I would suggest looking up the company phone number. I have been unable to find one.
Perhaps also send a question & see if you ever get e response. That's important because the only way you are going to ever get out of their program is for them to respond to your written request.
Be careful when signing up on their website because there are alot of bait buttons. Without knowing you will be charged for recipes or something that you will never see at a cost of $24.99.
Here's the next trick. If you buy through Google or Apple they openly post that they can not offer refunds.
There is even a page that threatens if you try and dispute their charges that automatically makes you ineligible for a refund.
I received an email offering me a $1. Week long trial & I was charged over $85.

The app was okay for what it was. But when I signed up, I subscribed to the six month plan. Four or five months passed and I quit using it. When it came time to renew, there was no warning or e-mail notification letting me know that I would be charged again. Instead, they just charged me. I immediately saw the charge, cancelled my subscription, and asked if there would be any way I could get a refund - even a partial one. They told me that there was no way they could offer a refund for a six month subscription even though it had been less than 24 hours since the charge had gone through. It's absolutely ridiculous that they don't send out any reminders about upcoming purchases and then refuse any kind of refund for a six month subscription. I would understand if it was still the year 2002. But we're living in 2024 when digital subscriptions and purchases are the norm. Until they change this policy or the way they let customers know they're going to be charged, I would stay far away! There are plenty of other fasting apps you can use that work just as well.
This app interfered with my phone performance, made it frozen. Since I installed it, my screen stoped with no responce even to any touch. I had to uninstall it after I figured out the reason, but unfortunately they didn't accept to refund my money. I wasted that much money for nothing!
After trying the app and cancelling in 2023 I decided to give it another go and renewed my subscription in 2024. The app would not recognize the new purchase I made online because I used the same email as the previous account. While trying to get the app to update my new info I deleted the old info. Because I used the same email the website said that I deleted the whole account and nobody there can help restore or rectify the tech glitch despite having no less than 6 people respond to me email, and they refused to refund the 3 month sub I paid for. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. Their service was terrible, and nobody was able to help from their "help" center.
They charge without warning and not allow cancelling subscription in any way. The location where FAQ points you to cancel your subscription looks different in 2 browsers, neither of them has an actual "cancel" option.

I can honestly say I'm not overly happy with this app. I find it hard to manipulate and I can't figure out why when searching for food items there isn't a bar scanner like most other apps I've used. I am planning on trying to cancel my subscription
This app does more or less what I expect it to, though there have been several perplexing notifications during the time I've used it:
*"Your weight went up, but it's okay!" Thanks, but I literally just entered a 2# loss?
*"You've been fasting for 2 days! Keep the streak going!" I've been fasting for 3 weeks, but apparently we only do 5 or 7-day streaks.
*"Don't forget to start your fast!" Literally started it 2 hours ago, what are you talking about?
Again, it does a really good job of tracking the fast, and I love having the widget on my Home Screen so I can track it without opening the app. It's just a little wonky sometimes.

Only recently started, but the app helps keep me focused on my goal. I wish it was easier to log what I eat. A lot of items are t in the app and it is difficult to add each meal by ingredients… also weight section wants you to update daily, but articles say once a week… overall it's good!
My credit card account is charged for the services provided to some third party I am not aware of. When fraud is reported to DoFasting customer service, they are delaying cancellations and refunds. No phone support. The customer service keeps changing and keep on getting mail that within 48 hours it will be addressed. Case Assigned to Supervisor but without addressing comes back to juniors. I have to connect with my Credit Card Company to get the refund and charge back. I had already removed all credit card and banking information from PayPal as it appears that the user details were compromised. It is horrible customer service
Pros: sends alert notifications when to start fasting, when to stop, update the key tracking items such as water and calories, and integrates with my health app for step tracking. Nice little report summarizing what was tracked.
Cons: the cost, not a robust system to help with tracking calories no fast food or grocery store premade items. Thus I am constantly looking up outside the app my calorie count. For the price this should be in there.
After my 1 month goal is met. I will be deleting.
It is motivating for an app to help keep me on track and be accountable but not worth the cost long term.

