gray with clusters of pink flowers. I waited for them to go on sale but still paid around 25.00 with shipping. The item looked NOTHING like the web site photo! It said it was 60% cotton and I can tell you because I have worked in retail for years that this has NO cotton at all! It was an acetate of some sort and not well made. Very disappointed. I do not think this is a mom and pop company from Colorado that the site touted. It is all fake, smoke and mirrors! I didn't find out until the order was placed, that it ships from China, and will take 1-6 weeks to get. Of course the money was taken out of my account right away. 10 days later and no good tracking information, so skeptical that I will receive.

I ordered my item over a month ago and on April 8th it said it was "in transit." I still haven't gotten my item and the assistance is horrible. No updates at all. Plus, the emails says it could take up 4 weeks to come. No where does it say 6 weeks. I'll will never do business with this company again.

Diadem has now credited my card for this order. It took my submitting my original review, along with threats to contact the Consumer Protection Bureau, the BBB, and to post additional reviews on other social media sites, to elicit a response to them. As previously stated, my prior emails to them were ignored. While I am grateful for the refund, this issue took months to resolve and way too much of my time. I am adding one star because of the refund, but I strongly caution readers about doing business with this company.

I will happpily retract this review should somebody from Diadem reach out to me, but it appears that the money I paid them for items never received will not be returned, and I have been scammed. Lesson learned--always read BBB and other reviews of vendors with whom you are not familiar. A friend was wearing some earrings I admired and referred me to Diadem. I placed an order in early October for jewelry for Christmas gifts which have yet to arrive. When I check the tracking details, they are very vague, and the latest post was from October 29 stating my order was processed through a facility in China. There have been no additional updates and repeated emails to them remain unanswered. This is just the beginning of my war with Diadem. This time they took on a consumer advocate.
I purchased a necklace set and earrings from you guys. They, for one, took forever to get here: four weeks after purchase. I immediately fell in love with the necklace, choker and earrings. I wore the choker for a few days and it went well with my pixie cut. I thought something was wrong after I woke up the third morning and found my neck was engulfed in hives. I spent a lot of money for sterling silver with you guys and there must have been nickel in it, even though I MADE SURE to double check the specific necklace. My whole back of my neck is broken out in hives, thank god i didn't wear the earrings yet! YIKES! So, buyer beware, if you're willing to by silver coated fake jewelry at a high price, then go for it. But I now am dealing with hives all over my neck that I can't hide with a pixie cut in 90 degree weather and $80 in the hole. Thanks diadem. Thanks a bunch.

I bought the grey pants. Im a large but thought Id get xl just in case. The pants I got are not what was pictured and they are so small I dought even my daughter whos a medium would fit in them. What a waste! Plus its cheap poly cotton material.

Overpriced jewelry from China that is terrible quality. Take ages to arrive, that's if it arrives at all. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They message you on Facebook with a tracking number and say to reply with any questions, the messages bounce back every time. Save your money, stay away!

I received my order today - a sweater and some jewelry. TBH, I had fairly low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. I LOVE the sweater! It is comfortable and flattering. The jewelry is also all cute, and as pictured on the website. Shipping took a few weeks, but they tell you that on the website. I will be shopping here again.

I failed to receive a gift that I ordered for a friend and the company has no phone number to contact so I sent a contact email and it directs you to the FAQ's on the website with no actual person reading to responding to your email. The website FAQ's just states they are not responsible for undelivered items. This business uses products that are from China which is not the worst part. The worst part is that if you do not receive your items for any reason, like the shipping company in China failed to ship them, you never receive your items and you don't get your money back "because it's not the Diadem Boutique's fault." This is unacceptable in my opinion, they need to be aware of the shipping and receiving end of their company especially if it's from China. I will never order from this website again and I will plaster this story everywhere I can so that other people do not have the same thing happen.

E. our support staff, owners, and product development team) itself, is located in Denver, CO but that we use an overseas fulfillment center. We do this to be able to keep our prices affordable for our customers. We would have to mark our prices up 4x to use a US based fulfillment center and our goal is to deliver affordable jewelry to the everyday shopper. Our return/refund policy is also notated in several placed on the website. We are not hiding anything and are very clear about where your items ship from even and how our business is run. I never received the items I ordered from Diadem Boutique. When I placed the order on March 18,2017 I was not aware that I would be ordering items from China. I did get tracking information on March 20, but the link did not work. Emails to Diadem Boutique resulted in automated replies that were not helpful.

I made a couple separate orders from this company, and haven't received any of them. They even sent me an email about one, saying it was delivered but it DEFINITELY wasn't. I tried to contact them but only received an automated email directing me to general FAQs, where I was informed that they claim no responsibility for items not received. The responsibility is on the buyer! I think this is completely unacceptable and totally ridiculous. I am writing reviews on every forum I can. Spread the word that this company is bogus. Even BBB advised to avoid this company.

The earrings looked so pretty on the website, i didnt expect the very best quality considering the price, but this I didnt expect: It took more than a month until the two earrings I had ordered had finally arrived. And then I had to find out that both of my orders were already damaged. Paying more than 30 Euros for 2 pairs of earrings, I would at least expect to be able to wear them a couple of months, or hopefully longer. Unfortunately, the Team of Diadem didnt even have the courtesy to transfer the money back to my account, I can only advise everyone else out there to NOT buy anthing from Diadem Boutique, its not worth it!

Today my package arrived with the 4 items ordered on 6/7. Not 1 item was as described. I bought 3 pairs of lounge pants in XL, XXL. They are so small and the material is cheap. It may fit a small child, but that doesn't help me. In addition, one of the pants had a blood stain on it! The dress which was supposed to be a halter style dress is so cheap and is not made as described. Just reviewed the return policy, they will not return your $$. They will give you credit for more worthless crap if you return items clean and undamaged. How is that going to work when I received pants with a blood stain? The quality of clothing could be done as a child in a beginner sewing class and probably was in a sweatshop in China since that is where they were shipped from. Just horrible. I'm going to fight the charges made to my card. I want my money back. I am done shopping with companies that refuse to return your $$ but are more than happy to take it right away. Shopping cart

I ordered 3 items on 8/20/17. On 8/31 I received only 1 of the items but my order says it is completed. I've emailed the company everyday since then but no one will respond. I can't locate a phone number to speak to anyone about this. How do I get this problem resolved and get my order?
The quality of the jewelry for the very cheap price is actually good. I like that the pieces are cute and trendy. However, I did not expect to have to wait 3 weeks for a $15 necklace. That will definitely deter me from reordering in the future. The customer service was good. I waited about 7-10 days for a confirmation that the products shipped, and when I contacted the company to inquire, they replied promptly. Those that complain that this jewelry is cheap and china-made, clearly didn't read the message that the company posts in their FAQs! They plainly state that they use China for manufacturing costs. You get what you pay for, people. Stop whining.

Expect cute, trendy, cost-friendly jewelry that you will need to patiently wait for. If you expect high quality, lifetime pieces that arrive in 2 days, you will surely be disappointed.
