I have been using this program for one week now. Great app to help keep track of my water, food intake and fasting hours. I was surprised by the exercises also offered and enjoyed how easy they were to do and understand. I feel like for the first time in years I am on to something I can stick to.
Complete trickery! Only browsed and contemplated joining but before I knew it money sucked out of my account and still no access to the app! "Support Carol" was no assistance and quite rude. DO yourself a favour and scroll away from this app
It is a great concept. Main problems are that the app locks up all the time, does not save the macros in the custom food you enter so you can easily track meals and just a real pain to enter food in general

Hungry or just want to eat something goes it taste good, I'll find something to do. Go for a walk, go to the store, start dinner plans for husband, clean the pool, etc

The app does nothing more than time your fasts. The articles are generic and not updated. The calorie counting is hard to use - rather than just counting an item, it measures everything in grams. It is nothing like the ads shown on facebook.

My fasts starts once my family has dinner so there are no problems to start it and my fast finishes just after my kids are gone to school, so I have time for myself. I try to include recommended amount of water and sometimes count my consumed kcal.

I'm new to DoFasting and enjoying it so far. I love all the widgets (water, workout, articles, etc.). Only area I'd like to see more on is the calorie widget. When I do a search for a food, I'm not always receiving the right info. It takes more time than I would like. Aside from that, totally enjoying it!

Hi this works but only at a basic level, unless you have an Apple Watch. I have a Garmin. The calorie counter is next to useless and if you can't input your exercise either it makes it an app that is simply a stopwatch. Disappointing as I now use 3 apps when I thought this would do it all. My calorie counter is much more user friendly and easy to understand. The exercise app on garmin obvs much more detailed.

The app timer works well… that's it. The rest of the app is so full of bugs that it's impossible to actually take advantage of. According to the goal in the app I need to gain more than 200 lbs since the goal cannot be changed and some random over 300 lbs numbers was set. For a paid app, this is terrible. I only use the timer, everything else is worthless.

Only been this app for a week on and it keeps freezing. I wish you are able to edit the ending of your fasting you. You can only edit the beginning and only for an hr you can adjust it. Wish it had a water reminder. And most importantly just because you purchased the app doesn't mean you are starting it on the spot. It would give the the option of entering your starting date and go from there
This is very helpful in order to track the starts and end my fast. I wish it would track more than steps, as how much you work out plays a part in how much you should eat a day. I question as to how low this app has me for calories. Also I wish there was a way to save the foods I manually put in so you can use them for any meal. If I added something for lunch and then had it for dinner I would have to re-add it. Also if it's something you have not had recently it goes away so you have to re-add it. If I have to keep re adding foods I don't see me using this app long term.

The DoFasting application has helped my weight loss journey in a very positive way. It keeps me on track with logging my calorie intake, how much water I am drinking, tracks my daily steps and lets me know when to start and stop my fasting windows. The only draw back for me personally is the tracking of my custom meals. Every Monday, all of the custom meals I've added to my calorie log are removed. This requires me to maintain a separate food log so that I can quickly track the number of calories, proteins, carbs, and fat for everything I consume without recalculating them week. We are creatures of habit and tend to eat the same meals. This may not be a problem for most users, but if your weight loss requires close tracking of calories this will require extra work on your part. I've used the application for 28 days an have lost 7.6 pounds. This is double the weight loss I achieved from the 4 weeks of intermittent fasting I completed without the application.

I eat less then before, I stop eating at 4:30. I cut out bread, pasta, I don't eat meat. I eat mostly fish & salad or veggies and on that I would think it would be enough to help me lose weight but nothing is really happening
Most of the time it is very good. It keeps me thinking about when to start and stop eating. My biggest problem is forgetting to start or stop the app at times. It would be nice to have an alarm of some sort, maybe A beep on my Apple Watch to start and stop eating periods.

You can choose to receive reminders 1 hour, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, or 5 minutes before the window starts. If you want to keep off the lost weight this is the best application. I keep all my meals, water, exercise in one place and this helps me to know where I stand. Intermittent fasting is surely one of the easiest diets out there because essentially you do not need to count calories or macros, all you need to do is fast when your app is asking you to fast. I think it is easy to use. I'm seeing results quickly. I have tried a lot of different apps and they have either annoyed me with how many things they wanted me to do or haven't been easy to do. This app is just right. Holds me accountable and easy to follow.

Maybe it's user error, but it seems that if I input data info one day for a meal under customized menu that it should not have to be retyped in if I have the same meal another day. It would be so much easier to input just once and duplicate another day.

Do not subscribe. The app charge your card without your approval and then it's impossible to get your money back. Not helpful at all. I tried the app for a day, and can say that didn't like it at all.
I think the diet is good. It seems to be working (lost 3 pounds this week). But the app is a little "awkward." I was a designer myself and feel I may have done it better. Still, it works and delivers good information.

This is a well organized and effective program backed by science and data. The app is okay, but the food tracking is very immature in its development and needs to be improved. The food search is not very robust and is difficult to use. In addition, if I want to enter a previously entered meal another day, the calories and other details should also carry over and not need to be re-entered

The app keeps freezing up when I want to enter info. It has now completely crashed and I can not log back in.
When it does work, I like the tracking and accountability. Great meal ideas and workouts.

Being new to IF, I found the app to be very helpful keeping track of things for me. I also like the recipes, as an option for when I don't know what to eat. My only negative experience is that the app continually "crashes" and I've had to uninstall and reinstall it a couple of times when it just won't open successfully. I've found that, when I break my fast with the right kind of foods, I have no problem doing a 24 hr fast, which is very surprising for me. 1 week in and I've already lost 3.5 lbs!

I like the fasting timer and the input of water, steps etc. But I wish the workouts on the app were connected to the program as well. I just did 20 mins and there's no record of it so I can see my work/growth etc.

I began fasting less then a week ago, but I think it's going well so far. I didn't think I could stick to it, but surprisingly, I found it very easy. I'm excited and hope I lose weight. I've tried so so many different options and have lost, but as soon as I start eating foods I enjoy, it comes right back. It's so hard to keep it off, so here's to a new beginning.
This app has made my journey 10x easier and allows me to stay accountable. Seeing my streaks of fasting is motivational and helped me stop snacking. I lots 12lbs in the first few weeks, the progress is now a little slower but that's what I expected

The Do Fasting Intermittent Fasting app is very helpful on keeping one focused and reminded of how to achieve the goals set for oneself. The only thing that I wish it did better was calorie logging. I'd like to be able to select and reuse the custom meals I create rather than retype the same things multiple times. If the app allowed your custom meal items to be stored to a library for selection, that would be most helpful. Other than that, the app has been my 'buddy' as I continue on my journey to reframe by body.
