I had been struggling to top up my Orange France number since the Orange FR website only accepts French bank cards as payment method (pure nonsense). I had been going back and forth for weeks with their (useless) customer care representatives who kept taking 4-5 days to respond and then finally sent me off to buy a data plan when I needed credit. Finally found this site to buy my credit from and it worked exactly as needed. I normally don't leave reviews, but figured I would on this occasion since their seems to be a lot of bad ones here and I had a very positive experience. I'll definitely be using them again.

They took another payment, above the one written in the contract. They don't return the money, they respond with standard messages. They didn't unlock the phone! Negative company!
After the initial, very reasonable payment that you think is to unlock your phone, it's actually just an eligibility check to make sure all the information you provided is correct and your phone isn't blacklisted/listed as lost or stolen. Once that check is complete, you're hit with a much higher fee $122.00 USD in my case) to actually unlock the phone. I haven't decided if I'm going to take the plunge and pay the fee yet or not as I have 3 phones to unlock it will cost me $450 to do eligibility checks and unlock all 3 phones. On the flip side, it will cost me over $1000 to get out of my contract with AT & T and my bill is currently astronomical so I want to switch to a cheaper provider. If I decide to move forward with paying the unlock fee, I will come back here to update my review.
They told me that the payment was being processing and that I will get on Emil. They removed the payment from my bank account and she never did get her top up and I never did receive the Emil I try reaching out to them but there is no way to.they are a scam. Awesome. After spending 2 weeks trying to unlock my paid for galaxy Note 8 phone to move from ATT to Sprint I turned to DoctorSim based on a recommendation. They kept me up to date on their work with an update email and made it clear the time frame. Took 3 days and my phone unlocked this morning.

Exceptionally Efficient. Bought my daughter a used Note 8 from a re-seller on swappa. Had my first bad experience on AT&T unlock page saying the device hasn't been activated on their service for at least 60 days. DoctorSim got me the unlock code in less than an hour.
Was skeptical at first... offered to provide code to unlock phone for cheaper price than other companies (the company my phone was locked to no longer provides cell services and stopped providing unlocking codes). I put in the details and provided my credit card details on the secure site... in less that 10 min DoctorSim emailed me a code and it worked perfectly (they even provided instructions for the not so tech savvy). I went through Dr Sim to top up a sim I purchased in France. I topped up £20 because I had travelled to England and they didn't tell me until after the purchase was finalised that that sim was only good for France. When I asked for a refund they said sorry once the purchase has gone through you can't be refunded. Ha and their motto is Trust Us. Yes right. Thanks for nothing mongrels.

I have an older vet oh Samsung phone that a friend gave to me. It was locked to a specific carrier. Doctorsim perfectly helped me unlock it. Great job! Great service. They keep customer updated during the process.
Paid upfront for my phone to be unlocked several days ago. No delivery of service - phone remains locked. Response via email support has been poor and sporadic too.
Didn't want for it to get to this but I've run out of options with a lack of response from DoctorSIM. Promises on their website:
1. Instructions delivered fast, but they don't work. Customer service (which is claimed to be first-class on their wbesite) is abysmal. Existent, but abysmal.
2. "100% reliable! In the rare event your LG cannot be unlocked for any reason under doctorSIM's responsibility, we will issue you a full refund."
- Don't believe this. Nothing can be farther from the truth - when pushed for an answer on why there has been a failure of delivery of service, you get silence.

So they said they could unlock my phone, failed and then they refunded my money. Immediately after they charged me again and were trying to unlock it again without asking me or anything. Refund and a new charge at exactly the same time. Crooks

I paid 30 min ago to Doctor Sim Mobile Australia. I received confirmation email of purchase. But still waiting for the SMS to put my PIN code. So, now lookign forward to other place to recharge my phone.
Update:
We solve the issue. The customer service is quite good, fast and very patient. Mmmm... In my case, the mobile operator gave me an Unlimited plan. As a consequence, it was not visible when I checked my balance. It will be helpful to have the option in Doctor SIM to top up just for credit or a plan instead. I think Doctor SIM should differentiate both possibilities. Because, in my case I was not looking for a plan, just credit.

I gave this site 4 stars because, while they couldn't unlock my phone, there was no explanation as to why. I know the phone is not blacklisted. But they did at least respond to my inquiries and issued a full refund. I'd give this site a chance again if I need this service again.

They took my money, gave me a fake story about the number not being available but somehow, if I pay them MORE money, then somehow they WILL be able to unlock. Needless to say, I declined their oh so kind offer. Then I got a "refund" to their website for future use - which I am of course never going to use.

Doctor sim sent me all the required against my cellphone IMEI within 2 hours for like only 3 Usd in fees.
I ordered a unlock code for my Samsung Galaxy s20 fe on March 24,2022. They charged me and almost a month later I sent an email just to find out the status and no response. Worst company ever.
I believe that this site is a scam. I paid $44.95 to unlock my S7 phone on 6. 05. 2020. After 24hrs when I didn't get an unlock code from DSim I contrequested remote access to my PC to unlock my ph. CRAZY! Who trusts a site that stated nothing about remote access to your personal computer (RED FLAG) in their ads to assist you in unlocking your phone. If someone doesn't know their network and you need remote access to a Pc to unlock the phone say it upfront so customers could decide whether or not to purchase the service or not. I want a full refund. Public Be Warned. SCAM ALERT... I am a legitimate customer and have the emails and request number to prove. In covidn19 times EVERY CENT matters. Don't steal people money.

Only in select cases when you don't know your network, and a CODE is not available, do we offer remote tech assistance. This is clearly stated in our site as a standalone service (which you ordered) if any body needs it, but usually is only a fallback for when code unlock is not available.

This company is a SCAM, DO NOT USE THEM! I should have went with another company. When I ordered it said 0-15 days, now they are saying business days which is 3 weeks. Ive never had an unlock take that long. Then, they offered a partial refund of $10 but the refund never came. They send emails saying they are "close" and my unlock request was processed "successfully" but I'm still waiting and no partial refund.
All they've done so far is take my money, offered a very partial refund, and not provided a service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM. MY SAME COMAPLAINT HAS HAPPENED TO MANY OTHERS. I THOUGHT I'D BE DIFFERENT (THAT WAS A LIE) AND WAS DESPERATE. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
