I've been a customer with Discount Mags (DM), for close to 15 years. I only use DM for all my subscriptions, and there are many. If I have an issue they take care of it. DM is not local, for me, but that doesn't prevent them from rectifying the issue at hand.
In August of 2023 I requested an address change with discount magazine for national geographic for kids. This was for my grandson. I have received several emails regarding the delay but as of February of 2024 my grandson has still not received the magazine at the new address. What can be so hard about an address change. My next choice is to cancel the subscription and start a brand new one. I think they should be able to handle that. I don't understand the confusion, it's never been this difficult before.
I have been buying from DiscountMags for years and they always have a better price. I have rarely had any problems with any of my purchases.
There was an issue with a subscription I ordered. As soon as I called it to the attention of DiscountMags, they took steps to address and resolve it.

The website is easy to use but has issues. There is now way to see the billing history for previous renewals and costs.
