I have had 5 dealings with downloadmsoffice.com which resulted in 5 purchases for friends and family. I was phoned the following day to confirm payment details as an additional security measure for first time purchasers (not all purchases were made in my name as they were friends and family). I was pleasantly surprised and I would recommend them to people wanting to save a few dollars. All products were provided with legitimate keys and are still running fine 3 years later without any issues even after multiple reinstalls following a hard drive failure.

Just purchased an Office product, spoke to a person on CHAT, received a receipt for the transaction but then came an email stating that my order has been held for further review and could take up to 2 days - "The product deployment usually takes less than 15 minutes. However, your order has been held for further review." Bank is now dealing with this.

I would highly recommend not buying from this website! They wouldn't refund me on a product I purchased but didn't even use or install. As being a small business, they try to make ends meet and I believe this is completely unfair and unjust. They haven't been replying to my messages and haven't given an appropriate reason for not refunding. The customer service for that matter is well below par

I bought the wrong software by mistake. My fault for being in a hurry and not reading carefully. An agent helped over chat and said they will refund me. After 3 days, I already saw the money back in my account. So I came back and bought the right software this time.
