I have had trouble connecting my domain to my website. I have had a LOT of trouble trying to obtain a Google Workspace. Nothing has been easy and I will certainly not use Domain.com for anything else in the future. The help options are not helpful at all.
I wanted to register a domain, which was free. I added it to the cart, but system wanted me to buy an other domain (a shorter version found in the cart). I tried to register the original domain again, but system that time said, it is already taken. All these happened within 1 minute. It looks that the domain I wanted was quickly (maybe automatically) taken for the purpose, that I can buy it later with a high price.
They stole money out my account with out my permission they would go into my account sometimes twice a day

Major issues with creating account. Resolved those issues, made my payment and now when I login to select "Manage Domain" or "Design Webpage", I get the "Blue Circle of Death". The page starts to load up but it never does. I have waited 10 minutes and it never loaded up.
Domain is really great and the opposite of the competition who vendor-lock you in by malicious business practices and deceit. Instead, Domain has been completely transparent in transferring domains in and out of their platform.
The new design of the control panel is awful. Every time I logged in, too many attempts to see my domain list. Every time it asks if I want to use privacy for my account or not.

I sent in a copy of your terms of service with highlights of 3 places I felt your policy allowed for the refund I requested. Your representative Jordan promised me a refund and then your representative Moorthi said no.
We are talking about a small amount ($21.99) compared to the client good will involved. If you are not willing to stand by your terms of service or the word of one of your representatives, I question the ethics of your company as a whole.
Can't remember my password. Can't change my password. Error code messages. Invalid entries, getting website renewal notifications on products I'd cancelled. Your website doesn't seem to be working properly. I'm in here without logging in.
Every time I, or someone else tries so go to my website it says it's an unsecure site. This is a major issue as I use this for business and it's a huge deterrent for potential clients. I have tried to contact the company and do a live chat, but I get kicked out of the option to contact every time.
I purchased a domain along with 4 other tools to make the domain and website and I have not been able to access the 4 tools. I keep getting asked to buy them again from domain.com. This is clearly unacceptable as I have already purchased these tools and simply want to use them.
The chat window covered the cart and order information and made it too confusing. [I was using a Chrome browser on my MacPro]. I could not move my chat window either on my screen! I want to update my payment information. My PayPal email address is wrong. I try to edit my PayPal info, but email address isn't a field presented to me to edit. So I changed my email address in my profile (which I wanted to do anyhow). PayPal info continues to show the old email and does not allow me to change it. So I gave up on that and started entering credit card info. I aborted that because I thought logging out and back in might fix the PayPal email address. Nope, not only does it not fix that, but now I am not presented with the opportunity to enter a credit care.
There's a lot to learn, and it's friendly and helpful, but it's hard to find what you're looking for. I was unable to create a username and password for my WordPress, and now I can't even find that page. Oh, and I set up my email but only got error messages when I tried to send a test email, and the error was not explained.

Horrible customer service! You will wait and wait for someone to chat with. Then they can't help you- No refunds for wrongfully charged amounts. No customer service number to call- Don't do business with them never!
I paid and created a website yesterday, but cannot find it today. I was told that it would take 1-2 minutes to be published, but it seems that it was never published and I can no longer access the page/site that I was working from.
I had a 25% discount coupon code which worked and was applied to my purchase until I signed into my account, at which time the discount code was removed and could not be reapplied, so I had to pay the full price.
I am waiting on chat to speak to someone and keep getting timed out. I want to speak to someone on the phone about a mismatch in billing and amount charged to CC. There is a random charge of $248.22 on 1 June with no invoice.
I was charged $ 28.38 for whatever- it was an unauthorized charge- and I spent several minutes in chat yesterday and was told there was no $ 28.38 charge even though my bank was showing it pending. The charge went through today. :(
I have paid for an email account and a domain account. I am not able to set up my email account and do not know how to get back to it. My credit card was billed for something I am unable to use. It is difficult to sign into my email as I can not find it. Very frustrating.
