I completed my profile three days ago and just received my report. It was a very nice structured pdf document, around 20 pages, detailing maybe 100 diseases and health conditions. Giving a score to each health condition for me and also giving details how they calculated it.

I wasn't sure about this. I received an email about an opportunity to complete a 5 minute online survey and receive a full health report. I did as I have uploaded my DNA file to many websites and allowed research.
Amazingly, the report I received as a pdf from DNA.research was very comprehensive and beautiful. It had an overall view about cancer and health traits, etc. But for each section, it also named the snps.
