I bought a "Turnkey" classifieds site from them after I read their testimonials - sounded like a company that actually had some customer service and would work with us "newbies" - WRONG - IT HAS NOW BEEN 30+ DAYS AND THE SITE STILL DOES NOT WORK - Their Customer service takes 3 to 5 days to reply to questions and still have not done stuff they said would be done over a week ago. BEWARE - THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER - If I had noticed this at the start I would not have done business with them. They don't seem to care that this is my business and they have and are costing me money plus making me look bad to my customers.

I had been a member for a few years, very seldom using it, but from time to time I got a sale on Ebay and used it.
Their customer service used to be OK, not perfect, but it existed.

I had been paying a subscription for a while, and when they offered me Lifetime Membership back in June for $249, I decided to go for it.
I installed a site at the beginning of the membership, this had problems, I didn't get any support, but I decided to use a different solution and didn't use it until the beginning of July, once again I had a problem with it, asked for support on July 9th, and have repeated my request with 4 different tickets, all with repeated requests for help in solving problems with the software, mainly cross browser compatibility problems, and options which don't work.
It is now the 30th August, and I am about to give up, this morning I thought I would do a complete new install of the same site "Auto Classifieds", but with a different design, most of it works, but there is still problems which I don't have any confidence in having fixed by Dotcombuilder, so I am about to refund my customer and put Dotcombuilder down to a bad experience.

It's a shame that they have went this way, I think the original owners must have sold the business, and the new people don't have a clue how to run it. What makes me think this, they had 2 orther sites "ipixie.com and emade.com",
These site don't seem to be there now.

So, sign up for this at your own risk, if I knew what I know now, I would not have done so. I had given them more than enough time to support my one problem, so much so, I can no longer claim my money back bt complaining to Paypal.
If they don't support you, make sure you put in a complaint to Paypal before their 45 day deadline.
Hope this helps somebody who is thinking of signing up for this disappointing company.
