Still trying to figure out how to access things, but mostly easy with some searching. I registered a new email address for my domain, but can't seem to figure out how to access the webmail yet. It's not easy to access on the main dashboard, nor elsewhere it seems.
Not happy at all to be "assigned" a username and then not able to speak to a real person. Never had this situation before, ever. It sucks. I wanted to cancel my order because of it and was told I can't do that and I can't change my "assigned" username. Worst service ever so far.
When I tried to login in the past I could not! I found the bill had not been paid. Fine. However, that is not how to treat a customer. You should have safeguards in the system to let me get into the account and alert me that the bill has not been paid! Other systems do that and it TRULY seems more courteous. When I log in I must think that everything is ok or I need to update something.
There is no in person support. Just Chat that is absolutely no help! I want to cancel the services because of no real support. But I am told I cannot until the anniversary.
Your site is very hard to navigate! It's also impossible to use a pro password program because your popup blocks the password key. There's no clear way to go to the search for a new domain name once I'm in the site.
It's a pretty convenient service for buying a domain with a lot of options, I always find the most suitable one, it's convenient that you can choose for how many years you buy the domain. I was pleased with the support service and the DNS connection speed of less than 7 hours!
I am not able to locate the page to start building my website. Each time i log in it takes me to a payment page i have already made a payment of 111.11 to get started I'm not sure why i am being asked to make more payments.
It said that the domain was available but switched it to another domain in the cart and then charged me for a domain I didn't put in my cart, had to go back and buy the domain i wanted, so far its been awful
I keep trying to publish my website but nothing shows up. There's no page for it. I designed it and everything. I'm unsure what to do next. I'll just look it up but still I wish it were easier to navigate to the steps required to get it completely up and running.

I bought my domain and the google workspace subscription and need to set up the email immediately. I have tried to set up the email on the site and it just keeps prompting me to purchase it again. Now I've been waiting to chat with an agent and have not gotten a response.
Sometimes loadtimes are really slow in your website, even though I have a 300MB/s connection (checked). Renewing is frustrating. Not all notifications of the renewing process and events are done simultaneously and I have to be checking if something went wrong.

Our website has been down for several weeks. Up for a year, then apparently because we did not buy SSL protection, it went offline. We've bought it a week ago...still not back up.
I can not work out how to get my domain connected to my website with the DNS records and I have no idea how to get domain.com to assist. You just seem to want to sell me more stuff and I am not utilising the domain name that I have bought and protected.

I don't know why your platform charged me for two domains. I only wanted and selected the.com account, but it also charged me for a.online account, and when I try to turn off the auto- renew, it keeps going back to auto re-new again. Someone needs to contact me and fix this.
A domain was offered that was not available and my payment was accepted for it only to have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund after 1 hour on a chat. It took the support 1 hour to figure out that the domain I had paid for was already taken.
Could not sign up through Domain.com. Clicked on Sign Up Here but it went back to the home page using both Chrome and Firefox. Clicked on Chat and again, went back to home page.
I contacted phone support who helped create my account.
To be clear, the rating for Domain.com is a 3. The rating for the support Tech who helped me = 1000.
I employed many customer support Techs at my company Doody Calls Pet Waste Removal. I sold my company as of Jan.1,2023. Before that, I worked as a computer Tech at IBM where I learned good old fashion customer service, so I know good from bad from terrible customer service.
I am bulk creating domains and moving domains from Go Daddy. If your Tech had not helped me then and quickly, there were many other domain sites I could go to.

Making unauthorized charges. Also for YEARS I have not been able to link my email service. Website set up, editing, is not stream lined and simple to login and edit.
The Standard Email: (1) When sorted by SIZE unsorts after a few seconds (not enough time to read the list. (2) it only sorts the current screen unless you scroll to the bottom of a long list (Then it times out after a few seconds).
