I have had 5 dealings with downloadmsoffice.com which resulted in 5 purchases for friends and family. I was phoned the following day to confirm payment details as an additional security measure for first time purchasers (not all purchases were made in my name as they were friends and family). I was pleasantly surprised and I would recommend them to people wanting to save a few dollars. All products were provided with legitimate keys and are still running fine 3 years later without any issues even after multiple reinstalls following a hard drive failure. David
I paid for Office 2010 Home student download version. I was emailed a product key that is INVALID at Microsoft.com. They replied to my first two emails with delaying tactics - and then total silence. They do not answer the UK phone support line *******538. Notice how new all the positive reviews are here. This is a pop-up scam. By the time Amazon and Trading Standards act they will be gone. Make sure they dont have your money.
After purchasing from this website my credit card was compromised & unauthorized debits of $2100 were taken from my account! My bank traced the funds going to the Phillipines! Not only did I received pirated software that didnt work they STOLE my money and they willl steal yours too! Went to the Address in Melbourne & the building manager said they are illegally using the address! ACCC is now investigating. BE WARNED they are SCAMMERS!
