DISSH is a wonderful brand with a great concept, but their execution is severely slacking.
To put things into perspective, I am an avid sustainable fashion supporter and even run my own sustainable brand! I would rarely, if ever, rate a sustainable fashion brand less than 5 stars unless I absolutely felt compelled to. To give a little back story- I decided to place my first order back in July. The order contained a bridesmaids dress along with a couple fun pieces. I ordered the products 2 and a half weeks before my trip knowing it's in AUS (I'm in the US).
As the wedding approached, I began to get nervous. By the time my travel day comes around, the items still hadn't delivered- not their fault, delays happen all the time. However, when my package DOES arrive, 3 hours before my flight- my order was entirely wrong. Don't get me wrong, the invoice had all my items listed (I had ordered 6 pieces) and I ended up with a pair of size 35 Vejas (not my size) and a white floor length dress which I obviously could not wear as a replacement to a wedding. I contacted the company explaining my situation and they were kind enough to refund me for the bridesmaid dress I ordered, but informed me that half of the items I had ordered were now sold out, so they were going to send me only the stock they still had.
At this point I was annoyed. I was unable to partake in the wedding and simply wanted this experience to be over. I gave them my address in written email to send the items that they did have. To add to this experience, they somehow managed to get the address wrong (after having shipped it right the first time?), so my items were delayed for an extra two weeks. To make matters worse, the items I received although good fabric quality and pretty, were badly sewn. My button fell off after the first wear.
Long story short, I am disappointed in this company- I had higher hopes for a brand claiming they want to make a change. Only reason they even got 3 stars was because they are sustainable.
I'd suggest scraping this brand entirely while it's still young and trying again. Good idea, poor execution.
