I will NEVER buy another pizza at Domino's. Taste is awful, like cardboard! Rude delivery person. Ugh.

This please has continued to let me down. Last time they took two hours to deliver and this time I can't even continue with my order becUsr their website is down. DO BOT ORDER FROM ALLENTOWN PA

I think is not at all good but badddd pizza if not the worse and the service what a joke. I do not know how they are in business.

They only sell pizza, who wants pizza all th time. Pizza places I know offer many different salads&SUBS!

DO NOT order from any Dominos in Columbia Mo, the Management is rude, the employees are not qualified to take an order correctly and the service over all is TERRIBLE! Especially the Dominos at this number *******030). OUr order was completely wrong and took nearly an Hour to get it when the store was 3 blocks away from our motel; after a 30 minute discussion the manager sarcastically said he would correct one part of our order my you this was at 10:30 PM and we were at a State Wrestling tournament. Our wrestlers didn't even get to eat the lousy order until nearly 10:00 at night and had to be at the arena at 7:00 A.M. the morning. The Mangers name was Will and he would not state his last name as I can see why. This one experience from ordering Dominos will change our minds from ever ordering from Dominos again. Oh and one more thing. They advertise "Take a picture and send it in? Well we did and I cannot find any where to upload the terrible food we received. If there was a Negative rating on reviews this woudl get the largest Negative Star rating Possible. After I was waiting for more that 1:30hr that gave me the wrong order the worst place that you can make an order, I lost $30.00 for that! That will be the LAST ORDER I WILL BE DO IN THAT PLACE!

How the heck are you going to charge for delivery then tax? Nows it's free points every 2 order cheap!

This cheap pizza, with fake cheese gave me severe diarrhea and now i'm dehydrated on the toilet, fighting for my life.

Great customer service today after getting my pizza wrong they delivered new one within 10min and still very hot. Thanks

I'm a big fan of the spicy chicken sandwich. I've tried it all over the USA,I drive truck. You might think it tastes the same no matter where u are. That's wrong. Depends on who makes it. I walked into store #3567 in Giorgia and had a very pleasant experience. It started with William and Adreana laughing at what I said when I came in and firing back at me. I'm being my crazy self and asking many questions about a certain sandwich and in comes Luis. Him and I had a couple laughs and he got me on track as to what I was asking about. He said he'd make my food himself. So, not only did I have a great time joking with everyone while ordering my food,I enjoyed eating it. To this date, the 2 sandwiches that were made for me, are the best I've had in the USA. I want to personally say thank you to William for greeting me as soon as I walked in. Adriana, it was a nice change to have someone engage on the jokes I put out there and for cutting and packaging my food. Ok,Ryan, u get a thank you to but u only cut one sandwich... You put the packaging on Adreana. Lol. Luis... Guys, my man Luis can make a sandwich. Loaded. Toppings like you see on the commercials. I'm talking you could taste what you ordered. Baked perfectly. U know when that cheese caramelizes... Yeah, he did that. Baked Golden brown. Simply put... Perfection. Ryan, William, Adreana and my man Luis, you all did a kick $#*! job. If I lived here I wouldn't order from anyone else. If you're the DM or GM reading this... Do something for these young people. Give them a payed day off. Bc nowadays kids this age feels entitled. These guys are working... And doing a damn good job at. And they deserve to be showed appreciation.Thank you guys. YOU ROCK!

Ordered Domino's Pizza in Dallas TX Fri night. Order placed atb10:38pm. Pizza was out of oven by 10:48pm. It sat around for 40 minutes before going out for delivery. It took another 30 minutes for a delivery. By the time I got the pizza it was cold and rubber like. It truly looked as if it had been sitting out on a counter for many hours. It was likely covered with bacteria that causes food poisoning at this point. It definitely wasn't safe to eat. So in the trash went all the food. I used the pizza guarantee. Of course I couldn't get anywhere or any satisfaction using that damned thing. So I contacted corporate. They basically brushed off my complaint. Day two after a fake apology and bs about how the company prides themselves on fresh food customer service and food quality I still haven't had a single person try to resolve or fix this disgraceful disgusting situation.
Im sorry if I can't find any customer service or concern over quality or any sincerity in the apology.
So next time you decide to order Domino's Pizza keep in mind they clearly either don't know food safety or perhaps they simply don't care about food safety. They certainly have no comprehension of customer service. And they most definitely could care less about quality. Their guarantee is a bunch of marketing bs and lies!
Days later I continue to fight with corporate for my complaint to be resolved and they continue to refuse to lift a finger. I was only able to get the guarantee IF I was willing to spend more money at their company. They screwed my entire order and expect me to spend more money in order to get my food replaced that they totally messed up.
Corporate claims they pride themselves in customer service, quality, food safety, etc. They received a zero in every single area with my order. They have yet to show and concern over the fact I was delivered a pizza that looked as if they found in in a dumpster.

Ordered a 14inch got a 10inch toppings so basically all dough. Expensive for something that i could buy in a store for $5

Why was I insulted, cussed at, called a liar and korenjust because the 'General Manager Andrew' made my food wrong. I was told over and over again I was wrong about my pizza being made wrong, I was called a liar, humiliated in the store, screamed at, called a slut, whore and $#*!er, as well called a fat $#*!. All because this man was mad I proved to him he made my pizza wrong. I paid extra to get pan pizza, it was made incorrectly into a hand tossed pizza. I called told this man what happened. He said he was the only one working in the store and that he knew it did t happen. I said I had pictures. He said he didn't care. I said fine ill bring it up there. I did, showed him he was wrong and he continually told me I was wrong and lying. I've been getting the same pizza for 5 years. I asked him does that mean eveey employee he has had for 5 years made it wrong and then the screaming started. My husband got mad and slung the pizza at the floor in front of the register (not even near him, he was behind a partition) after he got mad and called me a $#*!ing slut. He has never seen before and I have never seen him before. He also hung up on me the second time I called to complain to get the right corporate number. I asked for his name and didn't hear him because I am partially deaf. He screamed at me do I need to $#*!ing yell it at it so you hear me right. I am insulted, beyond angry, and have every intention of this man getting fired. As well being put on a DO Not Hire list all throughout Saint Charles County. I am also speaking to my lawyer. I don't know what dominos is thinking hiring awful people like this. But I will get the problem resolved quickly. I came very close to calling the police and having him arrested for harassment. He was lucky I didn't. He embarrassed me and my spouse in front of anyone who was working there or in the parking lot, all because he did t know how to properly do his job as a 'General manager' or be a decent person.
