Support sucks. Continue to be charged for renewals that I discontinued. Calls to get resolved generally tell me nothing can be done. Had to cancel all cards on files to get charges to stop.
I have called and even tried to do this myself, but all efforts have been for not. All I want is a plain jane white page with my logo in the center. But that all seems too difficult to do for Domain.com
I am new and chose the basic plan. I still wish I had more options to change layout on my own, within pages landscape and tall rectangular. Still working on it. Wondering if I can add to it later or make changes.

No longer competitive pricing. Removed the ability to have simple domain forwarding. Used to be a terrific company with many usable features. No longer.
Awful experience! This company is to damn cheap to answer the telephones and expects everyone to chat. Screw them, the moment I have time I'm blowing this site. There are times in life you need a telephone conversation, is this company that out of touch that they don't realize that? Actually, they totally realize that, they just don't give a damn.
I'm having a lot of problems logging in sometimes. I've had to change my password twice in the last few hours. I have the login details saved in Chrome, but for some reason your system kept saying its wrong. This is the 3rd time I changed my password, and I have it both saved on Chrome and written on a separate document. Hopefully I don't get too much login problems in the future.

I have no control over the things I can do on my website. Yes, it makes it easy to pick the layout I want, but not being able to edit things and move them around or have any customization whatsoever is not good. Also, I paid for the version where I get $200 free ad credits and cannot find where to redeem that to promote my webpage.

I was charged $9.99 or a service that I did not purchase, and your chat support is not refunding me the $9.99 mistake made by your company...I am about to report you to the authorities, because this is fraud
You make it impossible to find the simplest things. I purchased Google workspace for example; I finally got an email from Domain.com telling me to start using it by activating it. The link in the email takes me to a page only offering me to purchase it; which I have already done. Very frustrating and a waste of time that I don't have to waste.

Mediocrity is unacceptable. The.com website I wanted to purchase was over $11,000 and was added to my cart along with the others I wanted to purchase. My card declined (thankfully) however, my account was suspended. When I asked how to resolve and if I should get the domain from another company, I was told I could get from somewhere else. I'm always happy to spend my money elsewhere when my business is not valued.
Frustrated that I am not able to add new users to my email account. The google workspace has a phone number to add users. When calling the phone number, a recording states our phone systems are not currently working. This has been the case for two weeks. So, my interns still do not have email addresses. Frustrating.
The site is a little difficult to navigate. I didn't get the email when I got my Domain so getting the email is not easy. I hope I did it right! Now I would like to change the password you gave me and I cant figure out where to do that!

Very, Very bad communication. I've made an error in my domain names and requested to remove unwanted domains erroneously purchased. You've still charged my credit card. I only wanted 2 domains:

For one, the website only works in Mozilla Firefox. I can't even log in using brave or chrome.
The online help appears completely disabled. Clicking the chat tab for the online help goes nowhere.

1. The website is always slow
2. The buying process becomes extremely annoying: my account gets suspended each time I order a new domain for about 2,5 years. This is crazy! I have been a customer for 10+ years! This forced me to use other domain registrars recently besides domain.com.
3. I miss the 2FA options to protect my account.

Found renewing my domain a bit messy. I had accidentally stopped automatic payments in my PayPal account, and when I realized my mistake I logged into my Domain.com account but I was unable to add a payment card to my account. So my renewal payment didn't go out when it should have. Then when I tried to use PayPal to renew manually my account was suspended all of a sudden!? Definitely not a nice process! I did have my account renewed very quickly, and my domain also, but it was still a bit scary.
Maybe someone can look into why I was unable to add my Laser bank card to my account over a week beforehand, which would have allowed my domain to renew on time.
I bought a Domain name from Domain.com. When I asked for the auth code, they told me it was "company policy" not to allow a switch to another host for 63 days. And that if they did give me a code, it would not work for 63 days. Through chat. Not a real person.
I just bought the domain name, not hosting services. Now I have to wait 2 months to use my company name and set up a website.I
It is a scam. If you can not call them on the phone...then it is a scam.
I received a couple of email reminders that my domain would expire on 8/12/23 but there was no indication of this when I logged into my dashboard, where there was no visibility of a mechanism to renew.
This seemed odd to me so I contacted a representative via live chat, who assured me that my domain was active and in good standing and that no further action was required.
I realized today that my site is down, which clearly reveals that the representative provided inaccurate information.
I just went into my dashboard and it finally gave me the option to renew my domain.
