I had a terrible experience with DiscoverCars. First of all, their website is not user-friendly and it was difficult to navigate. When I finally found a car that suited my needs and booked it, I received a confirmation email with incorrect pickup and drop-off locations. I tried to call their customer service number but was kept on hold for over 30 minutes without any response. When I finally reached a representative, they were unhelpful and unprofessional.

We arrived at the airport in Palermo Italy to pick up our vehicle tat we we paid for FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE when we reserved the vehicle! And the rental car place said we must pay again, the car rental place literally told us the insurance we paid for is NOT REAL! And this was only the first issue, then they asked for a credit card to put on file, my name is Joseph but I go by Joe and my credit card says Joe on it, the rental car place would not accept the physical card because of the short name, so I have digital credit cards just in case, they would not accept that either so we were forced to put it in my fiancé name. My rental for the car we selected plus full coverage was $350. Because my name wasn't exactly correct they forced us to create an entirely new reservation and it was for $800 and made me aware I would receive a refund on the canceled reservation. When we got home from our trip we emailed Discover Cars and they told me there was no refund and I'm am just gonna have to deal with it. This company is full of crooks and I employ hundreds of employees, they are making a very big mistake by stealing my money. Trust me I will spend every single day for the next 5 years tearing this company to the ground. There is no possibility these 5 star reviews are real, this company steals your money and then spits in your face!
