I have been using this program for one week now. Great app to help keep track of my water, food intake and fasting hours. I was surprised by the exercises also offered and enjoyed how easy they were to do and understand. I feel like for the first time in years I am on to something I can stick to.
Complete trickery! Only browsed and contemplated joining but before I knew it money sucked out of my account and still no access to the app! "Support Carol" was no assistance and quite rude. DO yourself a favour and scroll away from this app
The app doesn't keep past foods on record to easily input again. The end of the week report has my water intake wrong. Google play does not refund money for this app so I'm highly unhappy that I'm out money for an app that really doesn't do anything but hold me accountable for my fasting times.
The app itself is good, no complaints here. But the company has a "policy" on auto-renews to only refund 50% of the $66 semi-annual fee if you forget to cancel. "Who's going to forget", you ask? I'd wager plenty of people, including yours truly. Life is just to busy to remember everything. What's more? EVERY company that I have an auto renew with has sent me a reminder as an overture of good faith. Not DoFasting. So good luck to you if you forget to cancel the auto-renew.
I find this extremely unfair and borderline unethical. All other companies where I've cancelled after the auto-renew, have given me no pushback- none, nada, zilch... except for this one. $33 down the drain.
Caveat Emptor
App not very useful for anything except as a timer for fasting or eating window. The calorie counter is very limited compared to My Fitness Pal free functionality. Any of the info about intermittent fasting available in the app can be found for free with a Google search. The app is buggy in that it often requests that you update the app but it doesn't update when you click the button. If you miss resetting the timer for ending or starting a fast it will sometimes not allow you to edit and continue without completely choosing a different fasting plan.

Love how the app is set up - fasting time clock, documenting calories, water, weight and my steps but when logging in calories it doesn't save my previous entries to reuse again.
It's a hassle to keep looking up my macro info so sometimes I don't use that part of it because it takes too much time. Hopefully that can be improved upon. Thanks

App is easy enough to use. Link the links to further knowledge. Wish there was a way to either import food (I have used MyFitnessPal extensively) or save recurring personal food meal choices. Like the landing page/dashboard. I'm about a week in, so still figuring it out.

I am one week into my intermittent fasting. I haven't had any problem so far adhering to my 14 hour fasting schedule. I've lost 2 pounds this week and I've not really been real diligent about eating healthier. That is giving me the incentive to be more mindful about my eating and maybe I'll lose even more. I normally exercise 3-5 times a week. I have not increased my exercise regimen at all
I think the app really helps keep you on track for your fasting period. The articles are very helpful and contain valuable information.

I Have never tried intermittent fasting but I do love this app it does make it very easy for me especially since I am not of the go and get an app generation... Sometimes when I'm walking out in the woods it's difficult to go ahead and hurry up and get my dinner but I try to plan now better so that I can stay on track. And its working lost 6 lbs my 1st week eating my regular foods.

When paying for a program, it is reasonable to hope for a higher level of support. Improving the app's calorie counting ability through a better database of food items and allowing previous entries to be copied (the recent category only uses the name and does not carry over calories and macro information). A weekly newsletter with several other articles may be helpful or allow the user to choose how often then receive emails and on what topics. Having a coach to pair up with would be helpful, even if it is AI (some algorithmic type of service that follows up on goals…it seems like there is something there but I don't see it as being consistent). Otherwise, having the ability to see the duration of fasting time, time leading up to fasting, and the stages my body goes through during fasting is helpful. I do appreciate there is a database of healthy menu options and workout regimens. Maybe that is where the coaching could come into play is the accountability part.
So far it has gone well but not much weight loss. A little disappointed with the food/calorie app as I can seldom find the food I have just eaten. Be prepared to read packages and menus so you can post the calories you are consuming. Have a problem with the step counter as it is not accurate and runs 1000 to
1500 steps behind what I am counting. Feeling more energetic but there are times during the fasting period I get a little light headed - could be some pre-existing medical issues

I've had an interesting time learning to plan and cook, something I haven't been doing a lot if in the past few years. I am trying to figure out combinations of food that are both quick and appealing and somewhat simple but good. It's a work in progress but I'm figuring it out.

I am already down in more than 10 pounds. I do think that it's an excellent results considering the fact that it is not too difficult to follow the program and emails plus notifications are useful to know where I am standing and what my next steps should be.
I like the program so far because the main differentiation aspect about it is that it came into my life seamlessly – everything is done for me and I don't have to worry about anything. Particularly great are notifications, like a well planned calendar :D

The app is a good reminder and keeps you honest. Though I have yet to drop any weight, I feel more energy and am sleeping better. As a pump dependent diabetic I was worried about fasting regularly. But my numbers are better than I could have hoped for.

Easy to use. Simple forward. Just what you need in tracker prompts - perfect IF App - I love the look! A desirable feature would be to superimpose the hours quickly with a weight list for easy comparison.
I've only used the app for a week. I was under the impression that it would be a little more interactive. I'm not sure this is worth the price. I could easily use my phones generic timer and any food tracking app for free.

I use the app daily to setup my fasting timer, log my water and calories consumed throughout the day. It's easy to use, there are no annoying features like on the other apps I used in the past. Already feeling having more energy and my clothes fit better. Might even go shopping for new apparel to celebrate my achievements.

I find the app somewhat user friendly however when I have questions or a process isn't clear I get better and sometimes the only answers from people on the Facebook group. Once you kind of understand the concept I'm not sure how necessary the app is at $43 a month. I like this program and and having some success, so I'm happy so far

So far so good. My only critique at this time would be the adding of calories isn't as easy as I wished it would be. Unless preparing one of the meals in the app, it's difficult to know how many calories if I'm just having something simple like a couple of fried eggs.

Overall I'm happy with the app because it allows me to track my fasting and meals. The only negative is that the when bar codes are scanned on foods, the nutrition information isn't always accurate and can't be updated. For instance, today I had a rice chips and it listed the carbs as 0.0 grams but the nutrition information on the package listed 20 grams of carbs (fat and protein were accurate). Also, calories were a little off. It would be nice to be able to edit nutrition information for foods that the bar codes can be scanned.

The fasting tracker is great. It has helped keep me accountable. I wish that you could put water in there manually easier. In one of my other apps I they just had an add button and it just increased the amount of water. I don't really use the nutrition end as it is hard for me to add foods that I eat as a lot of my meals especially in the evening are home made. So that make it difficult. It does not pair with my fitbit like it should. But overall his has been a good app so far

This journey has been easier then I thought.
I'm not as hungry when my fasting period ends. I have started to fast longer. The information that gets emailed to me has been really helpful.
I wish the app could log your meals easier. If you don't use one that is already there then you have to google it.
But all in all I'm pretty impressed by the program.

The app is helpful overall, but has some issues. Multiple times I have started or ended a fast in the app only to open it hours later and find that it didn't save my status, and still had me in the wrong phase. Then I have to think back to when I started or stopped eating and manually fix the start time. Please review this behavior for the next app update.

Overall it's good. I'm enjoying the reminders, the meal ideas and recipes and the tracking. However, I would like to be able to record my steps manually. I have a step tracker but it doesn't sync with the app. And I do not carry my phone with me everywhere. Also, it's really frustrating that it doesn't keep your data if you lose connection.
