Well, my favorite store of all times is no more. I was very disappointed when they raised their prices to $1.25...I mean, how can you call yourself "DOLLAR Tree" and charge more than a dollar...but I kinda understood. What I DON'T understand, is why I got home yesterday and read my receipt and over HALF of the items I purchased were rung up as $3.00! NOWHERE did it say this in the store! If it had, I would have turned around and left. I mean, WHAT is the point of shopping at a dollar store if you have to pay what other stores are charging? Shame on you Dollar Tree!
An order placed 5/21/23, order ready for pickup 6/8/23, but after speaking to the manager the product wasn't. An hour's time, gas, fighting the traffic etc, and showing the manager the email...
Furthermore, her attitude-- "you should have called it's your problem and corporate's," call them, isn't good customer service.
Calling corporate for a supervisor didn't result either, the entire group with little care. They have my payment money but won't provide the product. Insulated supervisor doesn't cut it either.
They've forgotten I'm the customer, not them. We, as a customer deserve the product because we paid for it!
On to legal battles to get the money returned. So much for this store.
I used to go to this Dollar Tree a lot for various storage, office and craft items. Hadn't been in several months. Went yesterday...It was HORRIBLE. Items of all sorts LITERALLY all over the floor...imo poses a safety hazard. Shelves totally disorganized, poorly stocked. Premises looked dirty, unkempt. Cleanliness sorely lacking. Frankly, the store's general state was utterly shocking. Public health and safety issues. I used to love this store. Corporate really needs to attend to this location.

The cashier at the store in glendive Montana is very rude. She makes absolutely no attempt the be polite...no hello how are you or did you find everything okay...instead it's just staring down and not even acknowledging the customers...she either needs better training or customer service is not the job she should be working...he name is Wanda...very rude.

SELWYN is a cashier at Dollar Tree Ives Dairy, N Miami. He's is always gentle, with better predisposition and good manners. Always trying to make customers smile! ONE OF A KIND! Hope they take good care of him!
I was in the dollar tree the other day, and was greeted by Gary, one of the cashiers! I had remembered him, because he was consistently kind, informative, smart, and went out of his way to make the customers feel appreciated. And then I saw the manager, Ken interacting with his employees. He treated them with such regard. It was awesome! He also jumps right in and does whatever needs to be done along with all of his team! I heard him speaking to one of his employees, and he was so kind and respectful, which is a rarity. No wonder why this store is the best dollar tree ever! It is because of people like Ken who truly care about their employees and makes sure everything is stocked and clean. I would encourage anybody who wants a great shopping experience, to stop by this dollar tree on Washington Pike in Bridgeville They will be so glad they did!
I just bought some cookies at the ives dairy road, north mami dollar tree. The store was empty and the cashier around so, I asled her which one was open, she simply point the ceiling and said ' the one with the light'. Do you think im looking up? They have hiring and signs out but they don't need help they only need help cleaning their stores and revitalizing them they suck they have sent me to four different Dollar trees every time I'm done cleaning they're done with me this is incredible I wouldn't recommend no one get employed here they are users that is unacceptable and they only hire on white people with bad teeth
Every time I go to Dollar Tree its clean, organized and stocked very well. Once I notice the two lines were getting long and then the manger quickly notice and came and open another register to get customer's out faster. This store is always aware of what's going on. Am writing this review because when I shopped at Dollar Tree last week I was impressed. This store in Duncanville is representing.
Want to know the most pleasant place to shop in my neighborhood? It's the local Dollar Tree on Philips Hwy in JacksonvilleFL.! The employees are all helpful and friendly...despite the low wages they are paid. The customers are cordial. During COVID, one of us would hold the door for others to avoid spreading germs on the door handle. Dollar Tree does not assume I'm a thief. I carry my own shopping bag, and they've never embarrassed me by taking my items out of the bag like I'm trying to steal something. Wish I could say the same for Walmart. Nope. The Thrift Shop. Nope. Family Dollar. Nope. Love my local Dollar Tree! I'm greeted every time I shop there with a happy, "Welcome to Dollar Tree!"

