One star is too damn good. There should be negative stars given. They were recommended by a friend who said their turnaround time was pretty quick. We were planning a wedding for August 25th. Was told three times the order would be delivered by the 20th of August. The ordered didn't even go into production until the 22nd of August yet no communication whatsoever. NONE. We contacted on the 23rd no reply until the morning of the 24th of August saying, "blah blah blah we can get it ship on the 12th of September." This after being assured our order would be DELIVERED by the 20th of August. My daughter is very upset at this VERY UNPROFESSIONALISM. I CANNOT RECOMMEND.
I had a very poor experience with this company. I ordered 72 mason jars with our company logo in November. The product looked great in the design lab. I was sent a proof for my approval and again the product looked great, it looked exactly like it did in the design lab where I had sent it up. Then I actually received the mason jars... they were pretty awful.
None of the mason jars looked like what I had set up in the design lab or what I had received in the proof. Here's a summary of what we received:
1.9/72 mason jars had defects, such as scratches in the ink or the actual mason jar.
2.72/72 mason jars were printed with our logo in the wrong location. I had set up the mason jars so our logo was on the upper half of the mason jars, the ones I received had the logo on the lower half of the mason jars.
3.72/72 mason jars had "holes" in the ink. If you held the mason jar to the light you could see numerous dots where there was no ink.
I contacted the company by phone numerous times to try to get my order corrected or at least a refund. After a few attempts I was told to contact a specific email. After sending this email a synopsis of my issues as well as pictures, I got this response 7 days later:
"I was waiting on an answer back on the jars. Now, because the proof and website say the placement on the mugs varies unfortunately we will not be able to replace the jars. Do you have any other issues with the mugs?"
So my order was completely wrong, 9 were defected and all were of poor quality... but because the online proof says "Please note that proofs are an approximation of what the actual item and artwork will look like after production" I won't be able to have these low quality products replaced or refunded.
I was so frustrated with this response, and complete lack of customer care, that I decided to bring my business elsewhere (still hoping these turn out well, the new company I ordered from at least guaranteed they will remake my order if I am not satisfied).
I had a great experience with this company. Great Customer Service and responsiveness. I will shop there again.

I own a yoga/Pilates studio and we began trying to order T-shirts with our logos on them back in May from Discount Mugs. There were several correspondences with changes in design and somewhere along the line the small sizes were deleted from the orders. Of the orders I did receive one of the shirt styles was a thin distressed style. As I took these shirts out of the box, they were all stuck together as the logos had melted into each other. As I tried to peel them apart, the shirts stretched and threatened to tear. Every single shirt had to be slowly and carefully peeled away from itself and the next shirt. Then we realized we had no smalls. Discount Mugs somehow managed to convince us that it was our mistake that we were only given larger sizes and explained that we would have to re-order a "minimum" amount just to receive small. Although frustrated, we decided to spend the almost $700 to get smalls in the shirts. When the small sizes came they were completely wrong. The logo was in the wrong place, the wording was in the wrong place, and the wording was also wrong (It was supposed to say "Some Like It Hot" for our hot yoga studio and instead it said "Some Like It" wrong font, wrong wording, wrong place on the shirt. We immediately contacted Discount Mugs and asked that they refund our money and we would send the shirts back and just be done. They responded by email and said they needed pictures and explanation, which we sent them. Then they responded that their management team would review our concerns and be back with us in a few days and that it was not their policy to refund monies paid. That was over three weeks ago. No response, no support, nothing! What a horrible way to run a business. And of course I have already been charged the almost $700 which I am now disputing through my CC company. I'm stunned by all the positive reviews. Our experience has been horrible and considering this has been going on for over three months now, I think we have been patient enough. I would NEVER recommend this company.
Answer: The imprint will wash off in the dishwasher, or if hot liquid is in mug for a few minutes may come off on your hand.
