Platform is flakey with many bugs. My business (eventscape.io) is currently totally offline because the domain failed to renew properly. Major overhauls and new quality control procedures are required to get this platform to an acceptable level of stability.
I paid for 3 domains and have not been able to verify. The link has taken me to a 502 error message for each domain. I went to chat and was not helped. I was told to try the links again in a few hours. The links are still taking me to an error message 24 hours later.
Website builder has extremely limited settings. Info to advanced settings are either hard to find or do not explain subjects well enough to know what to change or why I may need them. Otherwise decent layout for what I can do.
Easy to use but lacking some features that would be a great addition. Would love the ability to have some more hands on control with the design of the site itself rather than having to stick so hard to the templates.
I am trying to use the domain I purchased hours ago on a different site and can't get any help- no one answers the phone, it's a bot in the chat with zerio help. Wish I could just get the domain away and use a different service, I'd even just eat the fees I paid.
I learned the hard way that Domain.com autopay is a default payment systems they use that can trap their customers into paying for domains they no longer use or want. I tried to cancel on the renewal date and was told I couldn't still don't understand why? They payment was still pending with my credit card company, I was told that domain can only expire, but if my CC company declined am I to believe they would let the domain operate! Of course they wont.t Ripping off 73 years seniors citizens theirs a good domain name for them
On Oct 25,2023, I was incorrectly charged for an $89.88 SSL certificate that I never opted into. It was even for one of my expired domains that I intentionally hadn't renewed because I don't use it.
When I investigated further & went to the "renewal" tab on the Domain.com site, the site had opted me into have this autorenewed (it was a slide button), and I had never set it myself!
When trying to contact their billing department via email, I am given automated responses (not a real person) that tell me to use the help assistant within the interface.
The help assistant on Domain.com is a complete robot, and could not assist with the issue.
Basically, I will never host with them again. They have ***sneaky auto charges on a hidden tab within the interface, not small ones either ($89.88+), and once they get you, you won't be able to get a human to help you resolve it***. Very unethical.
This is a terrible company, they continue to charge me for a domain I have cancelled. I have spoken to their support team and have emailed them and have cancelled the domain on my portal however they just continue to charge me almost $20. When I complain they just say it wont happen again but say they can't refund me. HELP! If anyone knows what to do, please let me know. Thanks!
I cant, for the love of god, connect my google workspace to my domain. It's complicated, I have to do 37 steps, assistance can't help me, I don't have time for this and it is not user friendly at all. I should've bought my google workspace directly from google and not domain.com. Huge mistake.

I can't find how to do a domain forwarding- can't find the dns server; can't find contact help; search doesn't pull up what I'm looking for; my user name got changed without my knowledge. Who picked the numbers and why wasn't I alerted before I got 5 new random numbers to remember.
I bought a domain for a lab project. The idea was to have some alias email accounts that forwarded to lab members real email addresses. The Techsupport guy told me I needed to buy a Google WorkSpace account to do the aliases. I did, and after paying the $72.00 for the year, and finding out it could not do what I wanted it to do, they will not refund my money,,
I can't even get my website to work since transferring it here! It keeps saying that my domain isn't pointing to domain.com, and I tried to point it and it's not working. You guys need to make things easier for people to understand
Hey Amber,
Give us a call so we can look into that for you.

I have had nothing but issues since I purchased my domains. I can not validate my email address and now I am getting an error mid website creation that the webpage starter I purchased isn't working. Very disappointed thus far
First off I. Cannot even figure out how to even $#*!ing start setting up my goddamn website! Ignoring the fact that you charged me for securing my domain name! What is the point of buying a domain name if it is not secured? Then you go and charge me for it without verifying with me before you actually charge me!
Should I not have this resolved by the 8th I am going to my bank to declare this transaction as fraudulent!
Trying to purchase a domain, the bank flagged it as a suspicious charge of $0.00. So I texted the bank back and they lifted the block, but when I tried to purchase it again, Domain.com flagged it as a suspicious transaction and suspended my account. So I gave the process 2 stars because purchasing a domain from Domain.com was decidedly inconvenient.
Hey Rick,
We are so sorry you had a poor experience. We promise to do better.

Absolutely horrible. No one has helped me. I was told I would get a response and I did not. This company made a mistake with my domain name, and after multiple attempts of contacting someone. This has not been resolved and I have been ignored.
Right after I purchased the Domain name, then tried to sign in the are or system for putting in your password wouldn't let me. I had to contact support. The problem was solved when she sent me a link reset.
I'm trying to renew my domain payment but I can't do it because I need to provide some documents just because my credit card date is expired and I had to add another credit card. I have really bad experience and next time I'll leave this platform to continue with another domain platform.
Dashboard not easy. I am trying to set-up webmail and after 1 did one site then Google sites keeps popping up even though I both webmail already. And I have to use < to get to dashboard.
Also NO explanations on webmail set-up or explanation why set-up not taking.
Hey Kevin,
