“I love my ring”

I have had my ring for e year now. Yes 1 stone fell out a few months after but they repaired it for free. I wear my ring everywhere. Swimming. To the beach in the sand. No scratches and it shines bright. Noone knows it is not a real. Diamond.

Don't buy from Diamond nexus! I had a stone missing 2 times in less than 3 months, then have to pay to repair it. I have been waiting 3 weeks to get my rings back, every time I call it's just well these things take time to fix. Your better off going to a jewelry store or buying from a cheaper company

I'd give them a zero ordered a 9ct tennis bracelet. In November for a Christmas gift. Only got it February. Next it broke and I emailed them never got back so she where's it and loved it. Not worth doing business with them. Safe your money. There product is junk...

I have spent close to 10,000$ on "lab created" diamonds with Diamond Nexus over the last few years. My (now) wife wanted lab grow for many different reasons.

Lately all her jewelry had lost its luster and became dull. She had it professionally cleaned and was told (three times now by different sources) that these are simple cubic zirconia pieces.

So while they make it look good, they actual product simply doesn't hold up. Don't get sucked in by the pretty package!

Bought an engagement and wedding ring. We have sent both back Avery year for lost rocks. At this 7 year point they told my wife to take it off when being active as it will wear out...I have my grandmothers and my mothers wedding rinds after decades of never taking them off. I would never ever do business with Diamond Nexus

I thought I was getting the next best thing. Cloudy and hard to keep clean with a real spark love the ring but disappointed with the sales and site misleading representation. Lab created diamonds will test as a real diamond their rings will not. I should have done more research and realized a deal this good something must be off.

Buyer beware, the stones get scratched up easily. After each year of normal wear I would have to send the ring back for a new stone. Diamond Nexus was generally cooperative (for the past 7 years or so) until this year. This year they wanted to charge me $300 for prong rebuilding and refinishing of the entire ring and they would not budge so I had them send me back my scratched up stone/ring. Do yourself a favor and invest in a real diamond. Don't believe their sparkly, well photographed, well-designed website, instead - imagine those stones scratched up and cloudy looking.

Tip for consumers:
The stones visibly deteriorate within the first year.

I have sent my ring back 5 times in a year, the stones scratch and chip and become cloudy, the rhodium plating wears off in a couple months. So cheaply made it's ridiculous! They suck you in with a "lifetime" warranty on the stone but charge you damn near what you paid for it to "repair" it! Are you fricking kidding me?!?!?! Such a joke and waste of money!

I have bought a couple of Diamond Nexus rings. They both scratched almost immediately and I don't do any rough work while wearing them; I simply sit at a desk. When I took them into my local jeweller, he had a look and said; "Oh these are just cubic zirconiums. Worth about $100 each."

2 carat diamond for $2000 and it is a real diamond and NOBODY can tell it from a diamond that you find in the ground. There is a way if you chemically analyze the diamond to tell it is made synthetically in the lab, but otherwise it looks just like a regular diamond. Why would anyone pay $20,000 instead of $2000 for the same thing? Look who has a 2 carat on her finger :)

Horrible! My husband originally paid 2300 for a princess cut ring for my engagement ring. I wanted a man made ring because I am concerned about the violence issues mining cause to people as well as the environment. However, these rings look worse than the 40.00 Cz at jcp. I want a refunded and they said it's not there fault that I didnt know what I was buying... smh! Now i have to get a real ring. Horrible! 5

Twice during the three years we've had our wedding ring we've had to return it to Diamond Nexus because one of the three stones has fallen out. Each time they told us how to return it through FedEx and sent us Shipping Labels.
The second time, although the ring and loose diamond were double bagged, the ring fell out or was stolen, they said, during transit. My wife was distraught, her beautiful wedding ring, twice broken, was now gone.
When the ring was lost, Diamond Nexus said that although they arranged the shipping return, they didn't bother to insure the shipping and it was our responsibility, so we should contact our insurance, if we had arranged insurance. Believing that, as a responsible company, they had insured their returns, we hadn't.
Twice broken in three short years, now we've lost our beautiful (and expensive) wedding ring.
What a rip-off company - DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, they can break your heart, (and your bank!)

Tip for consumers:
Product looks flashy and well priced, but is poorly put together and really bad value.

I have to say this is a pretty ring. My boyfriend liked it as well.

