I recently signed up for a package, built my site and am now told that it's no longer "really" support do to a migration to a newer platform. Didn't feel good nor encouraging to hear this as a new client. Oh well.
Bad service. I bought and paid for 7 domains, but only 3 domains appeared in my account. The remaining 4 domains lost. Even worse, no refund given to me. What make even worse, I contact customer support several times, no single response! Beware guys. Think twice before buy from them.

Constant issues with login. I get shown weird pages and/or told that the passwords are wrong even though I use google to manage the password and also if I manage it myself. So I've had to change passwords basically every time I try to log in.
I have transferred two domains from another host, but haven't gotten the emails to confirm the transfer. Off course I know this is not your fault but relies on the other host, but stressful since I already paid you and nothing seems to happen.

My website is experiencing problems for a long time regarding the loading of the website preventing users to visit my website because of a security problem. I have reported the issue several times but the technical staff answer that Domain.com is aware of the problem but that there is no solution... unaceptable!
Waited over half an hour for tech support who then did not know anything and had to put me on hold for several minutes to research every single question. I was simply asking how to add privacy to my domain.
So far so good, however this survey is far to early to elicit any quality feedback. You get two stars for your site working properly and an additional star for giving me a better feeling than Google did. So please quit pushing them on me. I don't want it and I've already purchased what I need right now. In my opinion its ridiculous to send a survey so early. The other two stars won't be achievable until I've needed support. Until then I won't know what you're really about.
These guys are major scammers. My husband bought their program for creating a domain for our new business. It was extremely difficult to use and did not have all the features we needed. Decided to cancel before 30 days, which you are supposed to get a refund for, but the wording they use is you "may" get a refund, not will get a refund. They said they couldn't give any refund. There is no phone number you can call only chat support. We had to change our credit card number so they would stop charging us. Don't trust this super scammer company.
I tried to cancel a mistaken purchase within 24 hours for Google Workspace. I got the usual form letter about no refunds, credits, etc. No phone number. Just topic after topic of answer faqs and an offer to "Chat". There was no discussion and certainly no Customer "Service". I would recommend shopping elsewhere for your domain needs. There are plenty out there. Unfortunately I am not an experienced data manager and got roped in by a shoddy business that has shoddy policies.
Very confusing setting up email against our domain. Purchased Google Workspace Business Starter plan only allowed one e-mail account? That is not any sort of business I know of. Should be much clearer in plan descriptions. Reflects poorly on you and Google
Getting verified and a password set up was surprisingly troublesome. The person I chatted with to help was nice, had to try a few things, but ultimately gave me the right information, I would give her 5 stars. However, it made me concerned about how the rest of my experience will be.
I cannot hook my shopify website up no matter what we do. It says i will receive an authorisation code and i havent then i try to get assistance by hitting the chat with us button which does absolutely NOTHING AT ALL. I purchased from you guys because it was a better price and a big name... i then purchased from another site another address and it took 30 minutes to be active and working. Very disappointed especially when the domain i purchased shows as available on other sites. Either it gets fixed and someone assists me to get it working or i want my money back and i will purchase from a site that actually works and is legit

I went to cancel a renewal due to the cost of living. Popup box said there might be a better option. I waited forever on chat, which previously said waiting time was around 5 minutes. Not sure how long it has been now but it is too long.
Site is horrible. Unable to transfer domain to new register due to a crappy auth-code that is invalid and I've copied it from the email to Google. I see no contact us like you don't want to hear from customers which explains why my auth code doesn't work.
Please know if you are purchasing a domain with the hope of transferring it to a provider to be hosted they will NOT release it for 60 days! Yep, they don't tell you that up front but it's true. Also, support is awful. No direct line to call anyone and you have to wait protracted periods of time for a chat agent. B/c they wouldn't release the domain name I had to go back and forth between Wix and Domain.com for three hours to get someone to redo my DNS entries to point to the site. In the end, they did it wrong and it still didn't work. I ended up reserving a similar domain through Wix and it was instantly live. Don't use this service. Not customer friendly and a waste of time/effort/money.
I bought 2 domains through you on Tuesday. Firstly, I've had issues logging in (always cookie issues, which is very frustrating) but I'm finally here. Now I only see 1 domain. You took money for 2, so now I have to find out what happened. For non-tech people, we just want things to be easy!
5 years ago they were great and customer services was accessible but not it is very hard to solve issues.
Everything is through chat, they do not have a phone number. It takes them 72 hours or more for them to get back to you. When they finally respond it is an email not solving the problem but just going over the problem. I don't think they understand that they support business and business can not afford to be shut down for weeks. All we needed was to make a payment because it did not renewed automatically. It is taking weeks to "solve" this problem.
When login into the account needs to take a long time, and sometimes will doesn't work also. After renewing the domain, very difficult to get an official receipt or invoice, when I want to print it out from the transaction list didn't show the name. At the beginning easy to use, but after your platform was upgraded, everything is user-unfriendly. Especially the invoice part.

I'm currently unable to access my google workspace which is causing me to lose $$ and time. The help team has not offered any help but to escalate the "request." they also said that there is a massive influx of complaints that mine is queued behind. Seems to be a problem across the board with the service. Buyer beware. Going to register a complaint w the ftc and bbb to make sure they are investigated.
