When I called customer service to ask for help picking out bands to match my engagement ring purchased at AD, I told them my idea of what I wanted which wasn't the suggested bands for my ring. The Rep put me on hold, she went to the showroom and placed the bands on her finger with my style ring and came back saying WOW it looked amazing and matched up very well with the ring. When both customer service and product match in quality it says a lot about Agape Diamonds. Highly recommend them if you are seeking both for that special someone! AD made me feel like a special someone, that's for sure!
After my original wedding set was damaged and we were unable to afford rebuilding another one, I found Agape! The promotion they were having at the time made this purchase a no-brainer! We ordered and had the ring 💍 in a week!

The 8 ct. White gold bracelet arrived quickly and it is BEAUTIFUL... I already owned a pair of the diamond stud earrings and the quality of the diamonds in the tennis bracelet is equally as beautiful - VERY VERY HAPPY with the Agape diamond tennis bracelet:-)
Issues with fed-ex. Required a signature, I was out of town. I set up a vacation delay for delivery but they came to try and deliver before vacation delay expired and sent back to shipper. Agape's staff sent it right back to me and I got it in only a few days. However, fed-ex dropped off the package and just left it at the door, no signature needed.

Signature required for delivery. Only the three times a delivery attempt was made was 10:00 a.m. on a weekday. Had to contact fedx and have it delivered to my local fedx store for pick up during normal people hours.

I was able to get a hold of someone each time I called and via email. Every question I had someone was able to answer and modify my order when I wanted to customize. Very professional company, definitely recommend!

Like many new customers, I was leery to purchase such an item online through a company I had never heard of. The positive reviews helped me take the leap. Any questions I had through the process were quickly answered and in a professional manner!

To process a return you have to search their website and then open a ticket. They make it as difficult as possible and keep closing the ticket before finally assigning an RMA to return at your own expense. Had to keep logging back into a portal to see the status and only after asking a couple times do they finally respond. Beware, their return policy is not worry free. I purchased a very expensive CZ necklace and the "gold" chain was so cheap that it was unwearable. My wife tried it on and put it right back in the box. Took 30 days for them to finally deny the return stating the security tag had been cut. Very bad experience

Customer service was non-existent. Still no response about my $100 discount, still upset about that, this is the reason that I'm angry! When I was originally looking I was told by your website that I would get $100 discount on my first purchase if I registered my email. I did that! Never got the $100 discount, but because of Julie looks so good I purchased anyway. If you're not going to honor the discount don't put it out there, that's the worst way for you to get bad press. DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU'RE GOING TO DO.

I was thinking about placing an order on line but made the decision to call after reading another person's review. My experience was really nice. The agent assisted in helping me decide what kind of diamond, size and setting.

I spent around $2500 to buy myself a ring, i wanted to do something nice for myself. Initially the ring was gorgeous, but after only 3 months of wear, the ring looks fake and cloudy. Extremely disappointed. Never again will i buy a lab created fake. I'm not comfortable with shipping the ring back to agape for cleaning although they do offer free cleaning. Am i supposed to maim it to them everytime the ring starts to lose its shine? Which honestly is after a blink of an eye
I bought a nice wedding and in less than 2 months the 2 carat diamond fell out. Rather than make it right "Jay" who claimed to be the owner, blamed me for their crappy work. They didn't even Notch the post to hold the diamond in. A wedding ring should last a lifetime. They don't honor their warranty, avoid these a- holes like the plague they are. Totally unenethical company.

This company is amazing, would highly recommend d to everyone. I saved thousands by purchasing a Lab Diamond. It came with a GIA certification. Took it and got it tested. Checked out as a real diamond. Worth every penny

Had to notify customer service because my order stayed "processing" for longer than told/expected. But other than that, would highly recommend. Beautiful, quality diamond. Fiancé fell in love with the ring instantly. Cannot complain as a whole, fully satisfied with purchase.
Website pictures did not do justice to the diamond earrings we received. Wife is over the moon happy but concerned that the 2 ct total weight is too much. I think she's getting used to them already! Recommend to any husbands who need to step up and surprise or just spoil your girl b/c you love to see her happy!
I started working with Nexus Diamonds and had a horrible experience so I switched to Agape Diamonds. They were AMAZING. I had lost my wedding ring so needed a replacement. I wasn't sure how things would look in person so ordered four rings (was a little nervous to do this) which was the max per order which they have posted on their site. They were all stunning but I went with the Round Set Trio with Baguette Accents. Exceeded my expectations and it's beautiful. They made the ordering process and return process very easy. Just make sure you don't remove the tags and keep all the original packaging and it won't be a problem. Love this company and will use them again plus recommend them to others. I'm in the customer service industry so understand the importance of good service. They knocked it out of the park.
Have been wanting to purchase a anniversary ring for my wife since I saw an Agape Diamonds advertisement on television several years ago at the beginning of the pandemic. The purchasing process is much improved, able to talk with a sales representative and have questions answered.
