“Tuner 1 Directv has Genie bar blocking top of screen”

HD picture is no better via satellite upgrade. Cost went up. Quality went down due to a black/gray horizontal Genie bar cutting off the top part of the screen. So, I am paying more for less picture. Often heads of people or words on screen are blocked. Bad! & no fix.

DIRECTV can't get their s*** together. Three different channels I wanted to watch today were unavailable because contracts had expired. It would be different if this weren't a common place event. Sort out your business dealings. Doing anything else shows you have zero regard for your customers. This has everything to do with corporate profits at the expense of customers. 1 star, only because zero is not an option. Do not recommend.

El servicio al Cliente NO sirve. La llamada pasa de representante a representante y puede tomar una hora sin resolver el problema. Una vez llega al departamento según que corresponde dan 20 excusas, disculpas, palabrerías que en nada aporta. Servicio pésimo, mediocre y costoso. Son rápidos al cobrar y añadir recargos pero la calidad del servicio no vale. Usted que lee le

Servicio muy caro y nunca esta trabajando bien Internet y cable y cobran como las perlas de oro nunca más usaré esta compañía no la recomiendo a nadie, costumer service son unos mentirosos en los precios paga uno el servicio y como quiera por error te lo cortan y el siguiente mes te cobran por la instalación nunca más usaré esta compañía prefiero no tener cable

Desde hace 3 meses llevo solicitando un servicio tecnico, el cual han venido, me han dejado esperando mas de 6 horas he hablado con supervisores como, Fredy Gomez, Natalia Redondo, Katerin Parra y Katerin Palma, los cuales me han tomado del pelo y no me han solucionado nada, QUIERO CANCELAR el servicio por la pesima atencion y tampoco ha sido posible, mi nombre es Hector Javier Nariño Alonso C. C *******, Bogota, Colombia, sera que por este medio si me solucionan?, reitero has sido mas de 30 llamdas y 7 visitas incumplidas en el sentido que NO ME DAN SOLUCION, mi correo es *******@hotmail.com, gracias es pero que por aca me den solucion
