I gave up on one of my sites because of the constant spamming which I believe originated with Domain.com's systems. The navigation is confusing, I have to click many times to reach my destination. When I have an issue it takes four or five chats with Support to resolve it. I just feel frustrated.
Your new website is terrible and the worst user friendly ever. It is a hassle to get a verification code every single time we try to log in. Also, you banned the spam control wich was so useful. I we could ive you less tha 1 star we would.
We rarely if ever receive email notifications that people have left messages for our business on the contact page. I have to go in and search several times a day. The website has been down several times and when this happens I am unable to check.
My access to domain.com was disconnected. I tried several times to work with tech support to resolve the issue to no avail. Finally about the fourth time I tried again after re-opening the case twice after it was dropped... I got a tech who sent me a password and asked me to cut and paste it into the browser and access is restored. With no phone support, I will likely need to find another email support provider.
I've reached customer support 2–3 times to solve the issue with the domain and DNS settings.
Each times, they didn't solve the issue and broke the website.
Support representative haven't spent enough time to focus on my issue and solve it.
And I'm still having the issue with DNS settings.
domain.com doesn't recognize my user id so I'm unable to get it to my account to get my domain name compliant. I tried to chat with them, but they close the chat after just 3 seconds. I tried several times, but in 3 seconds the chat closes. I called their 800 number that I had to google to find and I get a message, "This call is not included." and click (they hang up). I can't text them,because I can't get into my account. This is by far the worst Customer Service experience ever. In the meantime my online business sits dormant, unable to generate money. I ought to be able to recover the money I'm losing because of them.
Your new site is full of errors and the login was hard to find. Too focussed on selling not supporting. Edge browser - chat function does not work starts a conversation then ends automatically immediately
No way to contact Domain.com regarding problem setting up Google workspace - Google does not recognize domain has been purchased; will not set up workspace account I paid for through domain.com. Directs me to contact Domain.com for assistance, but no contact available.
Setting up wordpress on one of my domains completely crashed out of the new, and totally messed up new interface. Then, when the old interface intervened and allowed me to continue, it did not save my password even thought it indicated that it did. What a f-ing mess.
Absolutely terrible. I have had constant issues with this hosting service for well over a year and the main issues have yet to be resolved. I was forced into this business relationship and will be moving as soon as possible
I ordered 3 domains, but they did not fulfil any of it, I contacted the support team 6 times already, they are very polite but nothing was delivered so far,

I paid for this domain over a year ago and have not been able to access my website to edit and publicize it since it was initiated. I have not received any assistance which I asked for and there are also attempts to charge my credit card for things I did not order.
You offer 2FA via phone in the Profile Page area but, only send via email. And that email takes 3-4 minutes to receive which is relatively stingy given we have a 10 minute window. And, why on earth force us to review the account privacy page every.single.time.we.login.to.the.website? This is abusive marketing. Just take us to our domains profile page and let us go about our business. Do you honestly believe legacy domain owners want to see this every visit?
The customer service is more mechanical than helpful. I was told to wait 24-48 hours for a fully paid service to be activated. Even after waiting nearly an additional 24 hours that service was still not available and I was told to wait an ADDITIONAL 24-48 hours. If rapid service and quality assistance is what you'd like domain.com is not the right choice.
There needs to be a support number. Sometimes it's easier to explain things via phone and get issues resolved faster. I have hand injuries and typing in chats is not easy and there are a lot of typos that result in confusion on your end.
For a non IT person, having to go through the hassle of verifying domains, DNS and what not, I have completely been disappointed! It's a month since I paid for this domain and have still failed to use it! Very very annoying and I can't get my money back!

I recently transferred 2 of my domains to domain.com in exactly the same manner i.e for a period of one year as they were offering a good deal.
Ironically, for one of the domain, they automatically renewed it for another 2 years period at a very high rate without even my consent. Now when I filed a complaint they say they are helpless.
Also, during the entire migration process, for the 2 domains they charged me 4 times. After breaking my head with them for 2 days then finally refunded me for the 2 extra transactions.
Really felt like I did a big mistake by migrating from my previous domain register - InterServer. InterServer is such a professionally run company. They are just superb!

I try to bring prudentfitness.eu domain name form my company account to here, to my private account. I talk to the chat support every week hours for 3 weeks and still it is not solved. Either you make it intentionally, or you are dilettante
Last night, I discovered the system was being upgraded. Today, surprise! My complimentary business email - poof and disappeared. I was informed when I contacted them first, that it never existed. Then, we are sorry about your inconvenience Pay $45 for hosting and like magic, my email will be up and running. Is this how a business should treat a as they put it, "loyal customer?"
