Pizza Lover

The delivery of my order was within the time limit. I also received a call from Dominos representative for feedback. Their Cheese pizza is Delicious. Nicely Packed. Amazing Quality of the pizza. They have many varieties of pizza, Fries, and garlic breadsticks.

Ordered two pizza and neither one was edible. One was burnt and no sauce and very little toppings
The other one was not cooked throughout the crust was not cooked all the way through and very little toppings. And they called these specialty pizzas, they are right specialty crap.

Dominos offers these bonus points if you spend so much money so many times. Well I did that and then ordered to redeem my points. That day they said 20 to 30 minutes to pick it up. I arrived at 25 minutes and there were 2 cars in front of me. Those two left in about 5 minutes. It was about 12 minutes before they opened the window again so I was at 42 minutes. They told me they had nothing in my name or phone number. So we know what happened to my "free pizza". However I have been hung upon three times when I tried to talk to the. Manager. I then sent it in writing three times with no response. This store is busy so they don't care. Corporate says to contact the local store and they won't do anything because they don't care. So, my rating is 1 put of 5 because I can't go any lower. I hope the 1700people where I work listen to me and go somewhere else but I doubt it. I won't buy from Dominos again.

Rating my local Dominoes

In the last couple of months, whenever I tried to order Dominoes Online for delivery, something invariably goes wrong. From waiting almost 3 hours for my pizza (which did arrive hot and fresh-not sure how they did that!)) to orders being dropped (but fortunately not charged), my local Dominoes has issues. When I call them to complain about the 3-hour delay and try to cancel the order, they refused to cancel saying it was out for deliver and refused to give me any credit. When I asked for the manager, again they refused and instead said that they were having delay due to the COVID and short-staffing. So the next time I ordered, I indicated curbside pickup. Again, they lost my order. I had ordered it at 3:00PM to be ready by 6:: 00 for pickup. I give up. Dominoes -- YOUR FIRED! I will not be ordering from my local Dominoes again! Papa John's here I come!

Bad service

I was offered a free emergency pizza through dominoes in my email and i was going to order some other stuff too but when i went to order it online the deal was there, but then it disappeared, so i called the store and had to listen to this automated crap over and over for around 40 minutes waiting for a human to pick up then i was just cut off when an offer is made it should be honored i never did get a human on the phone so i called back, and the same thing happened i never did get any service,,, the food isn't worth the trouble i spent over an hour and a half on the phone this happened in toccoa, georgia

Bad Experiences

Very loud obnoxiously environment. Lots of highschool kids come in and act terrible. The workers don't say anything to them. Some workers are very rude like this Hispanic woman. The food is good. Small inside. Nasty Bathroom.

Real bad!

Was Nov. 1st or 2nd this year... Ordered a 2 topping pizza, a steak and cheese, and chicken nuggets with bar b q and bacon bits at around 7:30in the evening. Pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard (old). Sandwich didn't have almost any meat and very little cheese. The chicken was burned. Was a regular customer. Now though not a customer anymore. I wrote to them 2 times, no one ever answered. And customer service was none expectant. Can it get any worst? Good luck to Anyone ordering from this location. Their online service was also down, and had to call in my order to them. WOW! What a night to pay good money for very sub standard meal for me and my wife. Need more info? Walked Out Without
January 1, 2023

I went in to my local Domino's to grab two medium-sized one-topping pizzas to take to a busy family member. It was early on a Saturday night. They wouldn't even take my order at the counter. I was told I would have had to order it three hours earlier! Very poor way to do business. Should be able to do orders at the counter! I would give "0" rating.

Returned1st let me say I LOVE THE PIZZA. Went in ordered my pizza. Told them I would return. Cashier says pick it up in drive thru. Ok I say. So 30 mins later I returned, we waited at the window the pick up cashier says pull over ill run it out to you. Ok I said. Well guess she got busy she never came, I went in and picked up the pizza. I told the girl you forgot about us. she said she could not do anything she was at the window. Please... tell someone to run it out next time or don't promise you do it.

