Have been a member for 15+ years and this upgrade has been the worst for long time customers. My website hasnt worked for months. Your chat is useless and don't act for the customer transferring or waiting for other departments that also don't give you a solution. Cant talk to anyone even if it's an emergency leaving domain. Com

So Sad...cust service domain database issues...emails from domain.com "leave out "whatever the domain it relates to the corrispondance is.Charges and change of service without any prior notice. Truely is a sad provider

I have been paying for a product that has given me nothing but hassle and nothing of use yet. Everyone I have contacted has spent time to help and been kind but nothing was fixed. Im constantly told to watch tutorials. If the live people can't fix it a recorded tutorial won't either! Ive been told parts of product are 3rd party and you don't have control over them. You do support and make money off these bunk 3rd party products that scam your clients! Im frustrated to say the least. Going to attempt one more time to create a useable website and hopefully change my rating!

Awful service

Awful service. My website is inaccessible because of SSL certificate fault ( on the domain.com side) and technical do not help even after 8 times I had wrote to them. No real help or compensations, only promises.

I cannot log in my account for months. Contacted customer support multiple times, tried out different solutions on my side, didn't work. They promised a fix on their end twice but weeks after I still cannot log in.

Worst part is that my domain is expiring. I asked to get the authorization code twice to transfer my domains to renew them, but still, the promised email with the codes never arrive.

I'm really disappointed with their customer support and their system seems very broken. I don't know how to fix it and it's really exhausting for me as the domain owner.

At least give me my authorization code. This isn't hard right?

CS is very helpful but connectivity with third party solutions is very poor, using a small provider made a lot of "out of the box" connections that Squarespace, Outlook, etc. have built (e.g. With GoDaddy) non-applicable, required a lot of manual work from me.

Technical support is hit or miss and it seems like I have to reach out to technical support too often. SSL certificates should renew automatically without needing intervention. I have my settings correct, to auto-renew, but then my website just goes down.

My website still doesn't work. I've worked with your chat support twice over the past month and they keep telling me they fixed a DNS issue and the site will be up "in a few days", but it never works. cerroworks.com is my site. I bought everything and even built my site through domain.com so that it would be simple. Now, I will have to find another hosting/website building service. Worst service ever.

The website is now very difficult to navigate and seems primarily intended to sell me more products. I just want to manage my website but it takes me several minutes to figure out how to get to my website each time I log in. Make this easier and more prominent relative to the sales buttons.

Site forwarding doesnt work. I spent an hour talking to customer service and it was escalated to engineers but still no luck. Wish I could get my money back, this is useless and it wont even forward my website.

I choose to use domain.com because it was supposed to be easy to do, I used vistaprint in the past and it was way easier. I can't seem to get help and everything I go to do the techs pretty much want to charge you for this or you need that or you gotta have this to do that. I understand business but this websitebuilder is not as easy as advertised.

This platform is plagued with issues on multiple levels. I have been a loyal customer for years and will never use this platform again and will actively encourage everyone I know to never support Domain.com due to the poor user experience and abysmal customer support. It's hard to believe this platform is able to stay in business.

I tried using my iphone initially to renew my domain name. Every time I received a verification code by text it booted me out of the process. Finally, I realized I would need to use the computer for the domain information and my iphone for the verification code.
