Cipolla in 1978 and the diocese covered it up... the priest was released and 10 years later was arrested for a five year fling Fr. Cipolla had with a 12 year old Alter Boy until the child was seventeen. Again, it was covered up by the Pittsburgh Diocese when Cardinal Wuerl was Bishop of Pittsburgh. The boy received $900,000.00 to shut up and go away. The boy just recently received permission to divulge the case and outcome, which he had to sign away in a confidentiality agreement when he accepted the money. BINGO, Cover-up.
