Ordering was simple and my order arrived way before I had expected it to arrive. Haven't used the product yet but, expectations ate it will be good quality based on my experience with this company so far!
Avoid this seller. They do not disclose that they charge 20-25% restocking on ALL returns. Even if unused, in original packaging, and sent back within 30 days. Plus you have to pay for your own return shipping. Really sneaky and seem to be making profit off of valid returns. Never again!
Made an order for one item. Got an email saying "order would arrive soon". Five days later I went on vacation for a week, came back, no order, no email update. Kind of forgot about it for another week as I got busy at work. Checked the web site, item is "On Order". Got on live chat and some bot (I assume) just instantly replied to my question about where my order was by saying "Your order appears to be scheduled to ship out at the end of this week." Sure.
Coming back to edit: After three weeks, and literally one hour after this review, I got an email that my item was shipped, and from then on, no issues. Item arrived, was good quality. The item still shows on their site as "In Stock, ships in one day." Just like it said when I ordered it almost a month ago.
I own part of this mix up, but so does DK. I was looking for a black mailbox key and found this on DKH's website: https://www.dkhardware.com/kaba-ilco-1646-xcp10-key-blank-for-usps-mailbox-pack-of-10-product-*******.html. It's a black key right!?! Brass colored keys showed up. I chatted with customer service rep who agreed it looked black. She directed me to drill down into product description and see it's brass colored. Ok, my bad. But the image was definitely black. The keys cost $9 and DKH charged me $9 to ship. In order to get a refund I have to pay to ship the keys back, let's say $3. All this trouble to ultimately take a net loss of around [
~ $12. DKH did not offer any consideration despite their own admission that the image did not reflect the actual product. Sure, it's not that much money, to me OR TO DKH, but there is principle. Do better DKH, get your website squared away, and own your part. I'm just disappointed in this experience.
We had ordered a smal amount of hinges. They were delivered in a timely fashion and the order was accurate. Pricing is of fair market value. Will add DK Hardware to our list of prefered internet suppliers.

My extremely affordable items were shipped to me very fast and reliably secure. I will buy from DK Hardware for all my future hardware needs because even Menards didn't have what I needed for the same price.
Unfortunately they were unable to ship a piece of aluminum framing in the length I ordered. DK staff contacted me promptly and made a single cut to my specifications and got it shipped out quickly. I received the order in plenty of time inspire of the complications.

Product arrived today after being ordered over a month ago. That isn't the issue. There was no automatic communication - as in item was backordered, when it was expected to be shipped etc. When I reached out for information, customer service (Sunil) was helpful. Received an email Friday that it had been shipped and it arrived Monday. Original estimated date of delivery was March 2 and today is March 20. The item does appear to be what I ordered - thankful for that.
I was happy with the ultimate outcome. I ordered 4 knobs not realizing they came two to a package. I responded back about the problem. My did not get a timely response to my email but eventually did. Now I'm waiting on my refund.
Couldn't find a Floor outlet cover that we needed anywhere. This website had it. I was sceptical of ordering from a site I have never heard of but had an AMAZING experience. The Price was good for what I was looking for, processing time was next day and shipping was fast. Over all Extremely happy.
I received good service and a good product but the order process was a bit of a hassle. Even though I was able to order on the website with my credit card, I was asked to fill out a credit card authorization form and provide copies of my credit card and identification. While I understand this is to protect the company from fraudulent purchases, it seems more risky to the purchaser. I was able to alter my payment method and pay via PayPal.
One of the reasons I bought this to do my do-it-yourself project and have confidence in me is the product description to have template and instruction on how to install. Unfortunately, it didn't come with neither. DK said they couldn't help me. DK advised me to find the installation in youtube. Great!
Placed an order in August 2021. Yes I know we have supply chain issues, so I was forgiving when my "ship in 5 days" item didn't arrive within the first couple of weeks. So I called…. And called…. And called…. Oh and emailed…. Emailed…. Many documented communications with NO ANSWER to why my $1500+ order hasn't shipped. So finally on Sept 30th I communicated via email and was assured it would ship out in early November.
Fair enough…. So I waited. And waited. And here we are November 10th and guess what, no tracking, no communication, I'm just sitting in the dark unknown. So I reach out, which I really shouldn't have to do, and I'm told it will now ship in JANUARY 2022?!?!? Why don't you provide ME and update if you know there is an issue?
Worst customer service ever. Let's see how quickly I get a refund from this subpar company with zero customer service.
I ordered a steel colored sauce pot to match my set that I currently own, and was sent a black colored pot, the postage was outstandingly high for a small pot that was $30, it wasn't economically feasible to send it back so I took the loss, totally dissatisfied.
I bought I thought 6 quarts of oil, the ad shows 6X1 quarts, I received 1 quart plus shipping on E Bay, another company has the exact description 6Z1 but they send you 6 quarts not 1 for the same price. DK Hardware won't let me return the 1 quart or send me the other 5 quarts to make up 6 I bought
I ordered door hardware that required a "special order" status that I was told would take 5-6 weeks which I agreed to. Now 7 weeks after the fact, their "Customer Happiness Specialist" whom informed me today, only after I contacted them, that the hardware will not be available until 9/13.6 months to fill an order. How about rephrasing that title to "We Really Don't Care About Customer Happiness Nor Do We Need Any More Business Specialist".
I ordered 2 items that were around $1500 each. Only 1 was sent to me.
The order was placed may 3 2022. Communication with Paul Bondoc was horrible. I would send 1 email a week just checking on my missing item. After 4-5 weeks I would get a email with no real answers or solutions.
On September 30th I recieve an email stating that they will not refund or reship the missing item. (I have the packing slip showing 1 item on shipment)
So now I have to waste my time to file a claim with the courts.
I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone, and urge others to stop before you get burned too.

Love the list of inventory. With two sets of aluminum doors that are older. I Searched multiple sites to find what I found at DK Hardware, both product and price.
I buy a lot of CR Laurence products and DK Hardware seems to be the only source for online purchasing. That said, I think it takes too long from order placement to shipment. DK Hardware should study companies like McMaster Carr and Amazon to figure out a way to get products to the consumer faster.
This is my first time ordering from here. They have had payment for a month and still, no product. Fingers crossed I get it soon. I will think twice before I order from here again.
Ordered some window weather seal on 2/7 listed as in stock on web site.
3 days later, no tracking provided, contacted them & answer was they have not received from manufacturer yet, remember - this was "
In stock" & when I mentioned that I got " sorry our website is being updated & it would ship 2/20 latest, ok I can handle that.
2/20 came & went with no tracking or other correspondence.
Contacted them again & now I'm told it's backordered til 3/1, well the CS rep was rude, and offered nothing in regards to order, an alternate item or even upgrading shipping, did I mention RUDE!
He however did offer to cancel my order all together- how does that help me?
Actually got a supervisor to give me a call, again I reiterated website STILL shows in stock, answer: website is constantly updated, huh?
3 weeks from order- never came in stock, how is this constantly updated?

It's a 50$ order- a whole 2.50 for wasting 3 weeks
