Very disappointed. Ordered the YAK ABOUT IT LOCKING SAFE TRUNK - BLACK. It arrived in a flat box and needed over 81 pieces to be assembled. There was only two pages of vague photo instructions - we followed as best we could but closed the door before putting batteries in it. This caused us to be locked out. Contacted the company - they had no solution. Asked for photos, which I provided. Finally told me to "break into it" and then to mail the broken product back to them. It was ridiculously easy to break into. I told Dormco that I had lost faith in the product because it was poorly designed. They refused to give me a refund unless I dissembled the whole safe and mailed it back to them AT MY COST. Very Disappointed. I refuse to do business with a company that does not stand behind their products.

I am a touchy type of person so buying this online for my son for college i was a little hesitant. Boy was I glad i ordered this. So super heavy and soft and the color was great. It is called a coma inducer and they are right.

I was a bit skeptical based on the price of DormCo vs going direct through UPS, but I'm not anymore. Going through DormCo saved us close to $500. We couldn't be happier with the service and the ease of use with this company. Well done DormCo! You are an amazing company and I look forward to using your service again.

Super soft and lovely. Shipping was awkward as it was jammed into the smallest box possible and the zipper to the comforter bag was unzipped. It was like the shipper knew the box was too little but still did their best to shove it in there. Product good... employee lazy.

I was a little hesitant ordering from a store online Id never heard of before but they were quick and everything was delivered in great shape. I was really surprised at how quickly everything was delivered.

I was very happy with the purchase of the trunk however the delivery was very disappointing. It was delivered to a neighbor who wasn't home a few days and despite the payment for rush delivery I didn't get the package on time.

Do your research before buying anything from DormCo! They will give one excuse after another. They will never own up to their mistakes. They will tell you lies. They told me one excuse one day and next they will contradict themselves. BUYER BEWARE!

The price was great and the shipping fast for the XL mattress pad I bought. I scoured the internet for a product that was 36 inches wide because that is the width of the dorm bed according to the university website. Most mattress pads on other sites were advertised as 39 inches, so I went with DormCo because it says the pad was the 36 inches I needed. But when it arrived, I measure it at 39 inches! I'm hoping it will stay on.

The organizers I ordered were fairly easy to put together. The materials are cheap and was falling apart as I was assembling it. But it's for a dorm room and for the money it's worth it. I would recommend.

The entire process was a customer service dream. I ordered two of the same product. I was notified that there was only one left. They asked if I wanted a replacement or a credit. I chose the replacement and the order was received promptly.

These shorts are very thick, heavy; like a thick towel. The waistband is very thick and the shorts are very long. My son is 5'11" and the shorts went down past his knees. We didn't think they would be too comfortable after a shower.

Received poor quality, damaged product. They would not return. Said that if I didn't want a replacement, they would not pay to ship it back. Quality if product was horrific...why would I want them to replace damaged goods by shipper that are poorly made?

Great customer service; tho closed in evenings and weekends. We ordered a futon which came without the screw on legs. The customer service was great since we received the legs withinon 2 days of our Monday morning phone call to Dormco.

My order arrived very fast, given the day I ordered it. My only concern was that a small part of my purchases was used already and given to me. Nonetheless, it was a small problem and the overall purchases were satisfying.

The chair I bought was a little smaller than I anticipated, but is still very comfortable and I don't have any complaints of it. The delivery was fast, but the box was a little roughed up. When 24 shipping is guaranteed, I would hope that the company used to transport is held to the highest standard of upkeep for the product shipped. While the chair was unharmed, it didn't look good when the box was as poor-looking as it was.

I gave two stars because some of the products are clever. But shopping here is risky because they do not support their products. On my second order I received a comforter that was of terrible quality. Scratchy, poorly sewn, and smelly like cheap fiberfill. I was told I could return it at my expense. I asked for an accommodation because it was such poor quality and I was told "we support our products 100% but you must pay to return it". He further explained that by 100% he meant that they believe in their products. That is meaningless to me. He may believe, but that doesn't offer me 100% of anything. It cost me $39 to ship back a $65 comforter and they wouldn't even offer me a dollar to help offset it. Or even coupon on my next order. Thats ok because there will be no further orders.

The shelf was the perfect space saver for the dorm room. Fit perfectly over the refrigerator. Microwave sat on another shelf and they actually put the television on the top shelf and still had a little side room for a few utensils. Perfect space saver for tight quarter college dorm rooms!

Products were delivered to our house and NOT the dorm per their mistake which they wouldn't fix. Couldn't get ANYONE on the phone to help. Spent significant extra $$ to ship on our own to the college. Products are cheaply made, wood splinters as you put it together and the directions are not clear to follow. Would NEVER use this company again. Buyer beware!

We were looking for a desktop hutch/shelf/organizer, and the selection was really great. It was just what my daughter was looking for. We also bought a rug and some underbed storage bags. Very happy with all of it. Fast shipping too!

The box arrived completely thrashed. There were holes ripped into the box. It looked like it had a rough journey. All the pieces were there. The screws in the bag were all rusted like somehow the contents got wet? When putting together some holes didn't match up and husband had to actually drill a few new holes. There aren't enough stickers to cover all the screws so we will have to place against a wall and cover only the exposed screws. All in all in came together and looks like what I expected.
I did think I was supposed to get some command strips with the order but those were nowhere to be found.

I ordered a comforter from DormCo. It got here and was unraveling in just 2 days out of the package. Attempted to return it since it was defective and the customer service was awful, practically refusing the refund.

I bought a dorm bed headboard and was damaged when I received it. I called to speak with someone and they told me that customer service was by email only (1st problem). So I emailed and sent pictures and asked someone to call me. They responded back to my email and said it was email only and they would send me directions per attachment and I needed to send a picture of the boards and the damage in one picture. After 6-7 e-mails with them they told me they would give me 15% off or resend me the boards. I asked for the whole think to be replaced since every board had some damage. They refused and offered me a discount. A discount wasn't what I wanted to I asked to return it and they sent me their return policy which is solely on the customers own to return. Im ok with that if I decide I don't want it but the whole product is damaged, you should give me a new product. I asked again to speak to someone and they refused. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Lovely! The cotton is smooth, soft and offers a beautiful drape. The quality is there. We are very impressed and can't wait to get to the dorm and adjust the loft bed to accomodate the nice long skirt, which will hide the underbed storage.