Not sure what I would do with out Dominos! Sounds corny, but one kid likes the sausage & peppers sandwich, one kid likes the thin crust pizza, and everyone likes the cookie brownie. Once every other week this is a savior.

Two week ago called main office to complain person on the phone said they will have owner Domino"s pizza Chippewa call back none hasn't call me yet pizza was terrible cold taste was bad.no rating.Hope owner will call back.

I've haven't had dominos in a while, so i thought i treat myself and my family. I spent $51.12 on dominospizza. I got an variety of food, from their sub sandwiches, NY style thin crust pizza, desserts, etc and i had to THROW it ALL away. All the food was terrible. The bread was tough, meat burnt, I tried to eat around and break pieces off here and there. I just got frustrated and angry. I threw it all out. WASTE of my money. The location i went to, is listed below. I didn't have a good experience.

On hold forever!

My husband and I made a total of 3 calls trying to order a single large pepperoni. We were on hold a total of 1 hour! Our order was never taken! The other times we have managed to order was by ap while at a friends house within delivery range. The workers were rude on deliver and rude on the times we did carry out! They also cussed and hung up on our friend at one point.

I ordered 2 pizzas at dominos nursery Clearwater fl. On 12/14/21. When I walked in the manager was cussing the workers to get back to work. When I got home an opened the boxes, the pizzas were pathetic, there was a bit of cheese to the center, but the rest of the pizzas was a hard distorted over burnt biscuit. Their pizza cutter does not even work., the pizzas were jagged here an there, I threw them in the bin, then ordered from papa johns. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from here anymore, what a horrible thing to do to paying customers.

A couple of weeks ago I had a bad experience at the domino's on 32nd. Almost immediately tammy the CEO of the Fargo stores gave me a call and assured me the 3 people that were very rude were fired, and the rest would b retrained. She also refunded my money and let me know if I gave them a second chance she would pay for it. I called her last night and she made good for me and my 2 great nephews. The food was promptly done and I had great service from the young employees. The young man behind the register was named Owen. He was so sweet. He smiled and was very friendly. His customer service skills were the best. I feel this this young man should b recognized. I also believe tammy should b recognized as well. She is an amazing CEO. Thank u so much tammy

Yesterday I ordered a pizza from the domino's next to my house, they not only didn't bring the pizza but when I called after more than 90min waiting, they said I've just invented the conversation, and that they did not have any order from me. Then they just said it was all my fault, they blamed me for every error they've made. And I have to add that I was actually using a free pizza ticket they sent me after complaining one month before due to the same exact situation.
Thanks domino's for valuing your customers and treating them like if they were just mad!
I wouldn't reccommend it to my worst enemy.

Disgruntled diner

I purchased a traditional supreme pizza from the Redwoods Dominos in Rotorua.They substituted mozzarella cheese with some other cheese that covered the topping of the pizza with a pale creamy unappealing looking coating.It was a Sunday when I made this purchase and was charged a surcharge on top of that.

Ordered two medium pizzas when tax, tip, and delivery charge were all in the total was 72.72 dollars! When I complained to the driver about the two hour wait for delivery I was told they were busy and two hours behind. Never communicated to me! Then I was asked if I got the twenty percent discount for ordering online? Well, no, a discount was never apparent. I guess you have to know to click on coupons to get the discount being offered to all deliveries! If its offered on delivery, then JUST GIVE ME THE DISCOUNT! Will never make that mistake again, going elsewhere.

We ordered two pizzas and they delivered one wrong pizza with pepperoni topping. We called them and explained the issue. They told us that someone will deliver the correct topping pizza soon and that did not happen. We have to through the pizza because we don't eat pepperoni. It was embracing for our guests. This is the second time happen. First time they deliver the bad pizza and we emailed them the picture.
