I have encountered some challenges with the website, but overall, it is well-organized, clean, and functional. However, it is not as informative and intuitive after the payment process. On the other hand, the customer support service makes up for it.
It took almost a week for me to log in - at first I've received email that something in my payment info was amiss, and your specialists will manually solve the problem within 24 hours. Nothing happened for several days, I couldn't get in contact with tech support, I couldn't log in. Today I logged in, and the domain is "setting up, this can take up to 24 hours". So this takes too long, and I need this domain for my business several days ago...
This experience has been awful. I purchased one domain and that went well. I purchased a second domain and I never got any login details via email. After waiting 5 whole days someone emailed a link to reset the password to my account, which I have done. Now my account has the second domain but not the first! Why isn't the domain I've purchased and have created an email for now not my account?! Horrible Horrible experience. I can get any work done for a week because of this mess. It's affecting my business.
Been a customer for many years. The DNS interface still doesn't work in 2023. Can't properly add records and always need to contact support to perform simple tasks/changes. Now, Live Chat doesn't work and I need to login using different browers to try to reach for help. Domain.com needs serious improvement
Domain.com charged my credit card account and I am not on automatic renewal. I want my service cancelled immediately and a refund. burrowscontract.com is no longer needed. You make it impossible to close account.
Be prepared for hidden costs. Don't give them your credit card number. Credit card traps.
Be prepared to keep paying to get a complete package, oh you need this also...oh you need this also.
Junk...and everything is AUTO RENEW on your credit card!
Then try and get help...wait forever, oh can you fill out another survey
Junk junk junk
I can not understand this domain site. I have paid for the business plan and it seems I can not access the page to update or edit my domain. I keep pushing the Live Chat blue button but it seems to be a corrupt link because nothing happens. I have had so many problems with this site and have never been able to access the domain ever since I first joined this site! I hope someone can contact me immediately because I am needing this issue resolved as soon as possible. It's already really expensive to just pay for a domain name and not be able to access it after first starting it in the first place.
Trying to sort out how to set up google workspace. I might as well try to perform a root canal on myself. Is there a delay that I have to wait 24 hours? No idea. How do I log in to the google admin account? No idea. Can I get the admin access from the domains interface? Not as far as I can tell.
My big issue is some of my Domains will randomly change to say "Transfer Domain" in place of the Expires date in that column. It's very annoying and I've had to contact Help several times and recently I discovered it's happening again. I get no explanation of why this is happening.
Hi Vicki,
Give us a call and we will look into that!

The site is very difficult to navigate into building a website from buying the domain. Your integration of the builder option is cumbersome and results in frustration immediately. I paid for Word Press but cannot connect to it. I clicked on Webbuilder and was able to begin building but the guided AI version offers a horribly novice looking web presence with no customization available. While DOMAIN.com may not have anything to do with the offerings of the two builder options, you endorse and direct your clients to them so they reflect on you. Now I am looking to move the domains to another builder site but cannot locate the information I need from DOMAIN.com. NOT a good start for my first time buying from DOMAIN.com.
Bought them yesterday, got sent a message to set password. Said if had 48 hours. Then next morning, it told me it had expired. It would not reset, went to chat, waited 20 min. In the mean time I kept trying to reset. It finally did. Then chat was available. Finally got password reset.
First, i wasnt informed upon purchase that $10 would cost 59 upon renewal. Its called a scam and your gonna get class action lawsuit for this at some point. Second is that i cant even renew domain at this point as you have technical difficulties and cart isnt functioning and you cant make a payment
Please cancel any future billing. Yesterday there was a mistake when I bought my domain. It should have been.com but it showed up as.net. You wanted to charge me to have it changed, so I bought another domain name.com from someone else. I have put you on my do not buy from list, so please no further billing.
Transferred "luxeairecharter.com" from Google to Domain.com on 05/17/23. Issues with DNSSEC have prevented this domain from resolving on 34 of 48 public DNS replication sites - making luxeairecharter.com website unreachable. Case # ******* is now 2 weeks old and still not resolved...
It seems awfully expensive to keep our domain name. There seem to be other options out there for far less but I am not sure how to transfer it over to them.
I paid for an email account but it has never worked and made several attempts to get help but just got a run around. Now i am sure i have just been billed for it again. I don't get a receipt, there is no place i can see what i have been billed for and your phone number is hard to find.
We are having ongoing issues with our email. Some emails are just not going through.
First it was our emailed being unset because it was on a blocked list.
I requested help several times and was told informed they would rotate our IP address. It kept happening and after the 3rd or 4th request for help I was informed a more permanent fix was in place, that the server was being moved but it would take a couple weeks.
Now we are getting a new error:
Connection refused due to abuse. Please contact your E-mail
Provider.
Although I received prompt attention in the chat feature the problems are persisting so I can only give 2-stars at the moment.
You sent me an email indicating that a domain is about to expire and that I should check my credit card on file. However, I've been on your site for 2 minutes now and can't find how to check my credit card...
Support sucks. Continue to be charged for renewals that I discontinued. Calls to get resolved generally tell me nothing can be done. Had to cancel all cards on files to get charges to stop.
I have called and even tried to do this myself, but all efforts have been for not. All I want is a plain jane white page with my logo in the center. But that all seems too difficult to do for Domain.com
Hey Ramon,
Our support can definitely help. Give us a call!
