Scamming me and charging me for auto renewals even after I've clearly and repeatedly gone in and made sure it was turned off. Don't impulse buy a domain from this company, they will charge your credit card despite making it very clear you're not wishing to renew.
Where do I begin? The website I created yesterday as been flagged as unsafe by Norton. First attempt to publish never shut down and ran for 12+ hours straight. When you open the site, the link is to a bogus site? Is domains.com even the same thing as domain.com? You should probably do something about that.
I really wish that once I paid that a few things were clearer. The whole applying a credit for website builder seemed like a trick... I would have used the free wordpress if I knew anything about it being integrated. I wish a person had been available to talk me through a couple decisions as well.
I need a technical fix that requires attention. Here is the message from netsol.com: You'd need to contact Domains.com and have them edit the DNS/ landing page so it removes us. We don't have your domain any longer.
Hey James,
Give us a call. We can look into this.

My domain riyazshihabdeen. Dev was suspended without any notification whatsoever. I'm really disappointed. Apart from it, Your domain.com website has some serious problems in loading and It never worked on my Chrome. I always have to use Firefox to visit the domain.com site.
Hey Mohamed,
Have you talked to our support? This is right up their alley!

You sold my information to who knows who and now I get half a dozen spam calls or more per day and the latest one was a man who told me my home address and offered to come and rape my wife. If I can find any way to sue you and your parent company I will. Thanks for making this experience miserable.
OK domain registrar, but beware scammy annual charges for services that you aren't using. They automatically charge you for Privacy protection every year, even if you don't have it enabled on your accounts. The only way to undo the charges is to go through a lengthy tech support chat.
They've also gradually removed some of the services (email forwarding) that were originally part of my plans.
Navigating settings is a bit confusing.
Had an issue logging in to change a setting where it was asking for credentials that didn't match the main portal account
I was charged 240.75 for apparently site hosting, basic back up and SSL but only received $119.88 back even thought your company never host it the domain I purchased. That domain was purchased and we paid a company to host it and maintaing the site live. I explained this to the agent on the chat and that person kept asking the same question over and over. Asking when I cancelled a service that I never had to beging with. Domain ROXfinancialXL. Also i had standard emails for many years and now it appears with new changes I dont have that anymore. A
I wish I had read the review before coming, and I tell everyone never to use domain.com. The website update sometimes with problems, also about billing. You feel they charge you for nothing; today, I downgraded one of my domains, and they charged me 25$ because of a downgrade to the basic plan.
Hey Amir,
We are sorry to hear you feel this way. That is how our charges work. We do appreciate your feedback.

You charged my credit card for domains set to renew manually when you've previously told me that this was the way to have them automatically deleted when they expired. And you continue to attempt to charge my credit card after I've contacted support about it; and have not even deemed it necessary to respond beyond some auto-responder message.
Hey Marjan,
Give us another call and we will get it straightened out.

My sites are not visible, your support sucks, you somehow started taking payment automatically when I had this account on a manual renew, you raised prices with no warning and everything about this site sucks, I will be exploring square space and trying to leave you very soon. Domain.com and Bluehost are terrible. Useless, waste of money.
Wow, forced to write an explanation for giving 2 stars. I was trying to log in to do business, and was interrupted by an unwanted survey. I was billed twice this month, but Domain never sent invoices or notices. So one star. Namecheap is far worse, which is the only reason I haven't moved my account. So thx for forcing a written review in order to leave feedback. I hope that others see it and go to GoDaddy.
domain.com is an absolute disaster! Their services are a complete joke. Their website is outdated, confusing, and frustrating to navigate. It's like they're stuck in the Stone Age!
Their customer support? Oh boy, don't even get me started! They never respond in a timely manner, and when they do, it's just a bunch of automated, useless responses. It's like talking to a brick wall!
And let's not forget about their pricing. It's ridiculously high for the subpar quality they provide. They're clearly just trying to squeeze every penny out of unsuspecting customers. Greedy much?
Domain allows known website squatters/grabbers register names that have previously been in use. These website squatters (such as GODaddy LLC) then exploit legitimate registrations by charging extortionate rates (between $1,000 to $5,000 plus fake broker fees considering the website is actually registered with them) to release the domain name. It is disappointing. And it left Jitesh in a position where he was not able to help or offer any empathy. Domain must do more to stop name grabbers like GoDAddy.
Your phone service is horrible, the young woman didn't help me at all and I still got charged for an additional $45.00 and I still have no website or anything to show for it
I think your all a bunch of online crooks
I'm not happy with your phoney service

Not bad. No experience here, what so ever...and i'm putting a site together. That's impressive. I've got a ways to go but so far so good! A clearer way to access google workspace that I've already signed up for would be great, i seem to be stuck on that one!
Every time I purchase a new domain, it creates a new user id instead of it being automatically all under one profile. VERY INCONVENIENT. Now I have to manually merge everything. Also, I should not have to create a PIN, but since I am being forced to, I should be able to choose how many characters so I can remember it, rather than having predetermined criteria that will make it hard to remember. VERY INCONVENIENT.
You added a bunch of unwanted things to my cart when I was checking out and you never gave me a chance to opt into auto renew.
Compared to name cheap or any thing this is a little bit unethical and I see that
