I haven't received my ring yet, but so far this has been an amazing experience. Jonathan worked with me to customize a setting combining my favorite features from two other available settings. He responded to my questions almost immediately, even during the weekend! I can't wait to receive my ring, and I know it will be perfect.

I have had the pleasure to work with Jonathan on several projects and he has been nothing but professional, kind, patient and holds his business to the highest standards. He will bend over backward to make sure you are ecstatic about your purchase and is simply a genuinely good person. The AV stones are nothing short of spectacular too! The combination of an antique cut diamond with the AV ideal optics is simply divine. I am definitely a repeat client due to the incredible diamonds Jonathan has created and his top notch customer service. Only problem is I want them all!

I ordered a cushion cut moissanite to fit in a setting that I already owned. Jonathan and Vicki were so helpful, knowledgeable amd patient with me in helping find the right stone for my ring. It took a couple of "tries" via FedEx, but I love the final result. Most important of all ( to me) is that Jonathan & Vicki are honest, trustworthy and just plain nice people. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

This was our second time working with Distinctive Gem and both times have been amazing! Jonathan is so quick with his responses and is patient in explaining options! The turnaround time for our two wedding bands was incredibly fast and we had handwritten engravings that look PERFECT — they are such a unique touch! Highly recommend!
Jon was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and informative when it comes to diamonds and will will create personal videos to showcase the particular diamonds you would like to see in different lighting and will explain every detail of the diamond. On top of being informative, he is very helpful when discussing settings and ideas you would like to implement on your setting. He made an amazing ring for me and my soon to be fiance and I could not be more pleased. His wife, Vicki was also very helpful with any all questions regarding packaging, shipping, the diamond box and helping in whatever issues that may occur throughout the process. Let me start by saying Jonathon W. Was a dream to work with. Easy to get in contact. He understood exactly my now husband and I vision and maybe because everything I asked for was in stock he got our wedding rings to us ( Florida) in less than 2 weeks do to our ceremony being only 3 weeks away. I just purchased a ring from the company (stone and setting individually plus assembly), and could not be happier with the end product. Jonathan and Vicki pay massive attention to the details and ask specific questions to make sure that every aspect of the ring is exactly as you want it to be, and the end result is truly stunning.
