So when I see that price with all that food I'm thinking liars. I won't order from u again and the pizza sixrd.

We ordered our pizzas and when the drivers stated he was not allowed to carry cash to give back. He stated he did not have change to give back on a 29.00 order w/delivery tip of 3.00 from the 40.00 we were trying to give him. His excuse was that Dominoes does not allow him to have change because all dominoes delivery drivers were being shot and killed. So I sent the food back because I refuse to give an 11.00 tip for a 29.00 order with already a 4.99 delivery fee. I attempted to call the store Five times and kept getting disconnected because no one would answer the phone. This was the 552 W Layton Store. ORDER DETAILS #*******

Today we went to Domino's and ordered a thin crust pepperoni I think they forgot the cheese that was so crispy it almost cut my tongue & the price was ridiculous. I went on the app and tried to do the domino's $6.99 deal but it's not very user-friendly. The guy in the store told me maybe next time you can do it. I could've gotten a large pizza with everything on it for that $17. They charged me for a 12 inch one topping no cheese pizza. I will never go back …..

I have been a regular customer of Domino's Pizzeria for a long time and have always appreciated their high quality products and prompt delivery. However, I have to express my disappointment lately regarding the quality of the products.

It's very sad to say that the taste of the pizza that I loved so much has become much weaker compared to what it used to be. Recent orders I've made have left me dissatisfied: the dough seems flatter and tasteless, and the filling isn't as juicy and flavorful as before. This is disappointing, especially since fast delivery has been one of Domino's key selling points.

I would like to say that it is sad that yah can't deliver pizza 15 minutes away from my house. SAD!

I had ordered a pizza...the order didn't go thru.this was for the big game... and then they sent me a coupon code to "fix things" two weeks later. The coupon code did not work! And the store said they could nothing about it. Dominos has the worst customer service on the planet.!

Went in to a location on Merrimac Trl in Williamsburg Va. We ordered online a head of time get there they tell us 15 minutes ok. Know one could find our order. A hour or more later still no food. Finally we got our food. The cheese was not melted at all. It was like they warmed it up. The worst experience ever. And we got the $19.99 by the time we left there it was $30. Mo one could explain why. Other people coming out with the same deal and less money. I need a refund. I will blog this location until something is done in my favor. …ordered the 2 for $6.99 ea yesterday (1/15/24). I hadn't ordered pizza in years, and was stunned by the overall lack of quality. I ordered the hand-rolled pie, got something akin to newspaper-thin crust, meager sauce, very little toppings, and non-existent flavor…compared to chain-pizza from years ago, it was a dramatic disappointment and a complete waste of money…never again; I guess you get what you pay for (maybe?)…

I have "unsubscibed" numerous times and now getting twice as many.
Have to report this nonsense. Never doing business with them anymore.

How the heck are you going to charge for delivery then tax? Nows it's free points every 2 order cheap!

Bridgeville pa store's pizza making abilities are getting better. Much better. I couldn't figure out why it never had the rolled crust when I ordered so I called and that was of no help then went online, they all show nice crust then asked friends for help. Get hand tossed not hand made...lol. Rating of 4.5

I placed a $93 dollar on line pizza order for my disbled daughter and her family.

The order was paid for by credit card. The order was confirmed via a email receipt.

The driver delivered the order. The driver requested my daughter pay for the order. She called me. I texted a copy of the order showing pizza paid for at time of order. My daughter showed paid receipt to driver. Driver said he had to call his manager. After 35 minutes and multiple phone calls Eagan Minnesota Dominoes picked up the phone and driver was told to return with pizza. Driver argued with his manager saying they have a paid receipt and no order goes out over $50 without being paid for first.

When I was told the driver did not leave the pizza, I made seven phone calls to store. No answer!

I called corporate Dominoes and got a robot to text me back. It was new years day.

I order a Honolulu Hawaiian pizza on the 26 th of Dec and delivered 50 mins later the pizza was warm not hot, and the flavor was weird. Almost like a flavorless bread and the dough was super thin. I love Hawaiian pizza and Domino's but this pizza was just not quality. I am not sure if I will order again online order

Hi, It was a very bad experience on the Christmas Eve at 943 1st Ave. NY *******, After ordering our 2 large pizza and 1 small with large Coca-Cola and a small sprite at 10:57 pm and the price was $65.37 And we received our food with drinks at 11:17pm. Everything was nice and fine. But while asked for CUP/Glass the staff said we don't have any Cup/glass. We requested once again and two of were very rude with me and said we can't provide any glasses or cups, please leave the store and shouted with me. Without the Cup how could we drink? We told them we need to talk with supervisor or manager. The man said he is the supervisor and told us to go and do whatever you want. This is not acceptable from a your long established store. We were disappointed about the behaviour and my 9 years son was with me. He was scared and crying for his pizza. Due to my kids I took the order and leave the place. My question was if you don't have any cups then we why you took our orders with drinks? Why not you told earlier that you don't have anymore cups and plates also.
