Its very easy to buy things of your site, however the WordPress Plus hosting package I bought has not been working properly since day one. Please see your customer support case [E-*******] and yet another similar case [E-*******]. Its been a month!
At Domain.com's request, I bought Microsoft 365 directly from Microsoft and Domain.com was to cancel my month-to-month 365 through them which I had for 3 years. When I tried to connect my new 365 to my old email I got an error saying there is another account at Domain.com with that email, so no connection allowed. Domain.com support tried numerous things to fix it and nothing works. The situation has been escalated and Domain.com also contacted Microsoft for help. I have contacted Domain.com support 12 times in the last 17 days plus numerous calls to Microsoft support. Meanwhile, no business email, no appointments booked on my calendar, and no email communication in or out with clients, leads or people I need to work with. No one seems in a rush to solve this. I only get answers like "Wait 24 hours and someone will get back to you" which they don't. I have no faith in this company.
For over a month I was totally unable to get support - the chat kept ending before I could even type 'hello'. The Web Builder program at the Started level is cumbersome and I can't just change or even see how the AI version is different or better. Other then giving me my domain name - the rest is quite unwieldy and not user-friendly. I am strongly considering migrating my domain to another platform.

I went to buy a domain and my cost at checkout was $19.98. I check my email with my receipt and they charged me 2,316! They REFUSE to refund me back after days of talking to their employees on "chat". I have screenshots of them saying two different times I will get my full refund. Then today I get an email saying "no refund since you purchased a premium domain" I never would have bought a domain for over $2,300! This place is a JOKE! You will give me my money bank through my banks fraud department and my lawyer! Oh and if you guys have any problems, they don't accept phone calls and you'll be speaking to people in India over a chat room!
I like the direction your going with the new dashboard however there are some things i have come across that have been kind of a step backwards... the transfer epp auth code has been an issue and there have been a couple of other issues as well.
This guys charged me 154 dls after I was contacting them and asking not to be charged and delete my domain. Now I contacted them after more than a year via chat and they told me they can be only contacted via chat. They designed the customer service the way they were protected. After more than an hour in a very delayed chat they said they can't do anything and it was my responsability to contact them before. How?
Domain.COM is very reliable at charging my company credit card. Calling them for support when your website is down was a terrible experience. When I needed their support, they told me to call Microsoft. There had to be another provider who would not leave you out in the cold.
Incredibly confusing and can't find basic things. The dashboard looks "pretty but it's non functional. There is no logical step to installing wordpress, the purchase experience was bad, you forced me to buy a domain that I don't want
I started out on Godaddy, then without choosing so, got directed to your site, paid for 2 years before I realized I'd been duped. Had a conversation and tried to cancel, get a refund and that was impossible, though it was (with wait time) less than an hour old. Am calling credit card company to see what they can do.
Does not provide direction for new clients. You have displayed a handful of services that you attempt to make bundled, but has no information on these products/services in the way of usefulness. I ordered several of your services and still dont see my $#*!ing website..
I keep trying to cancel my domains and hosting. I turn OFF auto-renewal and every year you bastards still charge me. I'm sick of this crap! Either fix your system or give people alerts so that they KNOW you're about to charge them some bull$#*! charge for a service they are not using
Getting rid of your telephone customer service support and making support available solely by chat is very inconvenient as it takes a long time for someone to respond and ultimately, a 30 second question turns into a 20 minute chat session because the representatives are so slow in responding.
I tried to contact support multiple times and each time was told the wait time was "only a few seconds!" — this was a lie. No one ever connected to me or talked to me either time. Why tell someone support is just a few seconds away when they're in fact not coming at all? A simple "Sorry, this may take a while" would have sufficed. Instead I've had not one but two miserable experiences all while my website suffers the worst critical errors it has ever had. It's completely unusable and broken and thanks to your glorious support, there's no remedy or fix in sight. Thankfully, I'll be exploring what my options are to move elsewhere so I no longer have to use your services.
Very poor service, took me hours to get through payment screen yesterday. In billing area shows I purchased my.com domain name but under domains, says I have no Domain. No CS phone or chat to fix this error. Will not recommend any one.
Zero rating if I could. Requested refund and they claim based on their policy not able to refund me back my money. Only registered two days ago, this is unheard of. Not to mentioned, I cannot interact with a live person. Worst experience ever. Both the rep and I was texting back and forth. I do believe these people are overseas. I Will NOT auto renew.

It's absolutely disgusting to not help a customer change the domain that was spelled wrong. Lost my business and many others because I plan on publicly telling the restaurants in my area on our Facebook group

When ordering, when I entered my email address the autocorrect changed ".com" to ".con" resulting in 2 hours of waiting and messaging and days before I got this confirmation. Please look into improving your tech support.
I'd like to talk with someone about my account. I've had a difficult time making a connection. I could not find a phone number, and wait times were long on chats. They didn't respond within the timeframe given. This happened twice yesterday. I will try again today. The information about paying an account is clear, but how to get assistance is not.