We are really disappointed though, the ring is missing one stone. He called yesterday and the lady told him to propose with it the way it was. I want to let her that this is a special moment, nobody wants to receive a ring with a missing stone that will look like we got it from the pawn shop. I am sure she wouldn't like her pictures taken with a ring looking like this?> My boyfriend has to reschedule and cancel all the plans he had due to this. Hannah send a regular shipping label and we have to wait another whole week to get the ring. We are leaving town next week and now we have to postpone everything. Obviously your quality assurance team failed. We weren't offered an apology nor a discount even though we will have to pay a cancellation fee to our photographer. I will post and make sure this complaint gets to everyone in your company. This is bad bad service.

This place is great i got my engagement ring today and it is beautiful. It looks better than the natural diamonds that we compared it to! I would recommend paying the little extra and getting your stone AIG certified. Diamondnexus also has an A rating with the BBB that you can look up! Feel free to ask me about my ring! After I read melissas review up there i got very worried but am now extremly pleased!

Congrats to Diamond Nexus for pulling a fast one on us. Turns out 5 years after you get your ring, you get a CZ one instead. EZ Clap. Wish I had the business sense for these people to do a fast grab on the money

Don't buy from Diamond Nexus. I've had my ring less than 3 years and the stone fell out of the setting. The company inspected the ring and told me that it had fallen out because of my lifestyle. They said I could trade-up my ring, which means I send my ring back to them, they then give me a credit for it toward purchasing a more expensive ring, I then pay the difference. They repeatedly claim their jewelry is of heirloom quality. It's not.

Also, please be aware that their stones are NOT lab-grown diamonds. They are man-made stones, like moissanite and cubic zirconia are man-made stones. Don't be fooled by their referring to them as "lab-grown diamond simulants." It sounds like lab-grown diamond, doesn't it? It's all marketing trickery.

Save yourself the heartache, don't purchase from Diamond Nexus.

I BOUGHT A RING THAT WAS ON SALE FOR $1200. 00. THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, WHEN I GOT THE RING IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. IN ADDITION, THE SIDES OF THE RING WERE REALLY THICK WHICH MADE IT LOOK WEIRD ON MY FINGER. WHEN I WANTED TO RETURN IT THEY CHARGED ME $75 BECAUSE THEY SAID IT A "CLEARANCE" RING. I WOULD HAVE HAD NO ISSUE WITH THAT IF THE RING LOOKED AS PICTURED. $75.00 WAS A HIGH PRICE TO PAY FOR A RETURN. BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING.

I do understand the semantic of the wording, however, when the search states "Lab Grown" it is expected to be lab grown. Not lab grown simulation. It is a great way to cheat people out of their hard earned money.
And by the reviews it has been going on a while. TG, my son has a strong family behind him to make his bride's day. I told him to contact 7 on your side, maybe Nina can make them clearly define the product.
Edited to add, He paid almost 2000 for the engagement ring only. When they tried to purchase the matching wedding band, the website changed. They saw the disclaimer. They then had the ring appraised. Not a diamond, pawn shop would give them nothing. Jeweler would give them nothing. And there of course was no refund. They were told by customer service to issue a chargeback with the credit card, And when the couple stated they were going to leave negative reviews, they were told, the company will file litigation if it was inaccurate. So I will add more details as it come up to ensure accuracy.

They gave me the wrong tracking number. Then the post office was broken into and it was stolen.and it was not insured. They did nothing. They got their money from finance company and walked away. I did 2 disputes with finance company and they said it was my fault. How? I NEVER RECEIVED THE RING! I WILL LIVE IN MY CAR BEFORE I PAY FOR THAT RING!

