Agape Diamonds

Very Likely so far can't wait to see the necklace for my wife. Diamond is very beautiful, but it twists a lot on her next, she is wondering if she should get smaller size or is there something else to help with this.

My wife is super excited about getting a stone and setting that she had some control over and that the stone was ethically produced. Her friends have yet to discern.

The order was several days delayed (versus promise at order time) and you might do well to let customers have access to information on each step - I was a little anxious because I did not have news until shipping date and FedEx tracking number.

No answer (on hold recording for 30+ minutes) when I called, but I got an immediate email response which gave comfort

Ordered an anniversary ring with Euro band for my wife to match her wedding ring and it is even better than described on the site. The gemstone quality is very high and the band is substantial and well designed. I shopped several local jewelers and online retailers and couldnt match the price or quality anywhere. Shipping was extremely fast. I chose the two-day option and it arrived on time despite me ordering late in the afternoon. Box and packaging are very nice. I will be a returning customer here.

Love the looks of the ring but unfortunately I've had 3 small stones fall out in less than 1 month of wearing the ring. NOT very happy... this is supposed to be my forever ring. One stone fell out, I sent for repair. They were great and fixed it. Within 2 days I had two more stones fall out. I am devastated. The customer service is great but the quality of my ring is terrible.

I purchased the 2.o carat diamond studs for my wife as a Christmas gift. They were part of her wish list. She was extremely happy when she opened her gift. She has worn them every day since Christmas and has received plenty of compliments. I am truly grateful to Agape for making this precious moment happened.

I absolutely love the products and so does my Wife. However extremely upset that a signature is required for delivery. This causes some issues when both people work. I believe your company should Offer a signature waiver. Then your company would still be protected should anything happen. But it would add convenience for your customers

To order from agape is a very easy process and i happen to be very satisfied. It seems like a great way to buy jewelry. Be wary of these surveys as you have to come up with 50 words which means typing anything that comes to mind.

This 3 carat diamond pendant and necklace is better than perfect! I am so glad that I came across this site! Most beautiful affordable jewelry I have ever seen. My wife absolutely adores her new necklace!

Paid extra fee for 18" chain with pendant "diamond". Received the necklace after two weeks of the charge on my card. What they sent was a 16" chain NOT an 18" chain. They would not correct the order because I removed the tags…then accused me of being dishonest after they believed me about tag removal. Corporate "policy" would not "allow" them to send the correct necklace length without proof of the incorrect size chain. I didn't lie about anything, they gladly took my funds for a two week period prior to them even sending out my necklace, only to learn it was the NOT what I paid for. I will NEVER EVER be scammed by these corporate bullies again. Buyer beware!

Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the lady that help me on the phone, but she was amazing! Took my order over the phone and got everything handled! Rushed my order for no cost!

I purchased a diamond necklace 'on sale'. I didn't see any disclaimer(s) stating sale items could be damaged. The stone was sparkling and 'white'. However, there was a groove of sorts on the face of the emerald cut diamond. Customer service was happy to send me a label for return ans I did receive a new or repaired face. Note: I ordered and paid for 2" more length chain. Their remedy was to add two one lengths to the original, I felt that was pretty 'cheap'.

They were quick to answer and solve the problem. However, I did upgrade the necklace length by 2” ans agreed to pay. I believe it was about $35. Being the amount was so low and I had to send back the item for repairs, it would have been a nice gesture for AD to pay for the upgrade. I missed giving the item as a suprise due to the return.

My grandson turned me on to Agape Diamonds because he'd used the same jewelry website when he was buying a gift for his girlfriend, and I'll have to admit, I was a little worried about buying something like a diamond online. Their lab-created diamonds were stunning, for sure. But what really floored me was how affordable they were and the exceptional service I received.

My ring is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend Agape. The quality of the diamond and 14 carat white gold is outstanding. I was very satisfied with the purchase process & I received in no time. They are a wonderful company to deal with.

When ordering Diamonds or other Gem Stones, things have changed. When I called Agape, the customer service Julia was very clear and knowledgeable. My wife was very pleased and that outrank any concerns that I may gave had.

Very easy to work with Agape. For the novice, may I suggest explaining the multiple levels of stones, specifically diamonds. It would be for an easier process. Thank you again

I have never made a negative review for any company or product until now. I bought a ring -- the setting was very nice which is why I rated this transaction a two star. However, the center stone was not clear, a little cloudy even. It does not look at all real. The matching band did not match. When I tried to return it, the company declined. So... I made a $2300 mistake. I will not wear it because it doesn't look nice.

I wanted to return the rings. I had the original packaging and the Certificate of Warranty as requested. However, the two rings had a string tag that tied the two pieces together. I cut the string tag in order to try them on properly. Because I cut the tag, Agape declined to take the rings back. I am very unhappy about this.

Excellent service and delivered quickly. Nice selection and loved the way you could see the rings from every angle. Made is hard to choose because there were so many beautiful choices

What company gives a warranty then Denies the right to repair unless something isn't right. It took me over 90 days to get someone on the phone. My product was damaged and the GM was full of excuses... dont trust their product

I was most excited to see the look on my wife's face. I wanted to buy her something she's never had before. She didn't disappoint. When she first saw it, she just sat and stared at it. Yesterday, more of the same.

Wifey opened up them earrings and was like... oh ok. Then she was shocked when I got on one knee to present her with her new ring... you talking about AMAZED and SHOCKED! She said that's big...! Went to my parents house and my sister noticed immediately! Thank you Agape Diamonds!

From the gift box to the stone, this is a great purchase. BAll the other offerings were a cluster of tiny stones. This is one big sparkling gem. Super impressive! I am very pleased with the ease of ordering and prompt shipping. Customer for life!

Overall experieonce was new, because ring was crafted when ordered, instead typical jewelry stores were you window shop and everyone has handled the ring one way or another. That's speaks volume and top tier class.
