I am extremely disappointed with GameKing and their mismanagement of Digimon Masters Online (DMO). I created my account on dmo.gameking.com last year and played the game regularly. Throughout the year, I made several purchases of Crowns to acquire in-game items, spending over 150 BRL (Brazilian Real).
However, in November, my account was deleted without any warning, explanation, or justification. I have never used any hacks, violated any terms of service, or engaged in any suspicious activity. My account was simply erased, along with all the money I invested in the game.
Since then, I have tried countless times to contact customer support via email, but I have received absolutely no response. The company has shown a complete disregard for its paying customers, refusing to acknowledge or address the issue.
This is unacceptable. Deleting a player's account without cause or notice. At the very least, I deserve a response, an explanation, and a resolution—whether that means restoring my account or refunding my purchases.
I strongly advise anyone considering spending money on this game to think twice. GameKing's lack of transparency and refusal to support its players is appalling. Avoid this company unless you want to risk losing your money and progress for no reason.
