Fast shipping, way cheaper than a jewelry store. One of the diamonds on the side of the main stone has what looks like a slight chip but no one noticed until I pointed it out. Overall very happy with the purchase

The sales person was excellent (Jackie)…very helpful and supportive. Delivery took longer than expected…in part due to the Holidays, would have liked to have a more clear communication on expected delivery. FedEx also was very difficult. Promised by noon deliver and at 12:30…they changed delivery by end of day. We did t know what this meant and could not get any help. We had to stay at home waiting on the ring. It was delivered around 2pm. It all worked out and we are happy with the product. Thank you.

My wife fell in love with the rings we purchased. She was torn between lab created and Agape diamonds. We are totally satisfied with our purchase, so beautiful, so sparkling, utterly spectacular... and a pair of diamonds earrings... Thank you... will do business again... LJD

Everything went well with these beautiful earrings but they are so heavy, that they droop down where I can't see them. I would like to return them. I don't want to pay for earrings I can't wear. I will not purchase anything else unless this is made right.

I ordered the heart pendant and it arrived promptly and was beautiful. I wanted something pretty but with a 14 kt gold chain. I contacted customer service to inquire about a longer length and they were able to accommodate and I paid the difference. Would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered the ring and paid for two day shipping with the goal of getting it in time to propose on a specific date. Unfortunately it did not come in time and I had already made all of the other arrangements (dinner, hotel room, etc).

All the time I refer friends and family to Agape. My wedding set is going strong and absolutely gorgeous 6 years now. Everyone compliments me on my ring when I'm out and about. Just purchased earrings and pendant that match my wedding set. Agape Diamonds Never disappoints!

The rings are set in your choice of precious metal which is there only value. The stones have a very cheap cubic zirconia look. Have actually seen better looking cubic zirconia. Also my rings arrive with triple strand of heavy floss weight thead and a security tag which made it impossible to try on the jewelry without removing. Even after removing the security tag i could not not try on the ring. Rings were not size 8.5 which i had ordered they measured at 7.75 at better known national jewelry stores and Jared did measure it as an 8.

This is the first time that I receive CS as it should, fast, helpful and not just the normal standard replies, super!

Bought a pendant for last Christmas now matching earrings for our 48 anniversary she was thrilled with the pendant. Hopefully she will love these as much when I give them to her. She went crazy over them!

Took the ring to get the size adjusted and the jeweler could tell right away it was fake. So much for being hard to tell the difference. Very disappointed. Their customer support was just a bad with a return email that said... You have voided your warranty by taking it somewhere else. What a joke this company is!

100% RECOMMEND to everyone. The look is stunning and the quality went beyond my expectations. Will order from Agape diamonds again.

I had excellent customer service and a speedy delivery. Check out was super easy for financing. The best part is the way the jewelry is displayed on the site and I could select the stone size I wanted etc. I could play videos to look at styles and clarity of stones. They are beautiful.

Experience was great except for the delivery. I was to sign for the 2 carat earrings. I received a text my product was delivered and signed for by someone else! I was home also with door open and no knock or doorbell was done. Package just left on doorstep! Anyone could have picked this up and I would have no recourse because it was signed for. Not by me

I was so nervous about buying a Dimond on line but trust me looks way better in person than on line customer service is on of the best you will ever call made a boo boo on my order and they fixed it for me easy peasey.

I recently purchased a Diamond Engagement ring. It took me awhile as I looked on other sites and decided to give them a try. There was a promotion that also came with free earrings. Upon receiving them both I couldn't be more satisfied of the overall quality that for the price I felt I got a great deal.

Rings/product is fine. However, it takes days for Agape to let you know when is shipping even after you pay the expedited shipping fee. And, if you call Agape no one takes the call. You are simply left waiting and waiting. I waited half an hour and gave up. I placed another order this past week. Same experience.

I have been looking and looking and was afraid to order something that means so much without seeing it but I kept going back to Agape Diamonds.
I am not sorry my ring is beautiful and could not ask for a prettier Ring and I also got a beautiful pair of
Diamond ear rings (studs) that are also absolutely beautiful.
I will order more from them.

The quality is great! The mountings are sturdy and look like they will wear for years. I have worked in fine jewelry and the mountings are on par with other quality jewelers. You are purchasing simulated diamonds- there is no way around that fact, but they look amazing. I have worn my necklace for over a year with numerous compliments.