I'm just over 2 weeks of fasting and feeling really good. I haven't missed a day, but I did have to adjust the window while traveling to another time zone. I find that I no longer crave unconscious/mindless eating, sweets, or alcoholic beverages. I'm very conscious about my body and what it needs to function properly. I've experienced days where I didn't eat enough calories or protein and the effect it had on me the following day when trying to exercise. I'm enjoying this journey and feeling physically amazing!

I did not know when I paid for a trial with PayPal that it would be an automatic recurring payment. As soon as I see it I said it was not my intention and requested a refund. After finally hearing back from them they kept asking for this than that. After 5 or 6 emails back and forth I was told I could only get 50% of my payment back. Even though I never once used the app. I had only wanted to purchase the supplement. I did not care to use the app. Absolute garbage customer service. Beware!

This app includes almost no services! Once you pay your initial fee, you will be bothered again and again to purchase more little parts of the program that you were led to believe were included. It's impossible to get a refund once you've paid. Stay away from this app!

I purchased a 1 week trial. I canceled the trial on the 6th day. They still charged me $79 for three months. I contacted them. First, they stated they could not find my account. So why not refund my money? Then they offered me a FREE lifetime membership. No thank you. Next, the offered a 50% refund with yet another excuse. I said no. Also the $79 for three months is more than what is advertised on their site! The 3-month plan is $16.00 per month. 16 x 3= 48. This company is based in Vilnius. Lithuania. They have another address in Delaware and California.

The beginning is great, it looks professional, if you want to loose 15 kg in 2 month, great we can help you... Then you sign up and for $60 you only receive an app which tracks your fasting and your water intake for 3 months. If you search in the app store you can get that for free. No system, no program, just an app. You can buy if you want for a hefty price a cooking book.
After 2 days I went back to them and I said I want my money back. They said they cannot fully refund 100% just 50% unless the product is faulty.
I am putting my story here so hopefully you read the reviews before you buy.

I thought the app was ok but honestly nothing amazing about it. However, if you buy the DoFasting smart scale you have to have the paid subscription to get anything other than your weight. They don't tell you this. If you cancel the subscription, you can't get BMI, etc. It turns the expensive scale into almost worthless. Besides, you can get a smart scale for way cheaper that doesn't limit you because of an app. Total scam!

Used the app for 3 months- very hard to use. Not enough options to easily pick the foods you ate for the day. If u did enter your own the system would not remember it and you'd have to put it in again the next day. Also they charge every 6 months so watch out. I did not know that when i signed up and didn't see anything about it in the info sent to me.

Love the water intake portion and the fasting portion.
Dislike looking up foods to get calorie intake. Often times doesn't recognize the food. Also freezes up on me a lot and have to close app. And start over.
Wish it would remember my past meals I record also.
More reminders would be great as well.

I was expecting more for the money. It is a simple tracker for the most part, and there are other free options. I choose this as I thought it would give more. The recipes seemed great at first glance, but then you notice that there are no measurable amounts listed for the spices especially, which are essential to making the dish a success. I was hoping for more workout options/information or feedback on how to really be more successful. Like I said, it's a simple tracker, and for me, not worth the cash I paid for it.

Other than tracking my 16 hours of fasting (which I can do on my own), I don't see a point to this app. It does not allow you to put specific foods, therefore, putting in generic foods does not accurately calorie count. On top of that, something as simple as roasted potatoes are not even on the list. After using the system for two days, I reached out to the company to cancel per multiple websites I saw, you can cancel within 3 days or cancel within 2 weeks. I was told that only if the app was "faulty" would they refund me, therefore they would only give me back half of my $65. I figured I would give it a try with the refund option, but that was a mistake. I highly do not recommend!

This is a one size fit all app. You have to use one type of fast and select that for a week - cannot change fasting times and forget back editing your start or stop times. The food tracker is cumbersome and and you have to enter every ingredient - you can't scan items.
Waste of money and you will do better even with free apps

The app does not retain data. You can input the same information multiple times - may work or not. If you can just sit home and live your life this may be ok. For an active person, you are better off with a pencil and paper.
It works but doesn't link to my smartwatch. So you should be able to manually key in steps etc. Also the directory of foods is not very complete and many times asks for grams only. Other measurement options like cups, etc would be helpful.