Just sent back their "dot and marquise" eternity ring, advertised as 14k gold with over 1K of stones. Ha.what a scam. The ring was obviously thin silver, not gold. I looked it over with a magnifying glass and nowhere on the ring was it stamped as 14K gold...because they cant, because it isnt. The 1K Iin stones are mere chips and the ring is dull with no bling. Like other companies in the last couple of years, this company has obviously cheaped out on quality, but definitely not on price, as this ring including tax was approx $1200. We told their customer service rep all this and their comment was they wanted to make the ring "better"...we asked."why didnt you do this in the first place?"...we asked for our money back, told them their company has gone in the toilet, and we will never purchase another thing from them. Plus i wrote a review on their website reflecting all this, and surprise, surprise, it was not posted. Dont believe the glowing reviews. I guarrantee you there are plenty of negative ones sent in that just go into a black hole. They certainly dont want you to see those. Stay away from this crappy company and keep your money in your pocket!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here. He was under the impression it was a lab grown diamond (due to the extremely similar wording) and so was I, from a quick glance at the website. When he bought it, they didn't offer an option to buy an actual lab grown diamond, so he assumed that was what he was buying. We only realized when we went to buy a matching wedding band that we actually got the nexus diamond alternative, which is not a lab grown diamond. Since we were past the 30-day return policy, they didn't allow us to exchange or return the product. We were hoping to pay the difference and have the fake diamonds replaced with lab grown diamonds, but that was not something they would consider. We are extremely disappointed in the misleading way this company advertised their product. They very carefully word everything so that they are legally protected while not being as transparent as they can be to the average consumer (at least months ago before they updated their website). They call their product lab "created" instead of lab "grown" and add "simulant" at the very end. The ring is nice but it's just expensive party jewelry and after 30 days, you're out of options.

Update: I brought the ring to a jeweler. They tested the diamond and (as we thought) said it doesn't test as a diamond. They also said the stone has NO value. We brought it to a pawn shop and they wouldn't even buy it off us!

About a year ago, I heard about this site. Who wouldn't love to own a beautiful diamond ring for a fraction of the price? Especially if a woman can get away with it being fake. I had my husband buy me the "VOGUE" ring. He paid a little over $200.00 for this ring (they gave him 200.00 off). I was so excited and couldn't wait for it to come in the mail. When I received it, I was disappointed. It was cloudy, and it didn't even shine or sparkle. I have a 5 stone ring that I purchased off of QVC for $25.00, and that ring shined more than the "VOGUE." The website marks itself on its packaging as well. I received the ring in a cherry colored, wooden ring box (very pretty). Until I looked under it. They place a piece of black felt that looked like it was glued on by a 2 year old. The big blue box they put the ring in was dented despite the air packaging it was holding it in. As for the Godiva chocolates they place with each order, well... they were melted. So, so much for that. I left customer service a lengthy detailed message of my purchase, and I have yet to receive a call from them. The rings that they advertise are really beautiful in detail, but ask yourself if you really want to spend over $1000. 00 on something that doesn't even appear to look like the real thing. As for my ring? I still have it. It's tucked away in my jewelry box as a constant reminder of not to be spending over $200.00 on a piece of cubic zirconia.

Ug. So much confusing information on DNL's site, and I should have taken that as a warning to stay away. Instead I bought a loose DNL stone to replace a CZ stone I had, thinking the DNL would be vastly superior (I bought into the hype and the insistence that DNL's stones are NOT CZ).

Long story short, the DNL stone is worse than the CZ I wanted to replace. It's got a weird line running down the middle and looks like a cloudy piece of plastic! I cleaned it which made it better, but honestly, I feel scammed.

I ordered multiple rings because I wasn't sure what they were going to look like in person. This was after spending 5+ hours on their website figuring out what I really wanted. There were no problems placing the order, but I received a call a few hours later and a gentleman left a message that it looked like I was ordering multiple rings with probably the intent of returning some of them which is something they don't like to do so they cancelled my order. He didn't leave a phone number but since it was my cell I was able to call him back. He said that I wasn't a good fit for their company and I should look locally so I can see rings in person but my order is cancelled. I completely understand them not wanting to send multiple rings, but if he had just explained that to me and/or there was something on their website that limited the number when ordering, it would have been helpful but there was nothing like this. So I asked him if I could at least order one ring because there was one in particular I really liked. He said he would need to discuss with management and would get back to me. It's been three weeks and I've heard nothing. In the meantime my husband ordered the ring that I was interested in because the sale was going to end so I couldn't wait to hear back from Mike... glad I didn't cause I'm still waiting. Fortunately in the meantime I found the Agape Diamond website and they were the very best. I HIGHLY recommend using them. SOOOOO good. I am sending back the ring my husband ordered from Nexus because found the perfect one at Agape. Hopefully I won't have any problem with the return but I'm very leary now. Would never recommend this company. Horrible service.

I ordered a ring from DN the Pompeii, in 2006. At that time I paied $1437 for it. It has remained beautiful and jewelers comment on the beautiful cut of this ring. I had to send it back one time to be resized. My experience with DN has been excellent.
