All items received were of good quality and we are happy with them. Our only issue was that not all items listed as being part of the package deal were actually in stock or available. For example the package came with a storage truck and various styles and colors were listed to choose from in pictures however when you went to select it for the order many of the styles/colors were not available. The same thing pertained to colors and types of bedspreads, blankets, shower caddies, etc. that were part of the package.

We purchased the metal dorm risers for my son for college. After putting them together and placing the bed on top, they were extremely unsteady. Unfortunately I did not realize that there was a 30 day return policy. I attempted to try to return the product 36 days from the original shipment and customer service refused to honor my money back. They also refused to give me an in-store credit. I wanted to leave my telephone number with them so that the owner could call me back and they said they were not sure that they would give the owner the message. Very unsatisfied customer!

I received a metal shelving unit. It was the most difficult thing to put together because of poor written directions. Some of the parts were not even listed on the instructions so u had to guess where they went. I put the unit together 4 different times before I got it right. The adjustable shelves were difficult to get even due to the odd parts to hold the shelves in place. Once together I am concerned how sturdy it will be once we put stuff on it. I would never buy again, and would have returned it but thought it was a difficult item to return due to its size.

I purchased a trunk for my son for Fall 2018 and was impressed with the quality of the trunk and the price. Although we have not put it to use yet, we checked it over and everything appears fine. Plus, I was satisfied with the fast shipment. If I had a magic wand I would have like the red to be a little deeper in color but it will work. Thank you.:-)

Worse customer service experience ever!
Desk bookshelf came damaged(every single shelve was defective!), hardware was loose in the box and some parts parts were missing. Send pictures of all the damged parts and still would not issue a refund unless I paid for the shipping cost. Heather, the customer service manager was uncooperative and useless. Never order from this place again, poor quality material and horrible customer service!

I ordered this item for my daughter's dorm room. It fell apart as I was putting it together. And the final product was wobbly and wonky. I ended up throwing out the bottom shelf area and only kept the top part. Definitely not worth the money or effort.

My order was placed on a Sunday and by the following Thursday, it was sitting on my front step. I have had nothing but GREAT experiences when ordering from dormco. Such a great business. 10/10 recommend to a friend

This order was for our student. It has been hard to find a shelf for over the mini fridge locally. I started researching and a lot of the units were to big and bulky or to costly. This company had good reviews and we decided to take a chance. The shelf is good quality, easy to assemble and arrived early. It is definitely worth a sturdy shelf but it's not to big for the dorm.

Fell in love with the Daisy-Mae bedspread for my dorm room. Everything I needed was on this website and the student discount plus the package deal was so affordable and helpful and easy. I didn't have to go to multiple stores and check measurements and keep track of everything that I purchased and what I didn't yet have... because the package had everything listed and I just picked the ones I wanted.

Items arrives timely and in good condition. The shelf was a bit small, but that was expected. I did not have any return issues and was worried since the reviews were poor but decided to give it a go anyway! The ordering process was a bit long as it takes a long time to look at everything, but the wish list is a nice feature!

I had the order say that the shipping label was printed and by the next day, it was at my front door. There were only two disappointing things. The assorted towels, hand towels, and so on are truly assorted. The colors were very different from what I was expecting and clashed with each other. The other disappointing thing was that I ordered a shower caddy and did not receive it.

I ordered a comforter from Dorm Co. Via Amazon in early December. I never received it and inquired. Dorm Co. Says they shipped it via FedEx and that FedEx left it outside of my apartment building in Manhattan on a Sunday! That doesn't happen. No one in my building - only four other tenants - received or signed for the package. Dorm co. Says I should call the police - great customer service. I think it is just a scam.

I bought this for my mini fridge for two reasons. One reason I wanted an extra fridge for my coffee bar and I didn't want it to be too short so I bought this, not only is it a perfect fit but I love the extra storage it provides. Second reason is my son has a hard time reaching things in the "big" fridge and cupboards so I put all his favorite things in the mini fridge and I store extra cups, plates etc in the drawers.

I ordered this for my daughter and it included everything that she needed and the items were good quality items. If I had to say something bad about it, it would be that the pack only came with one towel in a random color that did not coincide with the colors she chose and it was not very good quality. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase for a college dorm room!

The first shelf I received was so badly damaged from the shipment, I had to send it back because I was worried about the wood being damaged. However, I called and explained and they sent me another, no questions asked and it arrived 2 days later in better condition.

Great for college students privacy when doing distance learning from home. Very sturdy and functional.
We experienced fast shipping and delivery, which was especially important when needing to suddenly leave the dorm life and set up distance learning ASAP from home.

I was skeptical about buying a package with 44 items for only 160 dollars, but I stand corrected! I am blown away by the quality and the customer service of the company. Shipping was insanely fast as well. And as an added bonus, all of the items that I couldn't pick the colors for still matched the theme of colors I had choosen, which I'm really grateful for! Overall good choice if you're needing a whole bunch of items for a new living space.

As my Love until that Tuesday morning to tell me that he still hadn't order his daughter a trunk for her first year in college I was livid! Angry because I hated doing anything last minute I searched and searched and found DormCo. The service the navigation of products, the shipping speed was excellent.

Dorm I was the only place I could find to completely outfit my two new TwinXL beds I purchased. The bedding is perfect, so far. My guests said they were comfortable. The only drawback: The Coma Inducer blankets arrived soiled but washed clean and the traditional length bed skirts arrived in the wrong color. I hope to correct by exchange.

We purchased a desk from Dormco, when it arrives the shipping box was almost destroyed, the pieces inside varied from scratched up to completely demolished. When we contacted the company to return the item we were told to take pictures of the damage, so we did and sent them. We were then told to that we had to make a list of all the damaged pieces( which is pretty much every piece) and they wan to send replacements and if we wanted to return it we had to pay for it. The lack of customer service and the absolute horrid quality is mind boggling. We will never do business here again and have had to turn it over to our credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau for help. BUYER BE WARE!

I got the 5 panel bed skirt since I'm going to half loft my bed. Just wanted to make sure I had enough in length. I love the product the only thing is I saw two very small stains which was very odd. Overall great product!