Sales Associate Zariah at the DT at Northlake in Charlotte was too busy flirting with the other male Associate to be concerned with running the register. As the continued to push each other like school children and say stop "effing' with me in front of a small child.customers were ignored. Hard to fi d good help these days.
On 2/5/23 12:45pm. I was shopping at 476 dollar tree. I waited in line for 30 minutes. There were two cashiers Kelly R. And Erica both were female associates.The cashiers were scanning item every two minutes that is ridiculous. The manager that was in charge. Was Kathie. The company need to pick up the units per minutes. When ringing a customer up and getting the customer in and out of the store faster. And improve customer service. And Keep me as a customer.
I walked in the store Miss yonnie greeted me told me she was at the balloon station if I needed help to let her know. The store was quiet then Renee the freight manager from Wilmington North Carolina started screaming at Miss yonnie I asked the cashier what was the matter I told her I don't know Renee was so disrespectful to the cashier it makes no sense then she came back took her till down and told her to clock out I met with Miss yonnie briefly outside the store and got the manager's name and also the store manager Dylan something need to be done with Renee how she talks to her employees. Miss yonnie is a very hard worker she's always there she always have a smile on her face when she leaves and Dollar tree will be sad and this is the store military cutoff road and Wilmington North Carolina. I'm going to the Police Station and filed a law suit against Gena Latu, and against The Dollar Tree for allowing Gena mistreated a disabled customer!
My alarm went off on my Truck and she called the cops (again harassing me) just because my alarm went off and tried to tell them that I stole my own Truck. AGAIN IT'S HARASSMENT. BECAUSE I WALKED INTO THE STORE TO PURCHASE THINGS. AND I WANTED TO EXCHANGE LITTLE GIRLS NAILS FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERS. I PURCHASED 5 BUT ONLY WANTED TO EXCHANGE 3 AND GENA WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO INSTEAD SHE CALLED THE POLICE OFFICER. YES A LAW SUIT IS DEMANDED BY YOUR EMPLOYEES ACTIONS!
She even followed me around other times I went there to purchased, she would stand at the register while I was paying AGAIN HARASSMENT

What burns my $#*!, is there was no notice, advertisment, or signs, to show the prices in Dollar Tree went up to $1.25. So it's not the Dollar Tree anymore, It's $1.25 Tree. I was buying items thinking they were still a dollar a item. Then twice I noticed for the amount of items that were in my cart I was being charged more. I knew my food stamps didn't have a tax & I ask her are you charging me tax. She said no & said she would pay the difference. I finish & when I got home I called & that's when I found out the prices went up to $1.25. I said when did it change? She told me it's been like that for 2 years now. & I never knew the dollar amount went up. Why didnt they show that on TV or the Media. That is so embarrassing thinking you have enough to pay & you dont. THANKS DOLLAR TREE FOR LETTING US KNOW. JACKASSES!
I bought 14 ribbons for one dollar and twenty Five cents each. TODAY my daughter went to exchange the 14 ribbons but they only gave her 50 cent credit for each ribbon instead of the full amount. That means that I lost 75 cents for each ribbon. So instead of exchanging what I paid for I had to get something that costed 75 cents less therefore I lost money. Their explanation was that they had to give us what it was half price for each item. There is nothing on the receipt nothing in your policy that states this about holiday items. She said that she was not supposed to do anything with holiday items except return the amount that the item was at the time of the return which was half price. This is not fair to the customer so who is getting the extra money? In addition, we had to add 50 cents to get what we were getting. Don't mind it's changing items as your store does, but your store does not have a sign about seasonal items that we cannot exchange it for the item amount that we paid for it. It is not written anywhere in the store, on the wall, on the items themselves or either online either. We had the receipt. The ribbons were still in the package unopened. So you can put them on display next year and use my money!
