I had a very difficult time especially talking to about four people today on Chat one person told me that they were going to send me my password and an email each time it kept expiring or I never received the email
1. I did not request a ".online" domain and I object to it being added to my account. 2. When I spoke with a customer service rep, they were able to see my password in plain text. This is a serious security issue. 3. Email is unreliable and over the years I've been using your service, your instructions for setup have been inconsistent at best.
The web building portion can be confusing and does not offer things for beginners to transfer into more professional websites(WordPress) without completely undoing the website builder site. When trying to do blogs, it sometimes does not allow me to add links appropriately
I had issues since the very begging. My email was never ready, I'm still waiting not their "technical" issues. They take for ever to care of anything. And after paying they still want me to pay for more. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM.
Go to any other provider.
This hasn't been pleasant to navigate! I have had logging on problems, that was after the payment issue (for no reason at all). I am hoping once this next 24 hours go by that it all just works out without issue
New at website building but the Web builder isn't as user friendly as I'd hoped. Pictures and page formats are essentially stuck in only a few preset options. You can't e.g. move/click and drag pictures around, nor adjust pic sizes with cursor/arrow. Seems also you cannot easily change separate page colors without changing the entire website design with all pages. Separate font colors as well cannot be changed for each page without changing the entire website color scheme. Page, theme colors are preset to a few options or it is difficult to edit separate page colors, fonts, etc. I'm sure there are other issues which I'll discover.

Integrating your google workspace email to your iphone has been a nightmare. (5) chats later and the issue is still not resolved. No live customer service rep to call. Was able to send screenshots of set up and error codes to an email given in live chat. Senior reps have no idea why the set up isn't working.
I can't move forward without my email account set up. My mistake was setting up accounts with new business email instead of my personnel email account. Need this resolved asap. Was disconnected from chat once again. This will be my (6) chat.
If this does not get resolved may I cancel my account and have the domain transferred please?
Payment for the domain was deducted 15 days before the actual expiration date. That is cheating me out of money and time. I hope this will not be an ongoing problem. I received an email for my email renewal also far in advance. I consider this bad business practices.

I signed up for some domains that I never use nor need and noticed they were put on auto renew (which I never do). I asked the agent to take it off (BTW they were due on May 5 but were processed april 26) and she said she could not do it. I this it is very unfortunate that you treat your clients that way especially since I have been with you with other domain names for quite some time. Thinking of migrating them now.
Not liking the control panel. Don't see quick install apps such as drupal. Don't like how you have to go to another page to compress/decompress a file instead of having it up top like "New", "Delete", etc.
Just got it, but so far, it's been a good choice for me.
I paid good money to begin a design and the very first "enter" i hit resulted in "technical difficulties we're working to resolve the issue quickly." That was my very first experience with the site. I hope it gets better from here.

As a customer with around 12 domain names, I find it frustrating to have so many different accounts for your site due to the difficulty of logging in through Safari. I have to reset my password every time I try to log in, which wastes a lot of my time and makes it challenging to keep track of my domain names.

They are a bunch of scammers seriously avoid them at all cost, they made us waste money over 2 year ssl plan without providing us with the actual SSL on our domain! 5 days in contact with them without any progress or having our simple issue solved! Avoid at all costs!

Finding it very difficult to set up my email through Google Work Space. I just want to create my email using my domain name and it's not straightforward. I've also tried to use your chat function for help but nothing happens.
Support has been a huge help in any of my problems I've faced while piecing together my sites but the servers do seem a little slow cant use some of my larger site templates without my site going to super slow load times. Otherwise would be 5 star

No phone service only chat box. Took 2 hours to do something that could take 10 minutes on the phone. Wanted to cancel my hosting which was only 4 days later and was denied credit back. Time to find a better solution soon. 4 accounts and extremely dissatisfied.
Wanted to cancel but they would not refund after 4 days past renewal date. No telephone service only text chat. 2 hours on chat that could be solved in 10 minutes. Holder of 4 domain names atm
As for having domain name and hosting with them is ok. Using their website builder NO WAY! They LIE! They advertise on their site for business $6.99 a month for 12 months then charge you $15.00! I showed them their own site and stated that was wrong. I even complained to the BBB but got no where because they refused to respond! Bait and switch
Managing my site has been extremely difficult and frustrating. After purchasing domain, was told by customer service person that I should have selected WordPress for the features I need to have a successful site for customers.

It was a great experience overall. There are some issues with the platform at login - I get a blank screen and I need to refresh to be able to access the dashboard. This issue has been present for a while now... Also, when I search for a domain name, I like to see other possibilities and now is not showing me the alphabetical order of options, but it keeps refreshing the list when I scroll down.
