I order my rings on a Friday received them on Tuesday. Perfect timing. They were exactly what I wanted. The free diamond earrings were beautiful and the perfect size. My rings are stunning! I have received so many compliments from everyone on how beautiful they are.

The product looked fine I thought I was purchasing lab grown diamonds. As they were not I returned the product via fed ex. Tracking number **************. I have no qualms about your service or product. I was confused by the site producing that item as a result when I selected lab grown diamonds. I'm sure whomever wants simulated diamonds will be pleased with the product.

It's interesting to note that this business has received both very high marks for its products along with some quite low ratings. My experience has been most positive. That experience includes purchases of ten diamonds and a 14ct chain. Every order has resulted in an excellent product. Order to receipt-of-order is generally one week. Items are always shipped carefully and properly. Jewelers working with the products I have acquired from Agape Diamonds have shared my high regard for Agape's product quality and concurred with the appraisals that accompanied the items. I can only relate to my experience with this company. It is 100% positive. I have no affiliation with this company. I wanted to comment on my recent experience with Agape Diamonds. I was so very impressed with the customer component of this company. I had a lot of questions regarding my purchase, and customer service was excellent to not only answer my questions, but to educate me on my diamond purchase. They were kind and responsive. This was my second purchase from this company, and it definitely won't be my last. Highly recommend.

I planned to order a loose lab created diamond online to exchange with the simulated diamond that was in my engagement ring; however, I decided it may be best to call to make sure that everything was done appropriately. I had a promo code that was working when I was planning to order online, but I was told by the sales person that I could not use a promo code on any of the loose diamonds and that it was an error that it worked online. I thought they should honor it on the phone since it would have worked online, error or no error, but they refused. The ring is beautiful, but their customer service is lacking, as I was made to feel that I was doing something wrong to even ask, when it was their mistake that the promo code was working for online orders.

Easy to navigate the website and find what I was looking for. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful when I reached out via email but I do wish there was a way to CALL.

I love, love, love, my conflict-free ring. Face it, we all like shiny objects and blingage but don't want the ethical concerns attached to natural grown diamonds and the price. I was so happy to find Agape Diamonds 3 years ago and so my hubby and I started planning for our 5 year anniversary. Well, here we are today, still in love and celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary and the hubs surprised me with this beauty today. Great work, diamondslabcreated.com. Happy customer!

Pendant was smaller than I thought it would be. I have returned the time per your instructions. I know you have received the pendant because of FedEx's signature requirement. Pendant was returned with tag attached and certificate of authenticity. Still waiting on credit to my card.

I purchased the earring and necklace based on their description of the product and the included appraisal. But, Agape refused to represent the pieces the way they were described in the advertising. Instead, they issue a generic certificate of Appraisal which says absolutely nothing about the individual pieces. That felt like false advertising to me. On three separate occasions, I requested a specific appraisal for the pieces I purchased and they refused to give it to me. I did not like my experience at Agape Diamonds at all. Then, they tried to accuse me of defamation. Really, telling the truth is not defamation. They should be representing their products the way they are advertised.

I did not realize the price was for only one earring as I've never purchased one earring at a time. I probably would not have made the purchase. However after discovering my mistake I went ahead and bought the second one. I hope anyone reading this doesn't make my mistake.

The gal was nice and explained my mistake. She gave me a 15% discount on the 2nd earring.

Online wouldn't accept order had to call customer service and they were helpful. Was disappointed in the misleading wording. Thought I got a lab grown Diamond. Got a simulated one. Verbiage was misleading on the site. Would prefer more education and transparency

I was replacing a diamond ring that was lost. To my surprise not only was i able to purchase the ring we wanted but, also some beautiful solo diamond earrings. All came beautifully boxed and protected. And, like I said, she loved everything.

I am very happy with the jewelry I purchased. I would have done things very differently had I known that the item was shipping to my billing address and NOT the shipping address that I put in at the time of purchase. 860 miles lie between them, and that was not easy. If possible, I recommend that you revise your website to inform folks of this policy of yours at the time of purchase. I discovered the issue by calling to get clarification on shipping destination - no one ever let me know. This was sufficiently disruptive that I don't intend to be a repeat customer.

It was factual in a nonsensical way. The person with whom I spoke stated that a Florida law prevented them from shipping outside of the state. Nothing in my purchase process informed me of this. No one with whom I have spoken since has been able to identify what law requires this. It was frustrating, but I drove to Florida to receive the item, and I will now hand deliver it when I next the the gift's recipient - a bit over a month late for a birthday gift. I ship items across the country for our small business, and I haven't encountered anything like this before.

I am very impressed with this company. The website is very easy to navigate and their images and descriptions of the product are very accurate. The purchase process was very quick and efficient. And the shipping timeframe was as they stated. When I received the product I was first very impressed with their overall packaging and beautiful presentation. The product also did not disappoint. Very high quality and craftsmanship! Comes with detailed grading and certification. I am sure my wife will love it. Thank you!

Agape was good but Katapolt wouldn't except the card my social security goes onto so had to open bank account and transfer money then they screwed up when payments were to start but have been working with me

Words cannot express how beautiful this ring is. I ordered a lab grown 2 carat cushion cut diamond in a cathedral setting. It's more beautiful than I could ever imagine. This is the way to go when you want a beautiful diamond

I ordered earrings and they are beautiful. I have never ordered lab created diamonds before so wanted to stay at a lower price point before jumping into a higher quality, so thought Agape Diamonds would be a good start. So far, the earrings are amazing. The color and sparkle are beautiful and all of my friends noticed them right away and commented on how amazing they are. I am a big jewelry person and have wholesale contacts for my jewelry, so I know good quality. Time will tell as I have only had them for a couple of days and I am curious as to how they will wear with exposure to a pool, sunscreen, hairspray, outside elements, etc and how well they clean.

Unfortunately I lost my original wedding ring we purchased from Agape. It was by far my favorite ring and had been repaired a few times before. My new ring is a beautiful upgrade and I'm very happy with it!

The ring did not look at all like a real diamond, despite the advertising. Additionally, the ring came with "free" earrings. I did not know that I had to return my "free" gift - and then was charged $298 dollar for the "free" gift. This is lunacy.

They basically said that since I already indicated that I'd worn them I had to pay for them.
