Now i now why its cheaper than other stores the sell you expired defective product and dont try to write them the just ignore you
4 days ago i send my complaint and now answer since
But when i am make a call the said they will send a return labile for defective product but it never happen when i call back they say the wont do it because of to late 2 month past. Well i am sorry but i open nutrients on the day i need it which was for bloom sickle and i open a two month later when bloom sickle come alone
So be carful and check your purchases write-away
Better et don't do business with them they are very busy to deal whit a customers at list that what i being told
In todays world of internet shopping, getting to talk to someone on the phone means a lot. I called them because I had questions about product, and the rep that I talked to (Bill) was more than helpful and informative. Since they are based in cali they also will ship my order to Hawaii for free, this is almost unheard of, as getting stuff shipped out here can be a real pain, from costs to just straight up cancelled orders.
These people have made my life so much easier, their prices are excellent, informative staff, and not trying to screw me just because i live in hawaii. Other sites with cheaper product try to get $70 to ship 1L to hawaii! HAHA!
