I talked to customer service before sending back an unused cheep pair of plastic shoes.
Returned them paid to return them according to their instructions and they refused credit.

This was the only place I could find a chair narrow, yet high enough, for my son's dorm room! Love the different products they carry - perfect for dorm rooms.

The product is great... but it came with many, many pieces, but NO INSTRUCTIONS, in a box that had been previously opened and re-taped shut. I called the company and basically they told me to take pictures, go to the website and... I realized that we were about to go down the 'pass the buck' game until the customer gives up. Fortunately I'm a puzzle geek and I accessed the amount of pieces with my OWN drawings of a visual plan. Realized that they did supply a tool bag. So I made an attempt to figure it out. After several hours of trying, I did it. It really is a nice piece, but I wouldn't recommend this company, They sent me a 'previously opened and re-taped' box. Great product... but forget about the customer service. It's simply not there. Read the reviews. There is a common thread - - - poor service, missing pieces, terrible follow-up. REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. If you like the product, Be smart and do yourself a favor, buy the item from Wayfair.com. It's Dormco item, sold by Wayfair. Wayfair cares about their customers, and when the product comes up short, Wayfair will take the loss. They will refund your money, apologize, give you an extra credit for the mistake... then stop using this vendor.

This is a perfect headboard for my dorm and it has great quality and is totally worth it. Not only will my bed in college be cute but even more COMFY! 100% recommend to all college kids.

I got my package in a reasonable amount of time, and I love the product itself. I will definitely recommend this website to my friends, and may order more duvet covers from here for my dorm room.

I only ordered one panel because I did jot read correctly. Then had to order another one for the side panel. But for most part is was quick delivery and a good product.

I ordered 4 products from this company. Two of them were much smaller than they appeared on the website. When I checked the website, they didn't actually give dimensions so I had no leverage to return the items. One of the items was a laundry basket and they sent the wrong basket. I contacted the company who asked that I email them pictures of the basket to prove that I did receive the wrong one. I sent them the pictures and got a nice email back from Jenny confirming that they sent me the wrong basket, they would send me the correct basket and I did not have to return the wrong basket. They suggested donating it if I didn't want it. That was a fantastic response to their mistake. However, I later received an email from Marie that stated that they didn't have the basket I ordered in stock so I could either keep the wrong basket and I would not get a refund or they could ship me a prepaid return label to ship back the wrong hamper and I would get a refund. I asked why I now had to make an effort to correct their mistake when Jenny said that I could keep the mistake. Given the shape and size of the laundry basket, it will probably cost just as much to send it back as it cost the company to make. In their numerous responses, they completely ignore the statements that Jenny made and just apologize for "my inconvenience." You are much better off going to Bed Bath and Beyond with your pile of coupons. Skip this company that doesn't care about service. I'm pretty convinced that they sent me the wrong basket on purpose when they realized they were out of the one that I ordered.

Followed their laundering instructions exactly as written & product failed... within hours of owning it. DormCo would not stand behind their product & stayed that I lied & did not follow directions.

Quality was good and as described. Shipping was fast and we had tracking to update us on when it was being delivered. Would definitely shop from here again.

They mistakenly called their Rustica Portugal soft denim stone washed twin xl "quilt", a quilt. It is not a quilt at all! It is a $74.95 decorative cotton bedsheet at best. It is a single layer of fabric, with frayed edges, that is less than 1/8" thick. Any widely accepted definition of a quilt is, "... made of two layers of fabric with some soft substance, as wool or down, between them and stitched in patterns or tufted through all thicknesses in order to prevent the filling from shifting." Customer service is horrible! There was only one person to talk to and she said she was the "cust service supervisor"... she refused to accept responsibility of their mislabeled product. They want to charge me shipping to ship this mislabeled product back to them. DO NOT BUY from these unscrupulous sellers... there are too many other places to buy stuff from. Buy from a recognized retailer who will stand behind their products. Nothing worse than buying from a company who refuses to own up to a mistake and do right by the customer

This shelving unit is adequate for my daughter's dorm. Because she had a mini-fridge and microwave stacked under the first shelf, the unit is slightly wobbly but will work for her needs.

Love my pillow and such a great price! All 7 family members have this pillow. My oldest daughter's boyfriend was always stealing her pillow so I suprised him with his own pillow!

Impressed with items but not with the condition of shipping. Items appear to have no damage as far as I know at this time. Hopefully second order will arrive in better condition.

The item can very quickly which was my daughters fear but DormCo took all her first year college gitters away by getting her headboard to her before heading off to school.

We shopped for bed sheets on this site because I liked the fact that they offered many different colors.

It was a huge mistake and disappointment. For one of the products, they shipped the wrong color. That product, I was able to return with all kinds of hurdles. For the rest of the sheet sets, I could not believe the poor quality. The sheets were sewn so poorly, they never could be folded neatly because the seams did not align at all - on the contrary, they were cut in huge angles. There is no good way to describe. For two of the fitted sheets, the seams had gaps when they arrived. The fabric was flimsy and thin. - We used only one of the three sets of sheets I kept - quite a loss. - I could not return them because we had a time issue. I was out of the country and when I got back, the return time had elapsed and they would not help at all.

For this year, I found much better quality bedding at Target. The 'Room Essentials series' comes in microfiber fabric. - Ideal for dorm rooms.

I will never shop at DormCo again.

I was not expecting such an easy assembly of my bedside table. It even came with a screwdriver. It came quickly and the customer service was good when I needed to change the shipping address.

This shelf was exactly what my daughter needed for college. I only wish now I ordered the wooden block to go on top of the shelf to prevent things from falling over. Shipping was awesome!

Great chair all Around. Perfect for college dorm room. Folds easily to take up very little space.Son super excited to take back to school after Christmas break!

It wasn't for me but my son said it was great! We will see how sturdy it is. My daughter heads to college next year. If this chair holds up I will purchase one for her as well.
